Freezing cold inside the room. Colder than the weather outside. In the bathroom it smelled horribly and the heating system sent out cold air.

Very cold in the room, no heating system functioning, bad toilet, very bad experience. Please avoid this hotel !

AN EXTRA 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Star for a GENTLEMAN who KNOWS HIS TEAS and won't let his clients down . Thank-you once again. What an Awesome Hotel, right in The Center of Fátima! This was my very first "overnight (s)" stay in Fátima. What a Great Experience...helped on by The Stay at The Steyler. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, all Five-Star. They have a Private Chapel, Library, Religious Paraments, Bookshop, and The SPA !

The hotel self is great and gives very good service. Food is good, staff is nice, location is excellent. The “classic rooms” are quite old with lots of technical problems, it’s better to book the newer rooms.

It was within walking distance to everywhere. Shrine, restaurants, shops. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Rooms were nice, a bit on smallish scale but acceptable. The parking area for the car we rented was small but our vehicle was safe.

Excellent hotel in Fatima where we stay every time we visit Fatima.

Pilgrimage stayed 4t this hotel staff very nice the only thing was the same food every day the should show a menu to there customers but we never seen one may be it will give the hotel something to think about ok

We stayed for 1 night. We had a double room, which I can’t fault. It was lovely, super clean and an excellent shower. Comfy bed. The pool and play room is exactly as you see on the photos, it’s excellent from that perspective. Smaller details: they provided a robe that fits my 3 year old which was SUPER cute!! However my partner went for the buffet dinner downstairs in the evening and he said there was no variety and the chicken was very greasy. He wasn’t happy considering the price of €15. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel that I didn’t like. The breakfast was good. Pretty standard, the best was the coffee in the machine, I really liked that. There was a young lad working at the breakfast and he was super attentive and helpful.
