3 stars because I normally couldn't rate this team highly enough, nails are always perfect and done so very well. Today however I've been tutted at and had eyes rolled at me. I've never in my life been practically told off in a nail salon 😂 I got asked to choose a colour and showed the design that I would like, a staff member went and picked out the colour needed and placed it on the table with me, when it came to painting the nails I showed the lady the design again to which she tutted and rolled her eyes at me before proceeding to flap her hands around. Apparently i should have shown her at the beginning (which i did when she picked the colour out!) The salon was very busy and the staff clearly felt the pressure but I too am a paying customer and don't expect to be made to feel like I'm an inconvenience. I've ended up leaving with nothing like what i asked for as by this point i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed so told them not to worry and just to paint them one colour as it would be easier for them. I won't be returning. Also to add, some customers got offered a drink when they sat down, others did not. All seemed a bit off in there today

I would always go back here they are the best in town. They are such wonderful people who work here, always so welcoming and kind. They are so fast and they are perfectionists - my nails are always perfect! They are so accommodating and make you feel so welcome. Thank you for always doing my nails beautifully! :)

I normally only get nails done once or twice a year for special events and never had problems here as nails normally last 3 weeks+. This time unfortunately 2 nails were redone before 10 days and by 14 days several were lifting and I’m really careful with them. Unusual for them to peel off this quick just before christmas too 😟

Had good experiences here in the past with nails, pedicure etc, but have just had my eyebrows waxed and am very unhappy. I asked for a small tidy up and specifically to not have much taken off of my brows - this is the opposite of what the person who waxed them did. Won’t be returning.

Lovely manicure and pedicure, friendly staff including Tabitha. Clean and reasonable price. Would recommend.

So I’ve been having my nails done here a while and no complaints, however I recently went in and asked to have them taken off ( I usually just peel them off myself) I did get that but my nails have been left so broken and sore just the way they would be if I had to peeled them off myself! & it’s 10 pounds!!!! I’m giving a 3 star because the staff are always very welcoming and friendly and when I was having my nails done they were so lovely apart from the last time they chipped a lot!

Ladies all really nice and they take their time in making sure they are doing what you want really good serive and great atmosphere

Do not understand that one bad review. Ive been a customer there for 4 years. The staff are si lovely...very accomodating . Service is very good. The salon is very clean and I gave no complaints at all. Thank you Helen and Tony.

I love the lashes there but i think now there is a problem with the glue it dose not stick Thank for them she removes them for my with out paying Because they start falling within two days !!! She give my the money back too So i love the Service , but I believe the products changed for cheaper products

I have been using this salon for eyebrow waxing and nails for a while but had to stop due to nails not lasting very long. However I wanted to treat myself to a massage and as staff are always lovely I thought I would book here. Upon arrival, it became clear that my appointment had been forgotten, and I was asked if I really wanted it, to which I replied yes. During the massage the lady was busy, she kept leaving the room and it all felt very rushed. After my massage I was tried to be talked out of having the eyelash lift, but I still insisted that I would like it due to this being a treat. Again, was left multiple times during this, no warning or conversation about what was happening, and all felt very rushed. I can not see any difference in my eyelashes. All in all, cost me a lot of money and for something I was really looking forward to, I have left feeling disappointed.

A clean & tidy salon. My wife had a good pedicure at fair price.
