Worst McDonald's ever (pretty low bar I know). Service is slow, which wouldn't be so bad if you get fresh food but the fries were cold, undercooked and soggy. Burgers don't look anything like the pictures either. Very disappointing.

Absolutely AWFUL. Tried stackhouse for first time. Doesn’t look like the photo, hardly any sauce at all. Bit into cheeseburger - to my horror had no gerkins and no onions! Thats the best part! Won’t be going there again

Lady at the window was nice. But the food was cold and the smallest portion of soggy fries ever. I’ve had larger servings in happy meals. Big cheesy is certainly big and the sauce is very cheesy. Not great though.

Past three times I’ve ordered from here 5 if you include delivery order never right. And the drive thru is absolutely shocking always parking up and food still comes out cold. Definitely never returning to this one. Macdonalds

This McDonald's is crying out for decent, customer focussed management. Ordered click & serve. After half an hour, went looking and it was sat on the counter stone cold. They made another but nobody is taking responsibility for getting orders out on time. Avoid.

Reo served me amazingly at this branch, consider the other customers were treating him badly at the time. The food could be improved and the atmosphere definitely needs improving although his service was excellent. Potentially the only thing Mcdonald's are doing right at this branch, otherwise the review would be 2 - 3 stars instead.

Your staffs need to learn to listen properly and customer service 101. Waste of money. Never recommending this branch to anyone

Absolute joke, arrived 5 mins before the restaurant closing time. And they had already locked up the doors. I was in my big van and needed the toilet and food. But I couldn't get ethir. Wouldn't fit in the drive though. If you advertise your closing time at 10, then you lock at 10. Not before. That is employee lazyness. Getting home a few minutes earlier made my life way more difficult. So well don't to the staff here for being anti consumer.
