👍👍 This is a great place to grab something to eat, It's reasonably priced so it's brilliant value. We haven't tried them, but the cakes look nice and there's usually a few different ones to choose from. It's just a cafe, so don't expect to get exactly what you want at certain times as they often sell o... People often mention staff, cafe, wait, coffee, breakfast, cooked,

This is a great place to grab something to eat, It's reasonably priced so it's brilliant value. We haven't tried them, but the cakes look nice and there's usually a few different ones to choose from. It's just a cafe, so don't expect to get exactly what you want at certain times as they often sell out, but the staff are always friendly and helpful so will suggest alternatives if they don't have what you want.

Was going regularly but always so many problems, some staff have attitude problems, today many items were missing from my breakfast and the woman didn’t apologise just said I’ll get the missing items and never came back!! The chef must be a trainee as the food was mediocre to say the least. Finally whoever is in charge couldn’t organise a chimps tea party. Pathetic and won’t be coming back again...over priced rubbish!!

Greeted by unfriendly staff and a 40 minute wait for two basic breakfasts at which point I gave up and was treated like some sort of villain for asking for a refund on my food. If you want a cafe drink or food then go to an actual cafe this is just a waste of time.

The staff here have a serious attitude problem. Completely unhelpful and down right rude, with the manager somehow being the worse. Ordered two breakfasts and two coffees and had to wait about 15 minutes just to get a couple of mugs. I was ready to give the waitress the benefit of the doubt, as she seemed incredibly stressed due to the place being completely understaffed, until she accused me of stealing coffee. I had to keep refilling my cup and throwing it away just to try and find a coffee on the machine that had any taste at all. When I told her this, she called the manager over, who went on a long rant about how the coffee machine needs a new part and she can’t be expected to keep spares lying around. She then proceeded to tell me ‘I’m sure you don’t keep spares of things in your business’ which is both untrue and irrelevant. I told her none of this is helpful as I still don’t have any coffee or refund, to which she finally decided to give me the latter. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a villain or a difficult customer just because I wanted some coffee in the morning or at least a refund! Sort it out Morrisons, and teach your staff to take responsibility or have some respect.

Ah Morrisons, where do I start? I mean, it's an in-store cafe so we're not looking for a Michelin Star but still... The food: It varies. But mostly the fried eggs are normally under-done and the bacon is loosely meat and more fat. We had a Builders Big Breakfast Bap last time we visited which is a novelty, with not practical way of eating it beyond dismantling it. But then it's dirt cheap, it isn't fine dining, it's just cafe grub. The service: I have a lot of sympathy for the staff here who are clearly over-worked at peak times. My advice is 'don't be rude' because ultimately you're still talking to another human. A few occasions I've been in and seen customers demanding to know where their food is in the most days way possible. Go here for coffee and light bites. Don't go here for large meals at peak times.

Cold, expensive for what you get, can’t swap items out, toilets have no soap, hand sanitizer no gel

Friendly staff but very understaffed. Poor lady at the till was rushing around doing multiple jobs at once. Very hectic and unorganised. Long wait due to lack of staff. Feel sorry for employees and all they’ll get from this is horrific wage. Hardly enough staff to open. Morrison’s, sort your situation out.

Arrived to a mostly empty cafe with one table of 6 people in front of us having ordered. Were told as a result, the wait for a burger and a jacket potato would be an hour. Crazy.

The full English breakfast was fantastic, I went with a friend on Saturday morning and the portions were big, the food was hot and well cooked, the food took 5 mints to be serve and staff was friendly.

The food is good value, but poor management is the problem. There are constant shortages, to an often ridiculous extent. The coffee machine not working. This happens again, and again. Then no cutlery. Then no cups, so paper cups are offered, Then these run out, and then there are no paper cups either. What do you do when your meal is served, and there are no knives and forks available ? Eat it with your fingers ? Or sit looking at it until it goes cold ? I don't know, and clearly Morrisons management don't know either. An atmosphere of hopeless resignation seems to be the default setting in the cafe. The staff are very good, but are labouring in the most chaotic of conditions.

Save your money and go to trailway around the corner . It was huge prices for absolutely terrible food . And you have to clock in a do a shift at work to eat there and they don't pay you to work while you eat . We ordered two breakfasts and they sent out one and then argued with me telling me that this one fry up was my order and they didn't have receipts from the the till and then the cheeky sod asked me to show her my banking app to prove my order was what I said it was . We didn't get a second fry up she gave us a plate so we could share the one fry up they had cooked . Even tho we had paid for two . I couldn't quite believe what was going on . Shocking and terrible services run by local idiots 🙄

Food was bought out quite quickly. Customer service by the staff was really good. I thought the general hygiene in the cafe was below parr. The tray trolley that you put your used plates etc on was dirty as was the stand that you put your table number on. The tables themselves were clean. The food was OK, over cooked pouched egg. I think the sausages were sat for a while too. But saved me cooking a breakfast at home!

Fast service, polite staff and one of the best jacket potato combos I had out. I cant post a photo as I've eaten the food.

Good value for money, excellent customer service. I'm a carer for my Dad and as regulars to the cafe staff have got to know Dad and always ask after him should he not be with me.

After 45 min wait when asked for the delay, the staff relaised they have "not prepared" our order. Still asked to wait for 15 min. Unfriendly, clueless staff only knows to "apologise" for their blunder. Basic breakfast of toast n eggs takes this long. And we received... fried toasts as hard as stone, fried eggs gone cold. Toasted tea cakes half toasted. Do not waste your time at this cafe which short staffed, untrained crew. Ridiculously customer UNFRIENDLY.
