    What a great way to start 2023 by coming to the new Dairy Queen!! We had to wait until the crowd died down some 😂 we always see how busy it’s been. Of course they have a full food menu at this location so we had to get the cheese curds to go with our blizzards!! Will be coming back soon to eat and get ice cream everything looked and smelled so good inside. Our cheese curds were very good!! We loved our blizzards!! Thank you guys!

    I witnessed very nasty aggressiveness from the manager towards an employee because he was speaking Spanish to another employee and she (the manager didn’t understand them) so the manager wrote him up and sent him home. When I came back another time she was yelling at the same employee and laughing because she cut his hours to like 10 a week. The food takes literally forever to come out. Even if it’s just ice cream as simple as a cone. The music they play is a hilarious joke. I couldn’t even sit there long enough to get my food. They cram their Jesus Christian music down your throat and won’t change the station or even just turn it off. (I thought they were about pleasing the customers? And that’s a simple enough task if you ask me. Let’s get to the food part. Where my ice cream finally did come out (a blizzard) and was told “well someone left the freezer door open last night and melted the ice cream but I know what I’m doing” and was given a very melted soupy blizzard that he couldn’t even serve me the right way because it would have splattered all over the floor. I’d honestly give them zero stars if I could. This place sucks. I thought it was because they had just opened but after being opened for months, they should have it together by now

    My wife and I have only been here twice for the ice cream, and both times have been in the evening. At these times, service has been incredibly slow, but the ice cream is good. By slow service, I mean the first time we went, we were in the drive through for 45 minutes. I'm not sure how the service is throughout the rest of the day.

    Waited 30 minutes for 4 blizzards. 2 out of 4 blizzards, we have no idea what they even were. Sent two out after waiting for 17 minutes, then had to wait another 13 after asking several times where the other 2 were. The staff had ZERO motivation to move at a normal human pace. Everyone who ordered after us had their stuff and was gone but yet we waited 30 minutes.

    Terrible service. The young man in the drive thru caught attitude with us because he took our order wrong. Ice cream cone was half melted. It took forever for them to serve two cups of ice cream in the correct flavor. Not going back!

    This is the second time I went to this location and this is the second time the service was TERRIBLE! We were the first in line and there was no one in the store when we got there and then it started to fill up behind us…it took 30 MINUTES to get two blizzards!! About 4-5 people who ordered after us (who got blizzards) got their items before we did and there were NUMEROUS incorrect orders in the store. I have worked in fast food in the past and the confusion going on in this store is awful and unacceptable. If you can not handle the influx of orders via drive thru, door dash, online and front window, then you need to hire more or better workers or limit your intake! I WILL NOT be back to this store even though it is brand new and closest to my house!

    Bottom 1/4 of my oreo blizzard was just plain ice cream....hubby ordered via app to pickup and wasn't busy....highly disappointed with the blizzard....if I wanted plain ice cream I'd have gone to jubees for vanilla custard 😑

    Waited 10+ minutes for a #1 burger. Also somehow a part of a giant chain like DQ doesn't accept AMEX? despite having an amazing atmosphere? How does that happen? Like I mentioned, the place looks stellar and has a great atmosphere. Service left a lot to be desired (Also wouldn't give me a receipt because "the system doesn't work that way", so I can't even put this on the DQ corporate survey.) Edit: I waited 28 minutes and then went inside. The supervisor was very nice and upgraded all my stuff to larges and gave me a free medium blizzard. Updated to 3 stars and added a star for service.

    Ordered through the app, est. Pick up curbside was 7:47pm Called when we got there and waited 10 min for our blizzards, received them half melted with no lid, the teenager looking guy, kinda heavy set, let mine tilt over a bit. That's the first time I went, never going back.

    It's been great the past three times I've been here since it opened. They're always a bit busy, so some patience/understanding is necessary, but it's worth it for the awesomely delicious Blizzards! 💯👍🏻👍🏻

    Very busy store but quick service. Nice outdoor dining with beautiful music. Of course the ice cream is delicious! My favorite is a Pecan Buster Parfait.

    Traveling from the state of Texas where we are accustomed to our “meat & gravy” stickin to the ribs or at least sticking to the “chicken”. I usually order strips & gravy and I try giving this New location a chance as I watched the gravy get thinner and thinner with each visit. TODAY… not only did it not stick to the chicken…it was literally just watered milk! Shame on you for even attempting to give that to a customer to pass off as gravy! At least give your customers a straw next time and let me know it’s just milk…. With some pepper at the bottom. 😏

    Drive thru service and food was good. Recommend servicing the ice cream when the hot food is done. I received the ice cream first then had to pull forward and wait nearly 10 minutes for the food. Fortunately it was not a hot day outside.

    I don’t usually complain about restaurants, but this experience was especially poor. My husband ordered our food online, went to pick up the order, and once he returned home, realized items were missing AND all of our sandwiches were incorrect. Almost like they gave us a completely wrong order, even though his name was written on the bag. On top of that, in my 5 year olds burger, there was an entire piece of plastic, seeming to be off a glove maybe? It was disgusting and also dangerous. Might need some more food safety training and quality assurance for the crew.
