I am disappointed with pizza, double chicken and double pineapple on the pizza, I have found only 5 pieces of pineapple and 5 pieces of burnt chicken. No taste... Avoid... frozen from shop taste better ... Disgusting....

Probably the smallest ‘medium’ I’ve gotten from any kebab house. Tasted good. Just a little disappointed. Even the salad was lacking in size!

Myself and my very good friend decided to have takeaway from La Vita. When it finally arrived over an hour and half late the box was dripping with grease and all the salad was wilted! I've had 2 mouthfuls and refuse to eat anymore! I've seen dog food look more appetising than this this big pile of gloop! When I asked for a replacement I was told that the shop was closed and that I needed to contact just eat! Avoid this Establishment they obviously don't care about customer service

🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮I've been here twice. It is the worst kebab I have ever eaten, shokingly awful. It's the only place open late on the walk home. Even at 1 in the morning when you feel the 'need' for some sustenance I now pass by without a care in the world happy to have saved a fiver. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

Food was good for while. Then it started to get bad over few weeks..then tonight placed order meat and chips missing completely and got chicken burger that was so cold in middle with some curly fries with burnt cheese and bacon on..spent half hour calling no reply! Charged for food i didn’t get..won’t return

As somebody who has worked in hospitality for over 17 years, i know how badly reviews like this can effect a business, yet our experience was so poor that im still writing it. On Sunday afternoon, me and 2 of my friends decided to order a chicken wrap with chips, and 2 burgers with chips. After delivery, it was apparent the chicken in the wrap was not cooked correctly. So after a phonecall to the restaurant and an argument with the chef, they agreed to replace it. Fast forward to Monday evening when all 3 of us have severe sickness and diarrhoea, clearly food poisoning and considering the only correlation with all three of us is this one meal. Its now Wednesday morning, and all 3 of us, though feeling better than we were, are all still in bed. I dread to think what would have become of this if we were 3 elderly people instead of in our 20s and 30s. Please please please, from a chef, please cook your food throughly and store it correctly, you will kill somebody if this practise continues.

Ordered a bolonaise with cheesey chips and the bolonaise was over cooked and the chips were frozen when I called they told me they couldn't make me another one and could not refund me for it

The best kebab shop in the Exeter area in my opinion. The combination of the hard to beat prices and the str8 up delicious food blew me away. Given two stars for atmosphere because it’s a kebab shop, what do you expect?

Is this the end of an era? I have been a very happy customer over the years spending well over £800 at La Vita. Tonight I ordered Fish and Chips, (10oz Cod, Chips with lemon wedge) When I opened it, the fish was small, so I weighed it (3.7oz) so I took it back. The guys there told me that they only have that size and have never had 10oz size (which was strange because I have had this before, and it was outstanding) so I advised them to update their website. They cooked me 2 more pieces to make it up. and I went on my way. The 3 pieces of fish were all tail end, with little meat on, over cooked and tasted of old oil. In short, Disgusting! After I asked, it turns out that La Vita had changed hands some months ago, which would explain the meteoric drop in quality. So I am very sad to say that La Vita is now no good and I won't be coming back ever again. RIP La Vita 2016-2023

Received one delivery that was raw dough and this was the replacement order which arrived squeezed. Owner has promised to handmade a replacement but will not answer the phone

Over charged my order by £3 by charging delivery twice. When I asked if they could pop in a drink with the order to make up the £3 they said yes and then didn't bother including the drink in the delivery, called up and asked to be refunded and they said no, I'd have to bring it up with the owner in store when ever he's in next (no date available). Poor service, ok food

Worst kebab ever awful service. Delivered the wrong food. Which meant both of us didn't eat. Only option I was given by la vita was that they would give us discount off our next order NO option for them to deliver the right food. We will not be ordering from here again. AVOID THIS PLACE. £30 down the toilet. Thanks La Vita. Long term customer will not be using you again.

Ordered at 7pm, majority of food arrived around 8:30pm. The food that did arrive was Luke warm at best. Phoned to advise that items were missing from order, no apology & told will give discount next time. Stated we wanted missing items & told multiple different wait times. Phoned 50 mins later to be told it was with the driver. Now 45 mins later still waiting. Rang again, I said hello and was hung up on.the missing items have still not arrived. This is 3 hours and 20 minutes after the initial order. Absolutely ridiculous! Diabolical service, mediocre food at best. We will never order from them again and will advise others not to either.

Great kebab opens at a decent time. Great friendly staff very helpful and full of knowledge on there food which is great. Not really a place that has atmosphere but it isn't really a place you can eat in so not sure how to score

Was warned by locals to expect things to be incorrect/missing. Paid £7 for a tub of ice cream on a boiling hot day for it not to turn up and the phone to be off the hook. Maybe they're sick of people ringing to ask where their missing items are.

An hour and 45 minutes from ordering, still no food. Tried calling the restaurant for about 15 minutes, and eventually they told me it might take a while to deliver as some roads are closed… they are 800m away and there are no roads closed. It’s a pretty pathetic excuse. And Uber eats? A joke. No help. I’m hungry.

Ordered numerous times on this pizza place simply because i loved the pizza. However i ordered recently and i didnt get my drinks , i called them and they admitted it was their fault for not including the drinks. Spoke with weema , she promised that the next time i ordered i will get my drink plus a free drink for the same size. Ordered today again , spoke with someone very rude and kept interrupting me when i speak. Told him about what weema promised me , he said i wont get it. Customer service is next to effin zero. Theyre only after the sales. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Rating as one star. Ordered through just eat multiple times. Never had a problem before until I ordered an X-Large mixed Donner with chips. It came in a small box. I paid £9.95 plus service charge. Tried to dispute and my order wasn't taken seriously. Their reason was different takeaways do different portions. I explained I've ordered multiple times from them.

Great pizzas- much better than the big chains. Total bargain if you buy two. Home made lasagne lovely and a huge portion. I have not had a Donner kebabs for years but these are big and stuffed with salad and meat- fantastic!

Been a top uber eats customer for a while and they always provide top burgers. I'm a burger regular. Recommend having an egg included. It's always cooked perfectly, and breaks just at the right moment. Even when delivered. Foods warmer than most I've had locally. Can't say enough about La Vita. Highly recommended.

Normally used to get a pizza from Domino's as it's easy and always open. Really fancied anchovies though which Domino's don't do. Got one of these through Deliveroo. Liked it so much I then ordered direct through their app and not only was it cheaper I received a free extra pizza. All have been good so far and within 20 minutes.

Due to the low rating I was a little skeptical about how edible to food was going to be. Ordering was super easy and only had to wait 15 mins to collect! When I went to collect my order the staff were very kind. I was unaware that they had a two for one deal on their pizzas, and even though I only ordered one, they still made me another. The pizzas (meat feast and cheese) were both really tasty. Had lots of toppings and were cooked well. I also ordered chicken nuggets which were also delicious. Overall I would recommend them and will definitely be purchasing from them again :)

Me and the misses ordered on this Tuesday 2/8/22 at 10:50pm and the food was great, with good size portions! And what was so lovely of the driver is that we wasn't even home yet on the delivery, so she came out to us, to make sure we got our food quickly which was still all so nice and hot. "DO NOT" be put off by negative views here because I can honestly tell you that the food we had was absolutely great especially the kebab which had loads and loads of chicken :) and the customer service was excellent :)

Does not even deserve a star. Rude owner, when I politely complained about the food, the owner hangoff on me! Also, advertised as Halal but it is not. The owner himself told me on the phone that it was porc while advertising halal! Let alone the halal issue, the pizzas were disgusting.

Won’t even let me do no star which is what I would have put Awful service last night the food was cold as soon as I received it the chips wasn’t even cooked at all, the driver was horrible and not polite at all and the fact it was 11.30 at night he was wheel spinning in a country side isn’t very good either

£17 for a pizza that had zero flavour It just tasted so cheap. A frozen pizza would have tasted better, the dough did not taste fresh. Honestly a novice could make a better pizza at home.. would not recommend.

Absolutely appalling food and when you ring up to complain despite being polite, they say the food tastes absolutely fine and hang up on you. The mushrooms in the all day breakfast not only looked gone off but tasted gone off too and when my husband mentioned this on the phone, they immediately tasted a mushroom because apparently they've got a tub of them ready to reheat which are cooked at the beginning of each day 🤢 I will never use La Vita ever again and I've even put images of the food on social media.

Bit confused about all the complaints,I've been ordering food from here for a good few years and its always been hot with decent portion sizes and delivery has been quick. Just order directly from La Vita themselves as i find it takes longer through Just Eat which aren't a great delivery company anyway. Looking forward to my next order.
