    Day-to-day staff on Prescription Dispensary very good - but I had the misfortune of dealing with a "manager" today, very rude and condescending - absolute disgrace - seemed to be annoyed at having to help out and deal with the public - terrible customer service. I'll be changing my health center prescription pick up chemist on the strength of this.

    I asked the lady in boot's to help me colour match the double wear foundation today ,she was incredibly helpful, not only did she colour match but she did full makeup on me and talked me through it, loved it so much I brought every product. Think her name was Oa in Exeter High Street Boot's

    Visited the other day to collect a repeat prescription and buy a new electric toothbrush. Both the staff on the pharmacy desk and the general till were varying degrees of unfriendly, discourteous and rude. Obviously unhappy in their work and unwilling to give a good customer experience. It is a shame not more alternative options in Exeter.

    Phenomenal customer service at the cosmetics counters, I was very well looked after by the whole team but particularly by Rachel T who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Also went in on another day and Oa was very helpful too. Oh and the products are also Great!

    Suffering badly from staff shortages. Fine if you know what you want but not so good if you need help in the cosmetics department. Can't speak to the rest of the shop.

    Extremely poor pharmacy service, unreliable for repeat prescriptions, never answer their phones, are rude in person and consistantly make excuses for not having prescriptions ready. DO NOT USE!

    It's boots. It does the job. For ome reason, the products are, in my opinion, in the wrong place ( e.g. painkillers in the vitamin section) making really hard to find what you're looking for

    Horrible experience. Huge queue for prescription collection, then the officious staff refused to fulfil it as they have invented their own special rule that you have to wait 3 days for repeat prescription. They talk in jargon & make lame excuses & point to their own inane, passive aggressive shop made notices on the wall as though they were holy writ. I then went to a small pharmacy nearby, who were helpful, polite and fulfilled my prescription in a few minutes without any difficulty! Boots think their customers are idiots and a nuisance. I will never spend any money in their horrible shops again.

    I spent 45 mins queuing for a prescription to be told it will be another 20 mins because they are 2 weeks behind 4 staff behind the counter only 1 serving a queue of more than 10 people not very good service

    Pharmacy here has on multiple times now messed my prescription up, or simply just denied that they ever received it. This is very stressful for me as I'm on immunosuppressants and it's essential I take these.

    Cute shop with plenty to offer including men’s products, lots for the wife and photograph facilities on the top floor.. always going to this place as it’s got such a wide range of products from grooming to sandwiches and makeup 😎

    Awful service, seriously, my partner was waiting in the pharmacy queue for about 40 minutes to pick up my anti depressants and because it ran past closing they kicked him (and the rest of the queue remaining) out because they’d closed the tills… they wouldn’t even check if the prescription was on the shelves. I’m now quite desperate for my medicine and will be without it for another day because of this. I understand they’re short staffed (they always were, my mum worked in the pharmacy there for about 12 years) but this is so silly. They could’ve at least served everyone in the queue. I’m working a 13 hour shift so picking it up myself earlier in the day wasn’t an option.

    We did end up with some nice gifts but it was a terrible job to find them the only staff to ask were on the perfume counter a they knew nothing.. It took us about hour to find out we needed to be upstairs haven't been in this shop in years 😱

    Asked two members of staff for a type of product that was first on my list and was pointed in a general direction (both different places), unable to find what I was looking for I left and purchased it all at a store up the road. This might not be their normal customer service but, I won't be rushing back.

    Clearly racist, staff that was attending to me at pharmacy, brunette with a sleeve tattoo had already made her mind up from the moment she saw me that she was not going to help me. Waisted my time and formed an unnecessary cue by asking me if I had been here before in a condescending manner. Refused to give me iron tablets and gave the silly excuse that I would have to ask for permission from the student health centre when I don’t , I am 19. The prescription is listed on my repeats and she said it would take 5-7 days. What a joke! Went to the pharmacy and picked up what I was looking for without any hassle with much better customer service. If you ask me, boots customer service is non-existent anyway and the staff clearly do not want to engage or pick and choose what skin colour they would rather attend to. If I could, I would give no stars because I walked away empty handed with something that could have easily been given to me.

    We went into this branch of Boots in search of Covid 19 Lateral flow test kits and the lady on the Pharmacy counter was super helpful and got us through the QR code ordering system when we were struggling (awkward apps and a stinking cold do not mix). Thanks again for the help. PS. No Covid, just a rotten cold thankfully!

    On the spur of the moment I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted for £27 at the benefit bar positioned near the front door and am very pleased with the result which I am assured will last for 7 weeks. Another appointment therefore in November. Well done.

    I was served by Sukhbir yesterday evening. It was late, and due to my error she deleted it all at my request, and put them all through again once I had put it right. She served me with politeness and patience, and she was pleasant and efficient. I asked her for her name so I could thank her publicly. Thank you Sukhbir. 😊

    Amazing services at the cosmetics counters! I needed a shade-match for a new foundation - Sophie B. went above and beyond in helping me find the right shade for my skin. She also made incredible recommendations for other make-up products I was looking for. I am very impressed by her knowledge of make-up and skincare products as well as her friendly mannerism. Overall, an amazing customer service experience! Would highly recommend Exeter High-Street Boots!
