Really good hotel with good, professional & friendly staffs. Perfect location in central city area & street. Around many high level restaurants and shops. You can just walk and enjoy walking by old and city centre architecture. Everything looks fabulous in day time and in night time, you can enjoy different city, one in day time, next in night dark evening time.

Long story short. Post-covid19 times they did open the hotel for guests. We made a reservation, a business room with spa access (extra fee). Arriving the hotel a friendly reseptionist informed us that the spa was closed but they sold us a room with spa access. We wanted to cancel the reservation but they only were able to upgraded our room. It was a big dated room without working air conditioning as promised. Breakfast included and we asked them are they able to serve it to the room and the answer was yes. But the whole breakfast was so messy, it took over an hour to get the whole set to our room. Very sad 5 star hotel experience. It felt like they were practising the business. Location is very good.

In my travelling there very few that can deserve such grading. But this hotel worth it. Good rooms, complimentary water, safe box, more then great breakfast, cooperative warm welcoming staff...I really has no complaints... Do not miss it

Fantastic location, incredibly friendly and polite service, great supplementary sauna, comfortable bed, lovely room and decor. Besides they surprised me with some in house made delicious macarons for my birthday morning! Thanks a lot for a great stay, will definitely come back again!

I feel like a queen every time I stay here! And as a repeat customer I feel valued and appreciated. The rooms and hotel are very clean and elegantly decorated. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The food is top notch from breakfast to dinner. Vilnius is one of my favorite cities in Europe and the Stikliai is the icing on the cake. A true gem of a find!

The beautiful French style and very attentive staff made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is in the excellent location in the old town of Vilnius, the building has a lot of character and charm. The reception staff was very welcoming and warm. Every star is well deserved!

Boutique hotel, small and cozy. Perfect location and very good breakfast. The staff is very kind. They do have a nice restaurant with delicious food.

I have been staying here for years and the service and accommodations have never been less than perfect. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating with any requests. The dining is always consistently top notch with no disappointments and the location makes it for an ideal stay in Vilnius Old Town!

If you get the chance to stay here, do it (but only if you like luxury boutique hotels and appreciate old fashioned art and interior design). It is old but refurbished and well maintained, has lots of history and a very impressive guest list, as if you came to visit your wealthy and fun babushka who's friends with the rich and famous. It's a joy to spend time there in the various areas which are beautiful, interesting, and relaxing. The staff is tip top. Highly recommended hotel. I'm coming back. But... ...the soundproofing could be better. I stayed on the third floor and was woken many times by doors slamming from neighboring rooms. The ventilation could be better in the bathroom. Some areas are very dark and I got lost a couple of times. The pool area (also dark, is very small, but beautiful) need to be reserved in advance but has long operating times.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful. Decorations are perfectly done. We also really enjoyed the spa which we had all by ourselves. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The only improvement I can think of would be a stronger beam in the shower. Good value for money all in all.

You're well located when you stay here. You're a small walk away from most things in old town. The rooms are beautifully decorated, old fashioned but modern at the same time. The staff couldn't do more for you either. Quite expensive here, but definitely worth every penny.

Really loved our stay here, with a very luxuriously decorated room, pleasant views, amazing clean and well fitted bathroom. Booked a time in the spa, which was unfortunately busy during convenient hours so we had to go very early. Staff were very professional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast buffet is exceptional.

Friendly old fashioned hotel ideally located in old town Vilnius. Good restaurant with local food (try zeppelini!). The pictures posted are not only from the hotel but from Old Town Vilnius.

Wonderful staff. Amazing breakfast options. Rooms are very beautiful (too fancy for what I'm used to lol) nice bath. Entire building is decorated with amazing artwork. Location is close to a lot of places to check out and great restaurants. The barber next door did the meat haircut ever! Only 2 things I did not enjoy was that there is a lot of street light that comes in through the curtains and there is no way to block it. Bring an eye cover mask of you sleep light. Second issue was the lack of parking. Someone not local like myself had to take a crash course in parking zones and ended up paying about 25 euros for 1 night a couple blocks away. Overall a great place to stay and if the parking isn't an issue, I highly recommend giving them a chance. An experience you won't forget.

The best hotel experience ever. We went here for two nights. The rooms are great and the staff treat you like royalty. It is situated right in the old town with lots of nice and cozy restaurants close by. So easy to take a stroll in the evening. I am really thankful to all the employees who made a great time truly exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel in Vilnius: you should stay here. We will in any way be back.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Vilnius. The hotel is lovely, has a nice little swimming pool that my daughter enjoys, and the staff are fabulous. Particularly Vitas (I hope I have his name right) who went above and beyond the call of duty to help out when a hospital visit was needed. It's a really lovely hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the old town, and I hope to visit again and again.

Not bad, not great. Definitely not a 5 star experience unlike Kempinski hotel, which has a similar "old luxury" style but with much better execution. Tasting menu from the restaurant was rather bland and without wine/beer pairings. Maybe in the 90s famous people came here but it's more of a museum piece now.

Located in the heart of the city and close to all important places. The staff was extremely available and did everything so we would feel comfortable. The rooms are specious and we'll designed. Quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast.
