Totally disappointed with the food quality and service. My best friend Marty was a 20 years loyal customer to the place . Him and his wife invited us to place. Beautiful place , very busy. Unfortunately our fajita was burned. We told our waitress make sure to put a onion bed under the meat, that way the meat won’t be burned. When the food came out, it was like the photo. When we ask our server to take it back, one of the managers came over , told us it’s not way they train their kitchen staff, either we take it or swap for a cold plate. Finally another kitchen manager came , he said he’s going to fix it. 10 minutes later, the food came, they only recooked the chicken, everything else still stayed on the plate. Speechless.

This is the second time we have been disappointed with a to go order. Never never order food to go. Just spent close $160 on a family order, firstly the order was incorrect, we were given dry fish with rice, and secondly the food was very cold. We picked up the food on time, so expect the food to be warm when we get home. Will never order from this establishment again, plenty of other "good" Mexican options here in Fairfield.

Lupes always has great fajitas. The margaritas are very good. At this particular location the music seems to be terribly loud though so it makes it difficult to carry on a conversation. I do like this particular location because they tend to try new things rather than just keep serving the same menu. This particular location also has issues with AppleCard too. Seems like such a simple thing but their CC system requires the 3 digit code from the back for all transactions. Seems like an issue with their system that they should fix. Never had to give that out anywhere else and it puts my credit card at risk.

Food was good, pleasant service. We liked the atmosphere and the seating arrangement, it wasn't clumsy. 30 mins wait time during peak hours.

I have to admit that Lupe Tortilla, while they have great flour and corn tortillas, it is not my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. The food isn't bad, but over the years the portion size has shrunk and the price has increased. In fact, there was a time when I remember the steak Lupe almost being the size of the plate. My wife and I could share it and both be full. Now, it's barely half the size and almost twice the price. On this visit we knew it was going to get packed quick because it was a Saturday evening so we got there a little early, around 5pm. When we got to the host stand we we told that we would have to wait for a booth, even though there was an open booth right behind the hostess. For this being our first time at this location, we were afraid that this would be the start of a frustrating evening. After a few minutes of confusion and a slight attitude from the hostess, a gentlemen (not sure if he was a manager) came to our rescue and quickly and politely sat us at the open booth I mentioned previously. Once seated at our table, our waitress came by and greeted us and took our order. While everything didn't come out at the same time, our kiddos food came out first, which is always a plus. Our food arrived a few minutes after and it was all very delicious. My wife ordered the Steak Lupe, as usual. I had the Pepper Shrimp. As I mentioned, they were both great. Our waitress was very nice. I only wish I could remember her name so that I could give her a shout out here. I would like to mention that my kids were kind of disappointed because there was no play area at this location. It also looks like it's much larger inside than the Katy location, which is the location we normally visit. The decor and ambiance was pretty standard. All in all, my biggest complaint it the portion size and the price. Two adult meals, two kids meals, one order of queso, and one margarita was a few cents under $100! While the food was good, I've definitely had better at smaller restaurants with bigger portions and lower prices. Probably wont be back here for a while.

Excellent Mexican (Tex-Mex) dining. We went here for lunch and we were delighted in the food, it's not your typical fare. Everything had a fresh flavor, beginning with the chips and salsa. We were served a dark salsa that leaned on sweet and smoky, and a bean dip that was exquisite! My fiancee and I shared a beef and chicken fajita combo, with flour tortillas. They were delicious, this went along with a very fresh tasting margarita, heavy on lime and tequila. The prices for all of this were pretty typical, our whole meal, including the large margarita was less than $70.00. The service was decent, our server was busy so he didn't come around too much. But our glasses were always full. I always like when the manger comes by to check on their customers and she did. Very professional! I would normally dock the restaurant a star for the service but I'm still blown away by the flavor. We will definitely be returning soon!

This was our first time. Can’t say enough about the service..A+++++ Big , lots of tables . Indoor and outdoor dinning. Full bar area. The decor is great, very authentic feel. Now back to the service , the manager heard it was our first time and brought sample of mini fajitas for each of us in there homemade corn tortillas to the table. Explained the menu and the process of their awesome fajitas. The food was great! Along with chips and hot sauce you get a bowl of charro beans. Place was super clean . Waitress was bring us drinks before ours were totally empty, very attentive . Kept table free of used plates and cups. The prices are a little higher than most Mexican food restaurants, but you definitely get what ya pay for. I will be back. They have many locations across Texas.

I love love love the brunch here! I didn't get a picture because I practically dove into it, but the Breakfast Rita is the most delicious drink I've ever tasted! The food is so flavorful and worth the trip (I live in Katy). You will not be disappointed with the brunch menu! I ordered chilaquiles and it usually comes with chicken, however, I made a special request because I wanted those and the Carne Asada, so I asked if I could substitute the chicken for carne asada meat and they accomodated the request! I love that they did that for me! Dylan was the absolute best in taking care of our party of about 20. He normally works the bar, but we were so lucky to have him! This place is a definite must try!

Table side guacamole is a bit rip disappointing. It needs more seasoning. It was very bland. The complementary salsa is very tasty. This place serves both breakfast, brunch, and dinner.

Lupe Tortilla is so far my favorite Tex-Mex in the Cypress area. The service was on point, attentive and even though they were busy I didn't feel like the wait was excessive. The flavors were bold and delicious unlike other bland tex-mex spots I've tried. The salsa has some kick and the chips were hot and fresh. As well, the drinks were a little small but prepared well with great spirits. I had the crab enchiladas and my wife the cilantro chicken. Both were hot and absolutely delicious.

My family and I had a great experience dining at this location. It was very busy on a Friday night but totally worth the wait. The fajitas were amazing and they have the best corn tortillas I’ve ever tasted. Our waitress Abigail was awesome! I was so impressed with how pleasant and attentive she was for such a busy night. We will definitely be back!

We ordered dinner tonight and all three entrees came with 3-4 tablespoons of rice. Seemed cheap. We go there all time and enjoy the food and haver never had an issue, but tonight the rice servings are really low.

We just go here few days ago, service was on point! Love it!! The food amazing! The steak was so tasty and juicy, omg the shrimps wrapped with bacon and cheese I think was my favorite, just everything was very good. Yes is very expensive but I'm not disappointed at all, I definitely would come back

If i could give a higher rating for customer service i would, this team of bartenders have/are doing a AMAZING job i have to say Abigail & Caroline are the absolute best bartenders you will receive. They are very attentive, fast moving, and you can tell they run the bar i definitely will be returning to this location in hopes they will be working!! Thank you for the amazing service once again and the amazing drinks cant wait to come back for the (Abigail Caroline marg specialty) LUPE TORTILLA Should use these girl to train new coming employees on the proper bartending service and drink making.

It's such a shame that the food was delicious! It would be super easy to go to any other restaurant. The service was so horrible. The prices for little things like soda were insane. I had two soft chicken tacos, they were delicious but it was a good 5 minutes after ordering a soda for it to arrive and then getting a refill required waiting for my server to show up a second time. I'm really not sure where the person was hiding because I felt like they had gone home on lunch break and taken a nap and then returned to the restaurant for the rest of the day. But the food was delicious.

Let me start by saying we have been to this location many times and had a good experience. This last visit we finished our food and asked for a slice of tres leches to go. It was brought out and my husband's sweet tooth was not going to let him leave without sneaking a bite first. Opened the contrainer took a bite and looked at me in disappointment. He pushed the container over to me. This was a dry slice of cake with some whip cream on top. This is not tres leches. We asked a waitress how they made it she said its cake and they pour 3 milks over the top so we said this is not tres leches she sent over what may have been a manager and he spoke to us in a sarcastic tone as if we didnt know what we were talking about and said thatd how we make it here. My husband did have some words for him and he asked us to leave the restaurant and never come back. Mind you there was no scene created and we calmly and quietly left. This same gentleman followed us out and was trying to take pictures of our vehicle as we left??? This is a big chain restaurant so I'm sure my review wont hurt there business but that's not how you treat customers we just expected them to apologize and maybe take it off our bill.

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere! Their Fajitas have so much flavor. I can't get enough of their homemade tortillas too. We had a wonderful waiter who attended my super needy table which I appreciated so much. I wish I knew his name to let his manager know that he did a wonderful job. Will be coming back soon.

Great food and experience. Decor was fun, food was tasty and came out in a timely manner. Our server, Nico (Called himself Nick), was very charming and brought a lot of positive vibes to the atmosphere at the table.

One of the best Tex-Mex restaurant. The food is great, fresh and very delicious. The beef is extra ordinary. Kids get to have ice cream plus complimentary Tortilla. Price is very affordable, definitely visiting again. Also to mention, this place is also good for groups of people, staff are super nice and friendly

Stopped in on a whim and it was a very decent place. Menu had lots of options and the salads that we had were good. Very good portion sizes.

Service was GREAT! Our hostess Olivia was extremely friendly, and our server Kaysi was absolutely AMAZING. The queso and Mexican street corn were delicious! These ladies are definitely hard workers. Tip generously. They deserve it!

Really cool Tex Mex spot. We had the michelada and Margaritas while we waited for our table. Then we had the steak fajitas and Chile con queso . The complementary chips and salsa were great too.

Went for brunch, and the food was pretty good. Salsa was excellent, and they gave a generous portion of chips. The service was not bad, but somewhat slow with checking up on the tables. If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would have done so. If you go for brunch, make sure you try the morning margaritas. Also, the bloody mary is not bad, especially for the price.
