Pinhoe Dental Practice has changed my opinion of dentists. The Dentist is kind, friendly, explains the treatment needed and is very gentle and sensitive to my needs. I thoroughly recommend.

This is a great dental practice. I was nervous about being put with a new dentist. However, he was very understanding of my fear and showed great care and brilliance. I was so relieved. I have painful mobility problems and all of the staff were very caring and helpful, as well as being very efficient.

Lovely friendly and caring treatment from Demetrius (Greek associate dentist) and his nurse. It’s so nice to be welcomed with a handshake from my dentist & a cheery greeting from his nurse. It makes such a difference. Demetrius was very reassuring & insisted I call the surgery without hesitation should the need arise, after his treatment for a broken tooth. A positive experience all round. Thank you.

I don't like dentists and have never had a positive experience visiting one. After 3 days of pain with a gum infection I rang 111 and asked if they could find me somewere as all local dentists had either a 6 month wait or a rediculous price to see me today. An appointment was made for 4 hours later and whilst I had to travel I couldn't have been happier. Receptionist was fab and really helpful, the dentist I seen was called Joe and was by far the most professional dentist I have met. I was in and out in no time, while I was in there Joe did everything thoroughly and with no pain or discomfort to me at all. An xray revealed a simple gum infection. but i was given advice on preventing this from reoccurring, reassurance from the xray and a prescription to solve the problem. I would have no problem using this practice again and would recommend it to anyone.

I moved to Pinhoe Dental Centre in 2016 after 25 years with another practice. What a fabulous group of people who always have a smile and are very approachable. My dentist, Simon, always gives me good advice on how to care for my teeth, prolong their lifespan and minimise my dental.costs. Thank you PDC!

Highly recommended in every way. Reception are helpful, efficient and friendly, the dentist and the dental nurse were kind, understanding, gentle and relaxed. I was a nervous, self conscious patient but they have restored my faith in myself and dentists. Please don't be nervous if you are, Pinhoe Dental Centre staff are brilliant.

Zahid and his nurse Jemma were super nice and friendly. He explained the process very well which made me feel reassured throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend Zahid - best dentist I’ve ever seen!

We both had our checkups today. We both want to say thank yous to both ladies in reception who were kind, smiling and really helpful and to Dimitri and his nurse whose name I didn't catch. They were both kind and welcoming. Dimitri was especially good as I was suffering with mouth ulcers and he prescribed medication to help with them and gently fixed a filling that was coming loose. He gave helpful advice and told both of us to make sure we phone the surgery if we have any dental problems and specifically mentioned the mouth ulcers that plagued me. Very happy at dentists!😁😁

As a person that feared Dental visits, i am now totally at ease since being a patient at this practice. Excellent welcoming and reassuring staff. Pain management seemingly a priority at this establishment. Would highly recommend them.

As a specialist orthodontist, I would like to thank Ben Jones for the wonderful care and expertise he has provided for one of my patients who presented with a very complicated dental problem. Excellent dental care and staff are friendly and welcoming. The quality of the fillings in my front teeth are amazing you would never know they are there.

Always very pleasant and helpful at reception. Am a nervous patient but all the dentists I've seen have been excellent.

My recommendation is you avoid this dentist if possible, I have had an issue with a tooth since July, it’s now October, I have had 3 appointments 1st was a waste of time after waiting for 10 days in pain was advised nothing was wrong after what could be described as a cursory look at best,. 2 further appointments resulted in fillings that fell out after Less than 2 hours . Tooth has now split top to bottom in 2 places and still not fixed. I have only left one star as I an unable to post a negative score

Recently visited at a few hours notice and followed up with two more visits, the second again at short notice following a cancellation. Excellent service, attentive and informative throughout, clarity of treatment and very friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This is by far the best practice I've attended for the most kind, friendly and professional staff. From my welcome at reception to the nurses and dentist Adam. I had my consulation for Invisalign, and I cannot recommend Adam Lane enough. I was kept fully informed as Adam explained every step, and I was left with no questions about the Invisalign procedure. So far so good - I'm actually looking forward to the Invisalign process!

This surgery is great. The staff are lovely and the service is efficient and professionl. I really appreciate being informed throughout my care and being educated on how to look after my teeth. The staff all appear to be happy, and are very caring. Thanks to Alex my Dentist, he is lovely.

Kind, understanding staff who comfort even the most anxious of patients. I felt very safe with all of the Covid measures in place and would highly recommend the Pinhoe Dental Centre.
