Bit of a mixed bag. Beautiful surroundings. Beds are good. First stay was fine, noisy aircon but was fixed. Second stay different building. Breakfast very nice and staff friendly. However, Noise isolation of the room was terrible. Heard next room having "fun" within an intimate context. Room also very hot with poor air-conditioning.... rain sensor/timer on the window which automatically shuts it after a short period but that's the only way to cool the room!

We had the most amazing experience here and can't wait to go back. The service was impeccable and the food was perfect. We will be back.

Excellent accommodation, rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We had very good food in the restaurant and enjoyed the SPA and it’s facilities. Location is also good: quiet and conveniently close to city centre.

Great hotel, but difficult to find. There should be designated parking for for hotel guests. The keys with a heavy room number accessory are cumbersome and one can hear people fumbling with their key. Superb restaurant.

Great resort - really tucked away near Faenza …… if you like seafood and a relaxing time this is a authentic Italian villa retreat
