Placed an online order for pickup. When I got there they hadn’t even started making my food yet I had to wait in line. The staff seemed nice and friendly. The sun was okay I’m just upset they got rid of their wheat bread and the grilled chicken isn’t what it use to be and he put a little too much mayo on it but it was still pretty good.

🤮 throw the whole place away! all of the products were soggy, old and gross! i asked for fresh lettuce he said he just grabbed that from the back but it was not fresh by no means smh the floor was black tables were dirty, they fill your cup up with ice and then hand it to you and the pop machine, we’ll all of them were out smdh the place needs closed down it’s disgusting even the cookies tasted funny. i promise

Overall so dirty, drive thru closed, what is he dipping the knife in under the counter? It looked like dirty water?

Helpful staff and fresh product. The toaster seems a little light, so ask for it to be double toasted if you like a crunch in the bread. Quality ingredients and great serving portions. One of the better subway chains I have visited. Offers delivery through door dash.

I walked in a young man was working. I stood in line for 20 minutes and three customers walked out without being served. The employee only made two sandwiches the entire time I was in the store. I also left with out being served. This was the slowest worst service I have ever seen. Don't go!!

Unfortunately does not remain consistent with the chain. Toaster oven was possibly broken and time management was terrible from the employee. Little dirty too. Could use a deep clean.

Filthy Dirty Store! The CC machine was not working (acceptable! It happens), the attitude of the employee was deplorable. A maintenance working spouted out that they don’t take coupons nor credit cards and that there’s signs posted on the door! Why did maintenance tell us that and not the sandwich maker? Why is this location not taking coupons? Ok, so it’s noonish and why is your store disgusting? Why was the ice machine not filled? Better question is why did I even order? I ordered the Hotspot Italian Footlong with double meat TOASTED. My cheese was barely melted and my bread was barely toasted! I didn’t say anything to the store employee who probably hated her job, because I didn’t want to add to her misery. This poor sandwich maker was having issues getting the drawer opened. It was probably stuck with food making it difficult to order! This location should be shut down! The employees seemed to be no trained in Customer Service. It’s quite disgusting! For a drink, I chose the lemonade ne’er should I say yellow water because the lemon flavor was barely there! I wish there was something good I could say…well…for me, it was laundry day and it’s next door! I’d usually go to the McD’s but I chose for a healthier option; Subway! Qu’el Suprise! And now I’m out $15 for a footlong and drink! Would have been less had I been allowed to use a coupon! Never again would I come back and certainly will spread the word about the lackluster environment this location has created during MY visit

Place looks run down, soda machine out of order. Service was efficient but not enthusiastic. Food was good.
