Atmosphere set the tone!!! Not a new patron to Jinya but new to this location. Out of bounds service from Antonio! Forget the raise and pull him into a management position! Genuine and uplifting service. We lacked for nothing. Food was served swiftly with enough time to enjoy the appetizers proir to our entrees. The tempura shrimp is absolutely a must from this point on (some shrimp eaten prior to photo). This will be our forever go-to location!!!

I loved the food it was crispy when it needed to be and just tasted right. In addition our servers Thomas and Michael were kind and always available to take additional orders. The atmosphere was like a warm and cozy fireplace which was soothing to see and feel the warmth. I would come back any day 10/10

The food is really delicious. The bartenders/Food servers especially Jackie at the whiskey lounger are excellent. The recommendation for the drinks are beyond expectations. Best Ramen in VA.

The vibes inside JINYA are moody and perfect for a date night. The servers were welcoming, warm, and answered all of our questions, and gave great recommendations of things to order. We arrived in time for the happy hour which included a nice selection of wine, specialty cocktails and the crispy chicken each for under $10. For our entrees we tried the spicy chicken ramen and the Tonkotsu Black. Both were flavorful and hit the spot.

This is my second time here and the food always hit the spot! Thomas took care of us like a champ! He was very outgoing and respectful. He makes us feel like we’re at home. The atmosphere is amazing, the customer service is excellent, and the food is spectacular. Will be coming again!

This was our first time visiting here and oh boy will we make this a regular spot for us. The atmosphere is incredible and our waiter Tom was awesome! He recommended the wings and the chicken bowls- both of which were the best I’ve ever had. If I could give this place 6 stars I absolutely would!

I’ve always been a big fan of Jinya. They’re always consistent with service and food. I haven’t been disappointed by any of their ramens yet, but I haven’t tried the vegan/vegetarian options. The curry bun is amazing too, so crispy and yummy! It’s a bit overpriced though, $8 for a single bun?

We walked around Mosaic looking for a nice place to eat and were lured in by the warm fire outside on this cold day. We were greeted with great hospitality from our server, Kitty, who made sure we were seated in a comfortable booth. The ambiance of the restaurant was exactly what we wanted: cozy and chic. The food was absolutely delicious — the Smoke Thyme cocktail was perfect, followed by arguably the best wings. Go for the “Chefs Special” Ramen. Finish off with chocolate mochi ice cream for desert. Would come again and again! Thanks Kitty for a great evening with great service.
