This is a newer hotel and everything is very nice and clean. The service, including the food, was excellent and friendly. The location is good with little cafes and restaurants, an Aldi within a 10-12 minute walk. The Fatima Basilica is also just a short walk away. Just keep in mind that the walls are fairly thin and you hear people in the other rooms. This doesn't mean it's a bad hotel. It's just a European difference.

Clean and tidy rooms, well designed and fit for purpose! On-site parking was available at the time of visiting at no extra cost. My only criticism is regarding the breakfast: I found it to be lacking variety and only really had the basics. Also for coffee lovers, the breakfast coffee is from those multi-option automatic machines so… no need to say more. I selected a cappuccino and the insta-mix was super sweet!

The location of the hotel is super. It's just a walk to the sanctuary. The food was good. Wine with each meal was a nice gesture. Very spacious rooms. Clean hotel. Staff if very professional and friendly. I really don't have any unpleasant experiences during my stay of 3 nights. The entire stay was a happy and nice experience.

This was the best hotel i have visited. They have a comprehensive approach to taking care of guests including food and extensive inside shopping. Everything was clean, comfortable, and even modern elegant. The one caution i would take is to order lunch and dinner ala carte. I didn't care for the first night buffet. The staff was excellent and accessible but reserved. The location was very good and easy to find with a GPS. The area has the expected Fatima related sites and the finest historical sites in Portugal including the grandest castle 12km west.

Very good hotel, nice staff, spacious rooms with a view over the sanctuary. Only the breakfast could be improved. We will come back.

It is a lovely hotel, well located. Our room was very clean, with modern furnishings. Their meals were very tasty and enjoyable. One suggestion though....The food should be kept constantly warm for guests who eat a little later in the morning and evening. Thanks to all the staff.

This hotel is near the sanctuary. 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by many souvenir shops. They have a chapel inside the hotel. Many groups stay here. Rooms are clean but some needs renovation. Hotels staff are very nice. I have been many times in this hotel, since 2002 I guess. I miss Fatima.
