Lisa was one of the guides on a biking tour in Puglia and I can't speak highly enough of her. She is a great balance of organization, professionalism and spontaneity- she always was on top of the details of the trip but really cared about her clients' enjoyment and wanted to make sure that our needs were met. I have now been on 19 different bicycle tours and Lisa is by far the best tour guide I’ve ever experienced. She is a no nonsense take charge leader, if something needs to get done she gets it done. I also admired her knowledge of history and culture. Having degrees in these fields helps. And on top of all that is her fabulous personality. You won’t have any regrets doing a tour with Lisa.

You could not ask for a better tour guide. I have been on two cycling tours with Lisa as a guide. The first was in Cuba, a country which presents special and unique challenges to the cycling tourist. Lisa dealt with all of these in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. She was always available to provide advice and suggestions on any issue or concern. One evening the group participated in salsa dancing lessons and Lisa was my partner. I like to think of Lisa as a partner in all aspects of the cycling adventure. My second tour with Lisa was the Venice to Pisa tour. I was so excited when I found out that Lisa would be the guide on this tour that I started corresponding with her by email in advance of the tour. She graciously provided lots of advice on my arrival (I wanted to attend the opera on the day I arrived and she provide helpful suggestions on logistics). During the entire tour she maintained her cheerful disposition and provided invaluable support and assistance. On the day of my departure from Italy, I was fortunate to be able to share a taxi and train to the airport with Lisa, making this potentially confusing trip an extra pleasure. I do not hesitate to recommend Lisa as a knowledgable, helpful, supportive, and, most importantly, friendly tour guide.

She communicated expectations for a safe and fantastic vacation, while being generous with her time to help people of all riding abilities.
