We had such a great experience! My grandpa's 1st death anniversary was something we wanted to celebrate. He loved bowling so we made a reservation online under his last name "Ives". It was amazing walking in, the staff decorated our lane with "IVES" lights and put out cute decor. Totally unexpected but very sweet- they didn't even know what we were celebrating but it sure made it special. The manager even gave us coupons for next time as well as credit to play other games in the arcade. We will go back!

This place is good for bowling, nice environment. But because that I had my hijab on me, guest service didn’t let me and my students to play. The place was empty but they told me that everywhere is reserved. Then I told them that I will speak with my lawyer about it. Manager “Mike” scared and had to let us play. It was very sad. Racist people are everywhere unfortunately. Just wanted to let you know their character guys

Fun place to bowl. We faced technical issues with our lane during our time. Also, we had to call them twice to fix it which wasted 15min of our 2 hr window. Even though some lanes were open they didn’t move us. The lane we were in was extremely slow and it felt it is very old. They have lot of drinks and food options to choose from. Recommend buying Groupon to save some $$.

My friend called this place and ask for a reservation for her 30 students. They said no reservation needed and they were going to help her when they arrive. She took her students to this place to just give them some good memories and have fun all together. However, just because she wears a headscarf, the staff did not want to take her and her students in. They said it was fully booked but there was nobody inside. The next reservation was for 1 hour later and there was plenty of time to play. Then, my friend asked for the staffs name because she knew it was just because of her headscarf as the staff was checking her head to toe. She said she was going to press charge of racism and suddenly that fully reserved bowling salloon became available. When you go to this place please consider that they judge you depending on your religion and your look in this century.

My son celebrated his 14th birthday there with his friends and family yesterday. We all had a great time bowling and playing arcade games!! The private party combo was well served and the attendants were very kind, continuously replenishing food and drinks. We do recommend!!

Two words: OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED. I’ve lived in this town for 40 years, and grew up on these lanes. When I was young, bowling was a fun family outing for any family; and was also generally a reasonably priced family fun activity. Granted the new ownership made the place look nicer, but the prices are insane. I just took my two little boys (8 & 4) bowling last Sunday to kill an hour or so for only 2 games. In fact, I myself didn’t bowl to save some money. I enjoy watching them anyways. The total bill was OVER $40 for two games. That’s insane. Since when does going bowling cost more than a family movie outing?!? As ‘The Dude’ Lebowski might say, “this aggression will not stand”.

Nice place. Prices are a bit on the higher end for very tight bowling lanes. And they do pack it tight. Lanes are a bit technically weird and pretty banged up for a public place. We did experience more technical issues with our lanes than one would expect. They fixed them when asked however. The older manager was super helpful, the younger members a bit less. Overall it is a public bowling alley, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. Perhaps the prices do not reflect the mediocrity though?

Bit costly as they charge per person and by game. But the music and lanes were good. Even the food we ordered was good. The whole vibe of the place was good and they have ample of lanes so even on weekend we did not had to wait.

We were there for a team building event. We were a group of 8 people and did the rock and bowl package. I had to work with someone from the sales office to coordinate this but it was worth it. Rock and bowl was 2 hours of bowling, plus shoes and plus two drink tickets each. When I booked it, she applied a coupon code and it ended up being less than $40/person. The staff was lovely to work with! They were kind, hardworking and attentive. Plus they let us finish our last game even though the two hours were up. I would definitely go back!

Bowlero is significantly more expensive than the mom and pop local bowling alleys. I was surprised at the sub par level of cleanliness. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. There were hairballs near the lane seating and the bathroom wasn't overly clean. I can't say that we will return.

This is a very fun place for kids and adults. The arcade has play until you win options. Bowling is clean and fun. They have a snack bar and drinks. Family friendly.

We had our office Christmas party there last night. Amazing experience. The facility was very clean. We did the catering package which was excellent. The attention to detail was flawless. Our name in lights cinched the whole thing. David the manager and our server Jim were present the whole time to cater to our needs. I highly recommend this facility whether you have a catered party or just a night out to have fun. 10 star experience!

Came here on Black Friday with a huge group and was afraid they would not be able to accommodate. Very fun environment with upbeat music and cool lights. It seemed everyone around us was having a great time too. The lane keypad is simple and easy to use unlike some bowling places. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good time!

I took my boys here the other day and we had a blast! The food was delish, get the wings guys :) and the bowling was so much fun. The staff was always checkin' in on us and the Manager, Mike, came over and made sure we were having a great time. It was both of my son's first time bowling and everyone was so helpful and kind to them. We'll be back for sure!!

I liked this place is give you that old town home feeling. It's was so much fun and the wait was nothing. Others places were like a 2 hour wait. I know where to go next time

The newly renovated bowling alley creates a fun vibrant environment. Food is good. The lane keypad is easy to work. The screens for tv are nice for those who don’t want to miss the football games!

I love this place!! I can't say enough about it,, the food is fresh and taste amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive and we were attended by the manager Danny who was just great to deal with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a good time with friends and family.

We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were a group of 8 and ranged in ages from 11- 50. The whole place was filled with a very diverse group of people. The lanes were full and it seemed like everyone was having a great time. The place was super clean. The food and drinks were great and the service was excellent. Danny the manager was very attentive. I enjoyed myself and we will definitely be back soon! ….

Not a bad place, had a great time bowling. Could have a better selection of balls, but otherwise nicely done. Arcade needs some maintenance and the service was poor (was told to wait for a server to order food -- never had one approach me, nor could I discern who they were by outfit)

Recently visited and had a great time. Natasha was of great help to myself and my children. Her customer service is great. I highly recommend visiting this location. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Natasha and the rest of the Bowlero family!

The manager Danny’s one of the best in the business. He keeps me wanting to come back for more! I love this place, everyone is so friendly. Danny does a great job at keeping his employees and customers happy! I’d give ten stars if I could !

They are very friendly and the food hot and perfect decoration i wasn't expecting but so sweet and we really enjoy very recommend.

Had a wonderful time bowling with my kids. Dan the bartender was especially delightful, he had the brightest smile and talked to me about my family for a good while (my family can be quite stressful.) he really took the stress away. Handsome kid too!

Had my sons 14 bday party with 8 friends. 2 lanes, unlimited food and soda, a staff member assigned to our party, $25 arcade cards for all.... way less than I expected to pay. Service is great, lanes are modern with huge TVs showing Yankees game. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar, good music on a great sound system. Great night, highly recommended.
