The security and support staff at every Inova location that I’ve ever been to is terrible. The Fairfax location is no exception. They don’t help you when you’re lost. then they get angry when you go to the wrong location. I just came from the hospital visit and I was told to take the elevators. The closest elevator did not work, so I took the stairs up to the level. The door was locked. I knocked on it. From behind the door appeared a security guard and said I must go through security. I was clearly wearing a sticker given to me by security downstairs. I said I have been through security. He said he would not open the door and proceeded to yell at me. I yelled back, he would not open the door. So I went back downstairs and found another bank of elevators then came upstairs to check in so that I could visit my wife. The nurse was extremely snide. “Oh, were you the one banging on the door and yelling?” Speaking to me as if I’m some child. I replied “…yes I was…. I am angry, I only have a limited amount of time to visit my wife in the hospital. We are given an hour and I had lost 20 minutes with nonsense.” Taking the stairs is not unreasonable. She just rolled her eyes and gave me more attitude. It is clear from my experience that these hospitals are staffed by overworked, underpaid and poorly trained individuals. I do feel some degree of sympathy for them. However, they have to remember that people in the hospital and their families are generally stressed. They typically are seeing people on their worst days. They have a choice to act better and treat people with dignity and respect. Far too often people at this hospital and other Inova locations do the exact opposite. I am tired of being treated like an inconvenience by these people.

Brought my mother in after an urgent care doctor urgently referred us to the hospital. We waited close to 6 hrs in the ER waiting area with zero update. I had to walked to the check-in desk and ask for updates which they couldn’t provide, all I got was “is busier than usual”. Once in the back she was seen by a careless PA who told me that doctors in urgent care don’t know anything, after explaining what the urgent care physician had said - she didn’t even look at the urgent care physician’s report. The PA constantly kept answering her phone mid conversation and in two occasions she walked away, again mid-conversation without an apology. She looked and sounded annoyed that we were there. Her shift came to an end and didn’t informed us at all. Two hours waiting with no update, I walked to one of the doctors on the floor and asked for a discharge consent since no one was caring for us - That doctor said he was going to call another physician since the doctor caring for us had left. There is zero attentiveness, informative nor legit care for patients anymore. While in the back one of the secretaries on the floor was cursing up a storm bashing one of her co-workers so loud that it made me think she was probably drunk, so unprofessional. I once was a fan of this Hospital but after this night I can see it’s going down - the ER department, hopefully the other departments are not following. Total wait time 8:32 hrs with zero care. - ER waiting room 6 hrs - Back in doctors care: 2hr and 32 min

I don’t think I’ll take my 1 yr old daughter here again. She had a fever for 5 DAYS. We took her twice. The first time was after 3 days of her non stop having a fever. They told us it was just a virus & sent over a prescription for the draining she was having in her eyes. The second time was the 5th day of her having a fever. They checked her ears & mouth, didn’t see anything. I told them that my daughter stopped eating, stopped drinking, started throwing up & continuing to have a high fever of 102. The doctor kept asking me “well what are you concerned about?” WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT AM I CONCERNED ABOUT? If I wasn’t concerned I wouldn’t be in a hospital at all. They ended up test her urine & the first nurse lady messed up & they had to redo it. They were so slow & my daughter was literally in PAIN. After all that guess what? My daughter tested negative. This was by far the worst visit ever. They seemed to have brushed off the situation. They didn’t even seem concerned. The very next day I took her to a pediatrician for a second opinion. SHE HAD A WHOLE EAR INFECTION THAT THE DOCTORS FROM THE HOSPITAL NEVER CAUGHT. If I wouldn’t of gone to get a second opinion my daughter would only be getting worse. I honestly should sue this (excuse my French) damn hospital for negligence.

I had my son in ICU pediatrics unit. He had cancer. I was told that he would die in hours or days, I decided to take him home. When I went out to the hall way to ask the nurse a question, to my surprise I heard her talking to another employee about my son going home to die and laughing about it ! As if he wasn’t a human being. So disrespectful and inhumane. She should not be a nurse!! Zero empathy or compassion for a dying and child and is his parents. Never ever will I go back there.

I gave birth in this hospital. I am very pleased. I spent 3 days here. Very caring staff, professional nurses and good doctors. The room is very comfortable, there was always cleaning. The staff came every hour. The food was also top notch. There is a menu and you can choose for every taste. Wait only 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the hospital! He's the best in our state of Virginia!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the poor service that I and my wife received on the night of 05/31/2023 at the Inova hospital. We arrived at the hospital at 6:40pm and checked-in at 7 pm. However, despite the early check-in, we had to wait for treatment until 1 am. I understand that emergencies can take priority, however, waiting for over six hours without any update on when we will be attended to is unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of communication and information on why we had to wait for so long only added to our anxiety and frustration. As a customer/patient, I expected to receive prompt and efficient service from the hospital staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the night of our visit. I urge the hospital management to look into this issue and take the necessary steps to improve their service delivery and customer care. Please ensure that adequate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to your response. Yours faithfully, Kan patel

My son was operated on at this hospital. I was personally impressed with the attention that all the staff had with my family in general. I have no complaints. Rather, I want to thank all the staff who work there. They are a great team. I remember that there was a nurse named Amanda who helped me. It helped a lot, she is a sweetheart… The adult hospital is no exception. My father was hospitalized for a few days and they treated him extremely well. That made him feel that he is a very special being again. Thank you all and thank God for putting the will to help others in all the staff. thank you 🥰

Hit and miss with the service here. I’m here for my mom receiving surgery. I get a call from the nurse that I (as the family member) need to go to pick up the prescription at the internal pharmacy (which was also closing in 15 min). Their reason, “we’re short staffed. And we usually ask the family to….” • first of all NO ONE comes to a hospital for fun…I’m here to support my mom. Not do your job. • second, as a patient or the patients family i don’t need to be dealing with the staff’s attitude and lack of time management. • this hospital has clearly lost its touch with being sensitive to family. DO BETTER INOVA.

Poor! The facilities are beautiful I will give you that. However,I had my son here and am very unhappy with the services rendered. My water broke a 2am and they admitted me to a section at 12:00 am. They did not allow me to eat anything at all. I ended up having a C-Section as I never dilated and they don't help you walk around or help you. The L&D nurse only had 2 patients and couldn't help me, claiming she was too busy. Meanwhile I was crying and screaming in pain..... When I had the C-Section, I was not given my golden hour with my son. They gave my son to my husband and escorted him out of the OR. I had to wait to be sewn up (20 min or more) before I could even see or hold my baby. Later when given the lactation "help", which was none.... She told us its important to have skin to skin and yet again they gave my baby to my husband and she told him to take his shirt off.. The lactation consultants were no help and were always in a rush. I also still don't have my sons birth certificate and have called over and over they claim I just have to wait......

How would you like to wait FOUR HOURS to be seen? How would you like to be serviced by someone who does a poorer job putting on a leg bandage than you could do at home? PLEASE, if it is not 'super-serious' go to an Urgent Care place. For one thing, this will reduce the service backlog at the hospital. For another, you will get (likely) faster and better service

We just had the birth of our second child at the Inova Fairfax Women's Hospital Center, and it went so smoothly we almost can't believe it. (We had our first child here 5 years ago, for reference, and it went really great then too.) The nursing staff was so helpful and educational, and prioritized the comfort of my wife and our new son above all else. They made sure she recovered well and was fed, and I was glad to see a Panera just a minute's walk from our rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was admitted to Inova Hospital here with coronavirus and pneumonia. People around me told me that it was a good hospital and that I should get well treated and come back. However, the reality is that two nurses are experiencing unimaginable experiences. first. At around 3 a.m., I spent the early morning suffering from chest pain and severe coughing, and finally managed to fall asleep. At 4 o'clock, someone spoke to me while I was sleeping in a tone reminiscent of a military training camp. I woke up with such a shock that my head shook and I tried to get a blood sample. I had no idea how the needle was inserted, but the pain was very severe and the moment the blood was taken out, there was again great pain and the blood did not come out well. I took blood from my left hand for a while, but when it didn't come out, I took the rest of the blood from my other hand and left. When I woke up from sleep, he slapped my mask and told me in a commanding manner to tell me to wear my mask properly. In the middle of the day, I started coughing and ran out the door at the speed of light. After a while, he came back in. Truly, this is the first time in my life that I have received such humiliation and shame. Really, she wasn't a nurse. Other nurses come in during shifts and work without even checking on my condition. I really don't understand.

I give 2 starts because even when nurses are nice the security people is completely nasty, they always give me hard time. They don’t have manners at all. This guy was pretending he didn’t understand me or he just didn’t wanna help and it’s not just me. They are nasty with everyone. They are working in a HOSPITAL don’t they know they should have more respect and empathy for the people????

The Emergency unit is currently average and will treat/cure average injuries. The Behavioral/Psychiatry unit is currently incompetent, loosely prescribe medication, lazy at times, miss doses, hide from their work, and the team doesn’t communicate synchronously. Not uncommon to leave the unit worse than beforehand. The wing of the hospital for the Behavioral/Psychiatric Unit atmosphere is cold, scary, and traumatic at times. Not a good place to heal. The doctor, case manager, and nurses are on separate understandings of patient care at times. Ultimately, the team of doctors in the Behavioral/Psychiatric Unit are not in full synchrony. They have and may prescribe the wrong medication or wrong dosing worsening patient health. If a Behavioral/Psychiatry unit is needed, if possible, I would suggest a better hospital. The emergency unit I would rate between 3-4/5 stars and behavioral/psychiatric unit about 2/5. Hence, my 3/5 star rating.

My 16 year old little brother has been in the neuro ICU for a little over a week now, and while I have spent little time in a hospital, the charisma and empathy the staff has shown has made this struggle so much easier for my family. We had constant check-ins from both our current nurses and those who had helped us in days previous to see my brother’s progression in his recovery. Everyone held a perfect combination of professionalism but also friendliness. Overall super satisfied so far.

We are from Pennsylvania. We had a family function this past weekend in Virginia. My husband was taken to Fairfax hospital via ambulance. The emergency staff was very attentive and he got all his needed tests promptly which I was very pleased. When he was moved to a room, we also had a positive experience. We were so impressed by the nurses’ attention to his care. I wish our hospitals in our area were this caring and competent.

Amazing nurses.. amazing customer services. Experienced doctors. Best NICU in VA. My personal experience with my new born was out of this world. As a mother I could trust the staff and leave my new born to go home and visit my other kids.

Horrible experience. Two months ago i had gone to the ER in really bad pain & the 3 people that were taking care of me were blatantly making fun of me being there for. The guy even went ahead & said “i bleed from this or that all the time & you don’t see me here” mind you i was pregnant, throwing up so much, i was bleeding from my esophagus, & that was how i was treated. That’s the ER for ya. All the other units are great though!

Awful!!! Just had to undergo emergency surgery their less than 24 hours ago and due to how inhumane the Emergency room team treated me RNs especially, I felt the need to write a review dispute my severe post surgery pain. Also, the only reason for 1 stars was the amazing OR team that saved my life and OR workers that extended some human compassion and kindness.

My wife and I just recently brought a bundle of joy into our lives here. Without too much detail, not everything went to plan, but with every obstacle the staff responded in kind and made everything seem like that was the plan all along. And after the baby was born the nurses were extremely attentive and each nurse brought a little new piece of advice that truly made all the difference. They even had a nice little kitchen with drinks and a few snacks in a pinch. That with the Panera downstairs, honestly I can't imagine having a birth anywhere else.

Your hospital is 5 star facility. I will always be forever thankful for the previous services you provided my wife during her surgery. However, your emergency room needs serious attention. You could learn alot from the Alexandria location. Specifically, your intake and triage of clients. Adequate spacing is needed for personnel within the ER. There should be patient coordinator to follow up/ inform patients that have been waiting in line over three hours. especially for those that are getting admitted into the facility. My wife arrived at the hospital for internal bleeding. She was told to come in immediately and an order for admission has already been processed. It been 3.5 hours and we are still waiting. I don't even know if she is still stable at this point.

Please don't bring your child here. I brought my son for an evaluation for stomach pain in the middle of the night. My son was asked to lie on the bed in a dark room while waiting. When the finally nurse came in, we all saw that the sheets were soiled with blood and feces. The room had not been cleaned. The nurse apologized and proceeded to change the sheets, wipe down the bed and clean the room. We were disgusted. My son was found to have fecal impaction and required an edema. The nurse asked my son if he wanted me to do it. Of course, my son said yes. So I was doing the nurse's job. We were then discharged with the wrong patient information (with medications ordered that were not for my son). I then received a bill for $1500 for giving my son an edema in a dirty hospital. I have been disputing this for over 6 months. They have denied any of this, basically accusing me of lying. The nurse denied the soiled sheets and the discharge nurse denied giving us someone else's summary. We are in the medical field and are appalled. This is the worst medical experience we have ever had.

I came to Inova for an ankle injury in September. The x-ray tech took my first round of x-rays with my icepack wrap still on my ankle, so the MDs couldn't give me a diagnosis and I needed to have the x-rays taken again. After, I was told I had no injury and was sent home with an ace bandage. When I got home, the results of the second x-rays came back showing I actually had a fracture. I was diagnosed from the first set of x-rays not the second. So I had to go back the next day to receive a splint. The hospital charged me for the second set of x-rays and the subsequent visit and my health insurance wouldn't cover it because it was repeat procedures. So then I filed for financial assistance with the hospital but was denied because I couldn't prove my residency, but I was unhoused and had no way of proving my residency. I appealed it and even though I am unemployed and working odd jobs making only a few hundred dollars a month, my "self-declared income" in their system was somehow listed as $9000/month, so I was denied again. So I had to pay for a notary to witness me signing a self-declaration of income. I contacted the finance department SEVERAL times only to receive responses saying "Please contact us through the patient portal" (which I was doing) and then they'd prevent me from being able to reply. I finally sent messages to every single department I was allowed to contact in the patient portal and then finally got a response from someone saying I'd be contacted by patient services. I was never contacted by patient services to this day. Then I recently checked my account and my balance was cleared. No notification. No call. No email. The nurses and medical staff were all very accommodating and nice, but the negligence and lack of communication and professionalism on their part is egregious.

The hospital is great but the ER 🥴 the nurses are rude!!! They will talk to you in the most rude way & think it’s okay, then speak about you behind your back; they should do better because you don’t know what someone has going on in their lives, they go there for treatment not to be disrespected. I understand it’s overwhelming but dang, treat ppl with respect.

I thought this place was one of the best, but I see it has gone to hell. I been waiting for over 4 hours just to be placed in a room and still waiting. Once again every time you come in with a common cold they want to keep you in here for 3 days. Their stranded protocol. Place sucks, never coming back. Also, they want to give you meds you don't even need to raise the bill.

I very much valued this hospital when I worked there about 10 years ago for their level of care at the time, but had a devastating medical neglect/malpractice incident when I went there for an emergency of my own about 1.5 years ago. They are loyal to hiding malpractice & death of the victim over fixing it- so I would never approve again. JCAHO was contacted and I am up to this date being isolated to a level that is digressing my health more, preventing me from working, and brainwashing all help off from me to prevent me from suing. If my death happens anytime soon- it’s honestly most likely related to this. Hospitals need to fix problems they cause right away and create a fair resolution, rather than completely isolating and virtually ruining the life of a victim of malpractice. That’s all that I would expect. This is beyond ridiculous and unnecessary. I would never make such matters public if my safety in my health and care were not at risk still because of it.

After a horrible accident, I spent a few nights and underwent multiple surgeries at Inova Fairfax. Their physicians are fantastic, masters at their craft. The support staff was courteous and comforting. The facility is modern, clean and relaxing. I am lucky to have been under the care of such a wonderful and gracious hospital!

Very nice facility with helpful and friendly staff. I'm reducing down one star because I've met a few residents with very bad attitude. These residents became very upset when asked to explain the symptom in easier way. The hospital should teach these residents how to respect and communicate with patients before they call themselves as doctors.

Forget what them Karen’s are saying Labor and delivery did a great job delivering my son. It was scary because he was low on fluid and wasn’t getting enough blood and my girlfriend was scared to do C section but overall it had to be done to save my sons life. The doctor made the right judgement call, all nurses are very helpful and manage their time exactly how they’re supposed to. We never felt neglected or mistreated we are glad to have our son born at Fairfax hospital🙏🏿💙

The staff on the oncology unit is the best, most patient and kind people ever. I really appreciate the care they gave my son-in-law! More attention should be focused on the housekeeping. As you go up and down the escalator the top is full of dust and needs to be cleaned. The waiting areas near the window at the entrance area tables are also dusty and the table and chairs are terrible too. Those areas I would think would be more sanitized

I just went to the ER for a torn calf muscle and received excellent care. I was in and out in under one hour. The nurses, doctors and staff were courteous and very friendly. This was the best experience I have had at an ER. On a different occasion they treated my toddler for a head injury and he received excellent care as well.

I had never been here before but I would go back if I ever needed to. I arrived around 7 and left around 10. Very timely considering all they had to help me with. The doctor I saw at the ER was professional and quick to assist. The ER was crazy busy but I still received thoughtful care. The nurse and tech had answers to most questions I had. The monitors they connected me with ran smoothly. The Transport person that took me to CT was friendly and made sure I was not alone while waiting for the CT room. The CT dept. was VERY professional and caring. Things were clean and seemed well taken care of. Overall, I was treated with respect and caring. The only thing I would change would be security guard. He was creepy and would not stop staring at me. He was sitting down and just staring at me as I was waiting on my husband to help me to our car. Even when other people seemed as if they might need help with directions or anything he never moved or stopped staring at me.

Becky the triage team lead you are by far the worst human I have ever in my life encountered. I came into the emergency I currently was told by urgent care that my sepsis was leading into sepsis shock. I was in line hunched over for about 20 minutes. Becky proceeds to put two people in front of me. She saw the that I was bleeding and told me I’ll be fine I’m not bleeding out. Do you know how much agonizing pain I’m in? How dare you tell me I will be fine. I’m so heartbroken by the lack of consideration, empathy, and urgency from this hospital. If I can give 0 stars I would.

My family would like to thank the magnificent staff in the ICU who labored do valiantly to save my daughter. Unfortunately, her illness had progressed too far, too quickly and she was lost. However, the ferocity, dedication, compassion and diligence of the Inova team is beyond compare. God bless all of you.

Our recent experience at Inova Fairfax Hospital was truly remarkable and I feel compelled to share this with others who may be looking for unparalleled medical care. Our joyous occasion was the birth of our daughter, Samantha, and the staff at the hospital made our journey incredibly memorable. From our first interaction, we felt welcomed and reassured, knowing we were in capable hands. The hospital maintained an immaculate environment, ensuring cleanliness at all times - something particularly reassuring in these times. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional care we received from the Labor and Delivery team. Each staff member we encountered displayed the utmost professionalism while exuding a comforting, empathetic demeanor that made us feel at ease. We were always kept well-informed, every procedure was thoroughly explained, and our countless questions were answered with patience and understanding. A special mention must be made for Sydney, our night nurse. Her dedication, nurturing nature, and exceptional expertise truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding care, made us feel calm and reassured during the stressful moments, and was there for us with unwavering support. Overall, our experience at Inova Fairfax Hospital was second to none. The birth of our daughter was made all the more special by the remarkable care and service we received here. We couldn't have asked for a better team to entrust this significant life event to. We wholeheartedly recommend Inova Fairfax Hospital to anyone in need of superior medical care, particularly to expectant parents. This hospital and its fantastic team truly deserve a full 5-star rating for their incredible work! Thank you, Inova Fairfax Hospital, for making our experience one we'll cherish forever.

ER department is way understaffed. Don't expect thorough medical care due to large daily influx of emergency patients (200) and low physician ratio. We were in a horrific car accident and no specialist Dr. can make it to the room. We were there for over 12 hours. One Ortho/neuro PA showed up and told us that they would check with their boss. Never heard anything. The discharge medical report was even worst. There is no mentioning of bruise ribs, chest, legs and head injury. Both vehicle airbags were deployed. Cuts were observed on head. There were no CT scan of the head, no Xray for ribs and chest. No Xray of legs and hands were taken to make sure that they were okay eventhough visual observation showed bruises and large cuts. As it turns out, the victim's hand was broken and they sent us home with a bandaged hand with no X-ray. We were also given a simple backbrace and sent home with the instruction to follow up with a PA 6 weeks later for a compression fractured L1 vertebra. Again, according to second and third specialist opinions, kyphoplasty back surgery procedure should have been done prior of ER release. This has to be The Worst ER department in the area. Incompetent ER physicians. This issue also lies squarely on the shoulders of the hospital mangement due to incompetent staffing.

I enjoyed my time at Inova. I was here for 2 nights after coming into the ER with a major infection. Upon entering the ER I checked in and was immediately triaged. Then brought into the ER mid-point waiting room and then was treated. Then I was checked into an overnight bed for mid-level care. I had my own room and I wanted to specifically highlight 2 nurses who did an amazing job. Young who was my nurse and was the charge nurse is extremely good at his job. Ashlee who was my overnight nurse also did a phenomenal job. The techs also were very attentive and kind. I get every experience can differ for patients based on a ton of reasons but for me my stay was pleasant and efficient.

I'm sad I have to leave a 3 star review after the excellent care my daughter received during a trip to the ER. However, I was trying to get to the bottom of my bill and after waiting on hold, which was expected, a woman named Kalana (? 8/11/23 approx 1150 am) answered and I told her what I was calling for. Instead of acknowledging what I said, the next thing I hear is the phone ringing and an automated message with options. Yes, she transferred me to the right section but she was rude as hell about it. It's not my fault when you call the hospital there isn't an automated system that gives you the option to direct your own call.

I went to the E.D on 01/20 with an appendix inflammation and the staff were nothing but great to me the whole time. RN Milly at the E.D who is the sweetest nurses I’ve come across triaged me. RN Leah put me in the hallway until I was ready for surgery. Both the surgical resident and RN Leah arranged for me a get a breast pump so I could pump for my 2 month old and offered to store the milk for me which was very generous of them. Dr. Teacher and Dr Lesotho, both were very eager to answer any questions I had and made me very comfortable about my surgery. RN Katie in the recovery room and Kathleen in the post op we’re just wonderful and so patient with me, offering me crackers and water and kept up with my pain meds. This was my first surgery ever and the whole team made my experience so much smoother and so comfortable. I hope Inova can recognize these wonderful people and all that they do for their patients.

Had the best experience here during my surgery. The experience right from the door, to the time I exited the hospital (women’s center) was just phenomenal. The team at Inova are excellent! Extremely attentive, cooperative, ethical, passionate & responsible. I could keep going!! So grateful to all the staff at the hospital.

I had a very pleasant experience in this hospital. It’s super clean and neat. The staff is outstanding from drs to nurses to receptionists. The Drs are very informative and they are willing to give you their time to answer all your questions and concerns. The nurses are so kind and knowledgeable. The services are top notch. The meals were five stars. I had only one issue for waiting Long to get anesthesia. Other than that it went smoothly and I appreciate all their efforts. Much love to every single one of them.

I cannot speak highly of our stay in the children’s hospital pediatric. We were admitted and sent to oncology it was the children’s unit where you go to be admitted. Room C-10-18. Joselyn & Emmy were freaking amazing! From the moment we got in this room everyone was so welcoming and just so positive and I could just feel the love and positive energy Comming in to the room. Caring Doctors, nurses are exceptional as well as the entire team. The food is outstanding, as you can see from my food posts! The chef, meals and staff are outstanding! The water pitcher was always filled to the brim! Shout out from the polite guy on the 6th floor, F638!

I had my baby 4 months ago and I can’t be more thankful to the Staff of Doctors and incredible nurses. I’m forever grateful for the care I had before, during and after my csection. Nurses, you are heroes! Thank you for taking care of me and my baby boy, I couldn’t have done it without any of you and your sweet souls. I sometimes get tears in my eyes remembering all the different nurses coming in holding my hand, truly asking me how I am and their emotional and physical support during the whole time. I’m terrible with names but I will never forget my guardian angels specially the nurse I got the night of my csection and the nurse I got the last 2 days of my stay. You guys will forever have my respect, it’s definitely not an easy job so thank you for all you do!

Took hours to give an Rx to my wife. Then when room cleaning came in the morning, the lady was wetting regular napkins to clean counters, bathroom, and the rest of the items. She brought sanitizing wipes but didn't even opened it. Kind of scary!! Today waiting for a transfer the whole day. It's almost 10 , I have no ride, I ve been sating to help my spouse, 5 nights, and here Iam wtg for the unit to prepare a room. I am tired...

We went there for elective surgery and everything was smooth. I have taken a look at posted comments and most reviewers give either one star or five stars so it seems in critical health care satisfaction is either a hit or miss. In our case staffing, infrastructure, equipment and management were superb.
