Kelly did my nails for the first time, she was lovely and bubbly throughout. I asked for some nail art which she did perfectly. The nail salon is bright and airy and matches the appearance of the clinic well. Staff are always smiling and so friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I went into Radiance clinic to have Vampire PRP treatment on my scalp. I spoke to Dr Ros beforehand and she was friendly and very informative. It really helped talking to a doctor as I felt like I could really trust her. I had such a nice experience at the clinic, everyone there is so friendly and made me feel at ease. My treatment also went really well and I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Kellie is exceptional, very kind, neurodivergent friendly, she explain things in an easy way so I can process them, she gives me time and models all she will do once I have chosen. These procedures can be anxiety provoking for many, I am not an exception, quite the opposite i get extremely nervous. However, she takes time to explain things before she does them, gives you all the necessary information so that you can make an informed decision and be in control as much as possible, and this helps to feel confident. She has made an immense difference in the way I perceive these procedures, I am on a journey to be healthier in every way and she is supporting this. She makes recommendations that are suitable and not just because something is available. Kellie talks to me to understand what are my specific needs and wishes, but also can assess if treatments are or not appropriate for my specific case. Kellie helps by giving all the information transparently and in a way that is easier to assimilate. I never used to leave my house without make up on since I was 14, but since I met Jade everything changed, she is so professional,I having different treatments and products and now I rarely wear make up after so many years. I’m having my tattoos removed by laser with Harriet, she is so kind and compassionate. She tells you each step of the way what is going to happen and if it gets too much she will stop and not carry on till your ready. All the staff are so friendly. Keep up the great work you do ladies.

I found the hot stone massage incredibly relaxing today and it definitely helps to get rid of any knots in my back and legs. I would and have highly recommended Paulina as a massage therapist. She is very experienced and good at completing a nice firm massage.

Lovely relaxing shellac manicure and pedicure. Kelly was so friendly, we had a great chat and she added that special touch by making sure I had a decaf cuppa and chocolate to go with it! She even helped me put my socks back on knowing it's uncomfortable to do that at 31 weeks pregnant! Thank you Kelly!

This was my first trip to Radiance and I only have positive things to say! Gemma was so lovely and helpful. I went in with a broken nail which she did a great job at repairing and offered reassurance that I could go back with any concerns. She then finished it off with a fresh gel manicure.
