Why is this 'trailer park' listed as a RV park? There's nothing here, in the pictures, or on their web site link which indicates anything about RVs. This is something the IT dept of the Uni should have taken care of years ago.

You can find the cheapest rental houses here. The prices are the followings as of Jun, 2019: $510 - 2 or 3 bedrooms, $485 - 1 bedroom. Some trailer houses have bugs. It is common to have water leaks in rainy days.

Just had my own personal experience with my mind Awakening I tell you what I've never known what it meant to feel like becoming one with mine thought and reality as I do today and I achieved this by merely having an encounter of my own after that I was completely free!!!

We've lived here for 7 years. Inexpensive, great location near the Domes and the Loop Trail, plus easy access to the rest of Fairfield. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's really quiet. The trailers are 30 years old, but they do their best to keep them up. We're happy here.

The trailers are really old, some have mold issues. It's on campus so it's a nice option if you're working for the University, but not the best place to live.

My personal opinion of Utopia Park is that it urgently needs replacing. It was only designed to be in use 4 maybe 20 years and we're over 35.
