Okay, I don't often post, but this one is well deserved. After hitting a few other marble and granite places for what was a small order, I picked USA Marble & Granite. I needed a 30" x 100" piece of granite for my outdoor BBQ cabinet. The other spots we visited obviously were not interested in a small order and one quoted us a price that was intended to drive us away (unless we were stupid enough to pay their price). The good folks at USA M&G were generous with their time and had great suggestions for us. The price was fair and honest and when the cabinet was in place, they came out the next day to measure and they installed it just days later, despite a unique angle cut we needed. The installers were very pleasant, friendly and professional. They made certain that I was happy with the install. Great folks all around. Five star service. My closing thought is that if a company will treat a customer making a relatively small purchase with such courtesy and great service, you know they are going to do a great job on bigger jobs.

If you need countertops, this is your go-to place. Great selection. Knowledgeable and helpful sales people. Great suggestions if you need help but never pushy. The installation went flawlessly as well. Competitive prices, too. I will go back for sure with future needs. I highly recommend them.

We have really enjoyed working with USA Marble and Granite. We toured their showroom and found exactly what we were dreaming of in a countertop. Mustafa was incredibly easy to work with - knowledgeable, prompt, excellent customer service. When the manufacturer adjusted the colors in the quartz I chose, he immediately notified me, before he had even seen it himself. When it arrived he sent me pictures and then quickly found a replacement when I decided the current vein color was too gold. Workmanship was excellent and turn around time was just a couple work days. I will happily refer all my friends to US Marble & Granite and especially to Mustafa.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! They showed us lots of options talked to us about the range of prices and worked with us on our budget and the timeline. They even sent us to the fabricator to let us see a slab which had been cut to see if we liked it outside of the showroom floor. The absolute best price in town and we checked out several, several other stores and on-line. Install was smooth and seamless and safe.

When I entered the showroom, the senior staff member barked at me that they do not cut any brick (I was holding an old paver brick that I am using to build an outdoor grill place.) and was unwilling to listen to my project needs—two pieces of 24” by 30” granite. He was also participating on a conference call during our conversation and chose not to allow his colleague to help me. He claimed that he “walk and chew gum.” He was quite surly. My advice is take your business to somewhere where they do not take customers for granted.
