I went here for a couples massage and it wasn’t the best experience. The workers don’t speak English and use a robot translator the whole time so its hard to communicate to them. Also they force tip us. I thought a tip was out of one’s own heart not forcing me and my partner each a tip. Like it’s ridiculous, I understand paying you for your job but now making me tip you when I hated the experience is what turned me off. Never again and wouldn’t recommend this place for a message.

I have had several massages from this place, and every one of those massages was fantastic. I went in with lots of sore and aching my muscles. I do a lot of sitting all day long so my glutes, thighs, and hamstrings are in a lot of pain and general soreness. They did a great job of ironing out my sore spots. I will continue to go to them as needed. I highly recommend their services. I appreciate the good work they do. Update 4/16/2023: I had the most spectacular massage yesterday (Sunday). It was sensational. She hit all the right spots. I can walk again after weeks of being stiff and in lots of pain. I feel totally refreshed. When I was finished with my 90-minute massage, I was more than happy to give her a $50 tip. She worked hard and deserved it. I am so grateful I found such a wonderful place for my massage.

Wow! I’ve had deep tissue massages before, but the one I had this past Friday was the best!! Staff was courteous and professional! Very friendly! Spent much more money elsewhere, just had one at the casino, but honestly, Hands down this was the best! My wife and I will definitely be back! Thank you Renew!!

Very good massages, I recommend the hot stone massage

The hot stones at the end was a nice touch. Tried cupping here for the first time. It felt like a light pinch and some pressure in the beginning. It felt so good when the cups were released. The couples room was spacious. Would come back again.

I had the best massage EVER! She was so strong and hit every part of my sore spots. Her name is Lina. Excellent Lina!!! The only thing I would have to say was the miss communication because of the different language. They really need someone there all the time who speaks English and not have to call someone on the phone. And there was still a miss understanding. But all in all,, it was very good and I’d go back.

My first visit to Renew Spa! The therapist (YOYO) knew exactly how to target my problem areas and I left feeling like a new person!

We came because we had a Groupon for a couples massage. As soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes, the man at the front desk was smoking. They 5 employees working didn’t speak English. They used a phone to translate when we spoke. They called another woman to translate/speak to us who informed us there’s an additional charge of $5 per person for “tax”. I asked if it was CT sales tax of 6.35%. She yes, to which I told her that wasn’t $10. She then said it was a “Groupon tax”. The massage table was a cot with a purple suede throw and a stained pink pillow. The massage was disappointing. I couldn’t communicate with them about pressure levels. They also charged me an additional $3 for using a credit card. Purchasing on Groupon was pointless. I ended up paying the same price for a very poor experience.

I used a Groupon that had been gifted to me. It was quiet and clean. The woman who did my massage and foot reflexology was kind and checked multiple times that I was okay. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice combo reflexology and full body massage!

I enjoyed my deep tissue hot stone massage & foot reflexology. They were sweet, through and I felt comfortable and it didn’t feel rushed. Also great prices I must add! Worth every cent I will definitely be going back.
