My husband and I were guests yesterday. All of these great reviews of Alejandra are not what my experience was with her. Very nasty, very unprofessional. We had a spill while coming out of the elevator on our way out. Her reaction was totally absurd. I cleaned it up. She was nasty, and her little sidekick helper was just as nasty. I would NEVER recommend living in this building.

A+ Apartments. I don’t really know where to start with how wonderful this apartment complex is but I will try. 1.) Communtiy. People are respectful, private, yet social and kind. There’s a major etiquette in the best way. The community always says hello when passes and there are several friends in the building. Regardless of age of family status, this place is a wonderful community because of the graceful people. 2.) THE POOL! It’s so Clean and well maintained, and people respect the “rules” keeping it pristine, limited guests, and totally sensitive to noise. The seat ing is magnificent! My family of 4 have always gotten chairs, and usually in the VIP Cabana. This is the highlight! 3.) Easy parking! Safe! Great location! 4.) Really nice facilities and apartments with large windows and nothing ever needed maintenance. 5.) the manager. Alejandra cares for you, your family, your needs. She is the one that makes it feel like family. She’s available and a great listener and well organized. My family and I lived here as we were building a home and we are TRULY going to miss it because of the people, well-maintained facilities , and its safety. This was a great place to call home. It’s my highest recommendation and I was grateful for this apartment complex. ❤️

My daughter lived here for two years while at Fairfield University. It is such a well-maintained property, and the common areas are very well appointed and immaculately kept. The staff is great to work with -- they are on top of everything with email updates, and Alejandra made the move-out process a smooth one. It's a very safe & secure building, and there are good restaurants co-located in the building. An A+ experience all the way around!

We landed at the Trademark for a temporary stay in between looking for a forever home. From the first phone call with Alex, I knew it would be more than that. Her level of hospitality from the moment you become a resident goes beyond any other experience I have had in customer service and friendliness. We have established such a beautiful community here that often meets by the amazing pool and deck for potlucks and birthday celebrations. With having two young children, I love that we are multi-generational community that looks out for each other. You can't find another place like it in Fairfield County. Alex is incredible and responsive with requests, accommodations and finding solutions should something come up with your unit. Truly an exceptional experience.

As someone who frequently visits my significant other at Trademark, I have fallen in love with this building and its staff. The warm and inclusive community, led by the exceptional management of Alejandra, makes me feel welcome and valued. The staff, including maintenance overseer Guy, go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Plus, the convenience of having various businesses within the building adds to the overall appeal. If you're considering visiting a loved one at Trademark, I highly recommend it for its inviting atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. It's truly a home away from home.

I moved into Trademark two months ago and I could not love it more. It offers all the amenities- a beautiful pool with cabanas, grills for BBQ's, gardens, a fire pit, club room, and gym. The apartments are beautifully designed and very modern looking. The building is quiet, I have had zero issues with noise. It offers a community feel, all the staff and tenants are so friendly, and I feel very safe living here with my daughter. Not to mention, having the convenience of a pizza and ice cream shop directly below and the train station right there! You can't beat it. Alejandra, the property manager, is absolutely lovely and one of the friendliest faces! The building maintenance is incredible as well, Guy keeps everything clean and can fix it all. This is the place to live in Fairfield.

I have lived here for five and half years, since the grand opening of this apartment building. I have checked out a few places when I first moved to CT and decided to settled down at Trademark Fairfield. I moved in when I was a student at Fairfield University. Now as a commuter in New York Metropolitan area, I can’t say enough good things about this place. 3 to 4 minutes walking 🚶🏻‍♂️to train (Fairfield Metro), 3 minutes driving to Whole Foods and Home Depot, 5 minutes to Fairfield U, 7 minutes driving to Trader Joe’s, AND now we have delicious Sally’s pizza and Tabitha’s ice cream downstairs… The building is nice and clean, also well maintained by professional property managers. The manager Alejandra is super friendly and helpful. She hosts parties occasionally to connect neighbors in the community. In addition to gym, we have an outdoor swimming pool and a club room. My favorite place is the barbecue area, it’s such a great place to have friends over in the summer. If you like living in a quiet coastal town not too far from NYC. This is the place!

I can’t say enough about my apartment, the building, amenities and the exceptional staff lead by Alejandra. The location is great, right off I-95 and yet close to downtown Fairfield, Black Rock Turnpike & the beaches. The building is spotless thanks to Nellie’s hard work and diligence. Guy keeps everything in good working order, behind the scenes without any disruption. The shared spaces and amenities are everything that one would need to live and work comfortably. The staff are courteous, professional, friendly and very attentive at all times. Alejandra’s seasonal parties are always fun and a great way to get to know my neighbours and fellow residents. She has helped to foster a community atmosphere where we all feel right at home. Thank you Alejandra, Guy and Nellie!

Moved in Mar 1. Visited one apartment complex prior to visiting Trademark Fairfield. At the first apartment complex, I felt like I was being admitted to the hospital. Staff was officious and business like. Then I met Alejandra at Trademark Fairfield: felt like home immediately. Alejandra made the application process go so smoothly. She and her team go out of their way to help me, as I am somewhat handicapped. She found the perfect apartment for me and I am so happy and comfortable in my new home. Immaculate surroundings. Hotel amenities. Friendly neighbors. Close to everything - so convenient to the Fairfield Metro Station. I like the diverse atmosphere and the feeling of being in an old fashioned neighborhood. Trademark Fairfield offers far more than what can be found in an assisted living or 55+ community - and at a reasonable price.

Our experience living at Trademark Fairfield was exceptional. It was in close proximity to everything, clean, quiet, and safe.
