Very nice staff and quick service! Food was served on time just too salty for my taste though. The place is neat and spacious and decorated distinctly. Enjoyed.

If I could give negative starts I would. I've been a regular here for years and sadly it's been going downhill the last few years. Went with my family on a surprise Sunday off. Sat for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. Another 10 before the server I waved down came back to ask us if we needed something. Had to ask 3 times for a high chair while holding a wriggling child. Ordered all of our food at once plus a drink. Never got the drink. Got our appetizer, had to ask for side plates and spoons so we could eat it. Maybe 15 minutes later, my dish comes out. 10 minutes later, my girlfriends. No sign of our childrens food. So we sit and wait as we're not about to eat before our children do. 10 minutes go by and a server comes by and asks us if we're missing anything. We tell her the kids food is still missing. She goes to the kitchen to look, and promptly forgets about us again. 10 minutes later we decided to just leave, which we do. Get this: nobody even looked our way while we left. Meanwhile, the 4 tables that came in after us all have their drinks and food. I honestly can't believe how awful this experience was. I'm Peruvian. I love Peruvian food. We've been coming here for years, so much so that we were regulars for one summer a few years back. The knew our order the moment we walked in. Now? They're definitely not getting our service ever again. Have fun comping that meal, I should've flipped it over on your table. Maybe then you'd have given us some service.

Another Centreville secret I'm letting out of the bag. Nestled on the border of Centreville and Chantilly sits one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Northern VA. Peru 703 offers you both inside and outside dining with inside live band performances. As much as I love all of extras this place has to offer, it's the food that'll keep the staunchest critics coming back for another bite. The juicy chicken (Pollo Saltado) I had today exploded with flavor like nothing I've had previously. I've eaten at this place many times using delivery during Covid but nothing compares to the experience of being in the establishment itself. From the people (thanks Maria), to the music, to the food this place is a gem.

Maybe it was just too busy for fathers day 2021 for them, slowest service for any restaurant Ive been too in YEARS, one waitress for 12 tables, the cashier waitress took our order and the others. The food was not that great, I think heated up, talapia has destroyed peruvian cuisine everywhere, it has such a terrible flavor but its cheap for everyone out there......Too find a good ceviche call ahead and see what fish they use, anything but the industry standard of tilapia, MY MISTAKE..The waitress had to clean tables with one bus boy, I think they tried their best, but not with us, who knows.....good luck on this one. At least the pitcher of chicha was good....but that took forever to get also

Came here with friends to try it out first time my server was swiping and came over to take our order. Then continued to sweep around us. It was 3 of us, 2 of us got our food while our third friend had to wait for his food which was a appetizer id say a good 10 min when we asked the server she replied we have to wait. The. We asked for chicken and they served us this enough said we left very shocked to be served this as chicken and say its fresh from earlier today.

If you are looking for Peruvian food this is a good place. The service was fast and friendly. The chicken was a little bit warm, but the server told us that the chicken is better when they open. The fried rice was good. Now the other plate was amazing, you can feed about three people 😀.

Despite constantly trying different peruvian joints in Northern VA, this place has been my preferred go-to for years...even through changes in ownership, management, names, etc. There have been times when they were "meh", but lately (past several years), the food has been absolutely delicious. My Peruvian dad agrees! So I'm a little surprised by the recent, negative reviews, being that my experiences haven't been bad, at all.

Worst experience ever, they made us wait for 45 min just to get a table. When we finally got a table, it took an hour to clean it and another 30 minutes to get the food, we didn’t have drinks or utensils, when we told them about that, it took 20 more minutes. We had to constantly approach the counter to get the sauces, bill, containers. I understand you guys are super busy but you should have enough staff to deliver a good service, we are paying for the food and service because tip is included, we’ve been super patient but it’s not fair for people that wanna come here to know what yo expect.

Yummy yummy in my tummy! Peru 703 offers amazing service and real authentic Peruvian cuisine. This was our first time here and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a taste of home or anyone looking to try real authentic Peruvian food, which is considered one of the best in the continent. The menu is extensive and the food came to our table in no time. I will definitely go back.

I went there couple of days ago and the food was ok but the service is awful, we got yuca as a side that it was hard as a rock when we send it back to the kitchen the server came back saying it was fine and touch it with her hand, broke it in half and said thats how they serve it, there were Cockroaches in one of the tables and the ppl left, sadly that was at the end of our food, anyway they add the tip without even asking you and its 20% that they don’t deserve

Great Peruvian food, service is friendly and fast. Music was too loud, and TVs were a distraction. Family was happy and that what it matters.

Went out for Mother’s Day and was just completely disappointed. We did not receive all the food we order and the food that did come, came one by one. Not all together. We had two people come to ask if everything was ok but did not receive the food. Service was horrific no check up at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all. They also added a service charge ( tip ) , which the amount doesn’t reflect service.

I had a great dinner. I came in late and was the last person there, and yet the service was friendly. I wasn’t charged a service fee that some others seem mad about a while back, but I was alone, so the check was modest. The menu is wide. Spanish is definitely the first language here, but the servers are effective working around the language barrier. I do think the service expectations are different than what many will be used to, so you might have to catch the waiter’s attention when you need something. I enjoyed the food and look forward to returning next time I’m in town.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peru 703 restaurant in Chantilly, VA, and I must say it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. What truly stood out were the diverse Peruvian dishes that adorned the menu. The rich tapestry of flavors, colors, and aromas showcased the true essence of Peruvian cuisine. From the traditional Lomo Saltado, a savory stir-fry combining tender beef and crispy fries, to the aromatic and soul-satisfying Aji de Gallina, every dish seemed like a work of art crafted with care. The ceviche was a highlight—bursting with the freshness of the ocean and the zing of citrus. The tender anticuchos transported me straight to the streets of Lima, while the beautifully marinated Pollo a la Brasa offered a succulent blend of herbs and spices. Peru 703's dedication to authenticity and quality shone through in every bite. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about sharing the stories behind each dish. Adrian, the manager and bartender has a great personality and very professional as well as a great attitude towards clientele. It's evident that this restaurant values the essence of Peruvian culture and cuisine. In conclusion, Peru 703 is a haven for those seeking an exploration of Peruvian gastronomy. With its wide range of dishes, warm ambiance, and attentive service, this restaurant is a gem that transports you to the heart of Peru's culinary heritage. Highly recommended for both newcomers and seasoned fans of Peruvian cuisine!

We were there Father's Day. We had never been before so it's tough to tell how the service is normally. Overall it was pretty good. Our server made some suggestions and offered to have us sample some drinks before committing to getting a whole pitcher of something we might not like. We had to wave the server over a couple times but it was no big deal. The portions fed us for 3 meals! Overall it was pretty good.

Nice hidden peruvian restaurant in Chantilly. It's not super easy to spot. just driving by. The staff are all very friendly. I haven't had their chicken yet but I've had the lomos saltados. Overall pretty good, but I have had better at other places. The rice is nicely flavored and seasoned. the steak is also tender, but has a weird aftertaste in my opinion. I also prefer my lomos saltados to be drenched with sauce and this was lacking. but good quantity and very fulfilling. tomatoes are delicious. comes with the typical yellow and green sauces but sometimes they forget so make sure to ask!

Will not be returning. After eating at this restaurant for a year, never have I been charged for a "service charge". After asking what it's for, I got attitude from both servers. The manager informed me this is something servers do to "ensure" their tip and that it started two-three weeks ago. Every time I eat here I tip 20%, cash. But to be forced a tip and not even be kind enough to explain what it is on the bill, I'd rather eat somewhere else.

An amazing restraunt. Took my family here during father's day. Being quite packed the servers did their best and got my food at a timely fashion. The best Peruvian cuisine I've ever had!

Had a pisco sour, some sort of delicious steak dish. Well seasoned and pleasantly spicy. Staff is so friendly and team oriented. Super casual. Hit this place up for some authentic eats!
