I'll start with the decent. Our waitress did seem to try, but that being said it wasn't good service. I ordered a drink and waited 20 minutes for it. It was supposed to be a swirl margarita which I guess it was. But it was lazily made, other than that food was bland. The fries for me were kind of hard and no seasoning. Also did I mention I spent 25 dollars on this sandwich and margarita. Really just not a good experience all around.

My steak tasted great. I had to have it put on the grill a little longer but it came back medium rare.

I had heard less than good reviews on this place, but I have been twice within a month. The first time there were 7 of us. The most recent visit, 5 of us. Both times we received excellent service and everyone was very happy with their food. I look forward to my next visit.

We went to Applebee's for my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food that evening. I wish I had caught the server's name because he provided outstanding service and should be recognized for it. He kept checking on us throughout the meal to see if there was anything else he could do for us. The food was very good too. I had the grilled chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes and it was excellent. The drinks we ordered were also very good and reasonably priced.

We just left there and our waitress was AMAZING. Her name was Kelsey I believe and just to make sure the right person gets the credit, she has short hair and said she used to be a GM and then started working for FedEx and then came back to Applebee's because she couldn't stay away. Kelsey, you rock! Our food was perfect and you made our daughter's day!

Much improved! Clean restaurant and attentive and friendly staff! Like visiting a whole new restaurant compared to last time I ate there in the summer of 2022. I had no problem letting my 3 year old nephew slide under the booth table to change seats, and I'm pretty sure you could eat off the restroom floor. This was at 7pm on a Friday evening so I'm sure it was a busy period.

It’s really impressive that this place is still open and has not gone out of business. The food is as bad as any other Applebee’s location maybe worse. The service is absolutely terrible. 45 minute wait hardly anybody in there and wash my salad set in the window for over 30 minutes With my entrées right next to them this place needs to step it up especially with the quality of food. You would think they would make it up with service but they absolutely do not. It’s like there’s not even a manager there and if there is, I don’t think anybody Cantel, no sort of quality control whatsoever. I won’t be back and I would advise anyone else not to waste their time or money.

We went in and got seated after 3 or 4 minutes, and then we were forgotten. The hostess seated us with menus. Two or three waitresses walked by us, but they never even came for a drink order. We walked out after about 15 minutes.
