Long
story
short.
Post-covid19
times
they
did
open
the
hotel
for
guests.
We
made
a
reservation,
a
business
room
with
spa
access
(extra
fee).
Arriving
the
hotel
a
friendly
reseptionist
informed
us
that
the
spa
was
closed
but
they
sold
us
a
room
with
spa
access.
We
wanted
to
cancel
the
reservation
but
they
only
were
able
to
upgraded
our
room.
It
was
a
big
dated
room
without
working
air
conditioning
as
promised.
Breakfast
included
and
we
asked
them
are
they
able
to
serve
it
to
the
room
and
the
answer
was
yes.
But
the
whole
breakfast
was
so
messy,
it
took
over
an
hour
to
get
the
whole
set
to
our
room.
Very
sad
5
star
hotel
experience.
It
felt
like
they
were
practising
the
business.
Location
is
very
good.
