Worst service!!!! I pulled up and was told to " hold on a minute" then waited 5 mins with 7 cars beeping behind me. I said hello and was told "I asked you to hold on a min we are short staffed." So I said ok. Then waited a few more minutes. She came back on saying how can I help you I made my order and my son wasn't sure of what he wanted because they took the Asian sauce off menu and she goes " you need to make your order so I can get this in for you" very rude!!! I made the last order and pulled around while waiting for my drinks I told the girl up front that who ever was taking the orders was very rude. While waiting again for the rest of my order she must have gone and told her because she was the one who handed me my food and she said "here's what you ordered" and shoved it in my face! I am not one to complain but that was uncalled for, I wasn't making a sceen about it either I could have ask for the manager but I didn't and was still treated like that! Never going back there!! Not to mention the food was aweful, the chicken was mostly breading and they don't even toss the sauce on them they throw it on top take a look at the pictures!!!

Fries were cold and stale, lettuce old and tomato was mushy to the touch. . Didn’t even have the decency to fully coat the chicken in bbq sauce. Only good thing was drinks and slushy.

We were getting are car serviced across the street and so we decide go to Sonic the only thing open was the drive thru but the man who I thought was being super nice let us come in to order. I kept thanking him and I was telling him how much I appreciated it. He said it is what it is so I was like umm ok then we start to order and he is calling everything out since it’s made to order. My husband started to order and then I thought he was done and very rudely the man was like woah I have to finish his order one thing at a time. I was like I’m sorry but then I got this horrible vibe so i told ok just cancel our order we will walk down to Burger King and just left if you didnt want to let us in just say so it was that simple and if you hate your job so much find another one don’t treat people like they’re a nuisance when you couldn’t just said we had to wait until 10am when then dining area opens.

Went on my break and the wait time for a burger, tater tots and drink is ridiculous. I wanted about 5 minutes plus bed a car that was in front of me then waited the same amount of time to order then the same amount of time to pay and then the same amount of time to get my food. This was in the drive thru. I was vested because i was hungry and couldn't afford to go anywhere else on my lunch break. Clearly they need to hire more staff.

Ordered via the mobile app. Arrived and checked into a stall and my order was “in the kitchen”. Decided to watch a video while I wait. 30 mins later still no food. When I pressed to button to see is my food was ready I was informed it’s been ready. Received a half melted slush cold food and my large tots were is the same container as the mozzarella sticks so I paid full price for an incomplete meal that I had to reheat.

Their drinks is why I come here but I never left disappointed at anything I ordered here never had their burgers but did try their corn dogs and chicken bites they were ok

woman in drive thru yelled at me just because i got confused. getting yelled at cause me to panic and i left crying without even getting my food. i was so excited for sonic because i don’t have one near me. i highly recommend that everyone go to a different sonic i know i won’t be coming back. i’m still sad that i didn’t get my hot dog all because of one mean person. 🥹🥹🥹

Great food. The GM is the man. Great customer service. I love the hot dogs. They have the little ice. Big big milkshake 30oz!!!! The corn dogs are great too.

Foods good. This is the first time I've been back to this Sonic in months, as the girl taking the order had been so rude I left. This time it was slightly better but not much. They had a wonderful guy before. He really needs to explain how to do the job imho

Very rude staff. I waited 17 minutes for my order, to receive a milkshake that wasn't even the correct flavor. The woman taking orders for the drive thru was very unprofessional, had a attitude and got my entire order wrong. Food was cold and very greasy like they refried it.

Not bad. As far as Sonics go, its pretty good. This one has definitely seen improvement since covid.

This place has to have the slowest drive-thru I've ever witnessed. Consistently. The food is normally lukewarm even during peak hours like lunch and dinner. I've only had warm food like once here. It seems like they barely have a grasp as to what is going on. I've had to tell them the food they are handing me is not mine several times. Honestly I'm a fool for giving this place multiple chances. Don't get me wrong, the staff is pleasant, but that's all it has going for it. If you're in a hurry or want decent food, don't go here!

I love Sonic but this one just don’t give a Phuck lol they might as well disable the app at this location and not participate. Each time I order in the app. I still wait an additional 20 min for my for every single time… (or more the. I have to go in & my order be sitting ) slow time busy times don’t matter.. I tried to test my theory yes I am right every time. I’m just go through the drive thru!!! Avoid the STALLS AT ALL COST!! They ain’t coming boo. 12:20 ordered just got my own food at 12:45pm they blamed it on a “new person” chiller done order before work, before school or nothing you will be late!!

was here today and waited 10 minutes no one answered pulled to the window and proceeded to wait and yet no one came to the windows you can clearly see the vehicles outside and here the music coming from inside.. it is 915 am now an decided to get breakfast elsewhere... horrible
