Another amazing great clips cut today by the polite and artistic team. This was my first ever visit to this specific location, but using my phone number the check in was fast and easy and the artist knew exactly how I like my cut with the comments that are placed in the system by previous team members at any location. With my receding, balding, and cow licks, the team members always come through with a great look for me.

The lady that cut 8" off of my hair was very nice. She did a fantastic job. I only waited 5 minutes after walking through the door to get my hair cut.

This Great Clips is always understaffed, leading to excessive wait times. Customer service is severely lacking and needs much improvement. I've had good experiences at this location in the past, but my last 4-5 attempts were far from a 5 star rating. Additionally, the online sign-in feature needs to be upgraded.

Aside from my slightly uneven bangs I really like going here. My budget is usually tight being a stay at home mom, so I can’t go to anything super fancy or anything. But I like going here. They don’t judge me, they’re helpful.

Jennifer was very nice and did a great job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted done with my hair. I went from very long hair to short. I appreciate her making me feel relaxed and comfortable by explaining things first. Thanks for a great experience and good conversation!!

Kirsten was my one year olds stylist and she did an absolute amazing job. When I say she understood the assignment she did beyond that. My toddler doesn’t handle a haircut well at all she was patient kind and thorough with him and myself when I was asking for a specific cut fade on a hard kid! I fall in love even more every time I look at his hair. I don’t know how you pulled it off with his resisting butt but you worked your magic! I am a very happy client this girl needs a shout out!!!! Ty again Ms. Kirsten you are awesome!!!!! ❤️

Horrible customer service … checked in online and says it was 45 min wait … time would go down then go back up 20 minutes, 1.5 hrs later with only 2 people ahead of me then 4 of the workers clock out and go home leaving 2 stylists left to take care of 8 customers left. then lady in front of wants cut -wash- style ., Come on and schedule enough workers to take care of weekend crowds.

Horrible customer service. Went in and besides greeting us the first thing we hear is Do you have an appt" he said no, she responded with "sorry we can't help you". Meanwhile, still an hour b4 closing. My husband said can we wait and see if maybe one on the list cancels or doesn't show up. She then said in an extremely snotty way, no I said, we have a full list. A customer should not have to try harder to be served, than the person working in the business. As an office manager I was extremely surprised by how she acted. Very non professional!

Mandy's the assistant manager now. She's been cutting my hair for 2 yrs. I love her. The other girls seem nice most of the time but I'm partial to my stylist

So i met this girl about 12 years ago she asked what type hair cut i wanted i explained it to her she hit it 1st try never cut my hair before but ill tell you this myself and my son will not go to anyone else to get our hair cut but kayla sure gets us right and her to sit there and just have normal conversation about just life in general you need more people like that to be able to sit and enjoy a hair like she makes a feel every time , wouldnt go any where else to have hair cut what so ever , thank you for all your services we cant thank you enough

After waiting 45 minutes, the stylist spent only 5 on my cut. Didn't even line up my neck
