Absolutely horrific. If you want your nails to look like you paid $10 for the service but in reality you paid over $70 and laughed at by the technicians the whole time while getting your hands yanked on, pulled and to top it all off they refuse to take accountability for their work, come here! Absolutely the worst experience ever. They tell me it’s MY fault the nails look bad…lol

Love the new location! Very relaxing and the technicians are very friendly! The services they provide are manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and now Herbal Spa while you get a pedicure!

I’ve been coming to this place for almost 10 years, and lately every time I come they question me where I get my nails done (I usually just do my pedis here) how much it costs , etc. They make it super obvious they are talking about me, each time I wouldn’t let it bother me, one time the lady told me they were not talking specifically about me. They are not friendly at all and make my whole experience awkward.
