I had an appointment tonight with Jenn to get my medical card. She was awesome to work with very easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and offered good advice and to call any time with any questions. She made the experience extremely easy and stress-free.

this place is awesome! A friend of mine recommended it because she had a good experience, and so did I. I called and they set up an appointment online the same day. The woman I talk to was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained the differences between the two different strains of cannabis and suggested places near me to purchase it. After a short phone conversation and providing the required documents, I was approved for a medical marijuana card and was emailed a temporary card within the hour. I had googled places online and Medwell was $30 cheaper than most other places. And then I found a Groupon for 50% off so I got a really good deal! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This was my 3rd time getting reregistered with Medwell and the experience is always pleasant! The practitioner was a delight and very helpful! I recommend Medwell if anyone needs to to get their medical marijuana card!

The doctor was very nice to speak to. My issue was with the paperwork. Why are you asking for my health insurance information? Also, I do not want to give your company the ability to look back 10 years of my medical history. Also, I do not want to share my pcp.

Very easy and simple process. The staff is very friendly and patient. The med card is a great way to avoid the taxes on cannabis. Highly recommend Medwell health for your med card.

This was a recertification for my MMJ card this year. Leading up to this time I received reminders from MedWell Health that my card would be expiring soon. Filling out the application online was a little lengthy but understandably the information is important for them to have. The rest of the process was very easy as well as setting up the appointment. My appointment wound up being the same day. I could not say enough good things about MedWell Health!

The provider was extremely helpful, courteous and well before times appointment. Not complaining as this was a blessing to do it early. Would highly recommend again and again

The people that work in this establishment have no understanding for medicine and or act as if they are doctors. The rules are very strict and on are not appealing to medical users. I would highly recommend you going to a more friendly place to receive your medical card I will definitely not be renewing with this company or doing any business With them ever again I’ve had multiple encounters with them not being friendly or accommodating. It’s truly upsetting you go to a place to receive help and they just give you a runaround. Definitely would not recommend ever using them for anything

My visit was for recertification and was very simple to complete. The person that I spoke to was someone I had spoken to before. Consequently she was very familiar with my needs and knew my history and what questions to ask. The ease of the interview was quick and easy. I can highly recommend this method of recertification.

Such a streamlined and stress free process. From scheduling to logging on to the state renewal, everything is clear, easy, and user friendly. The clinicians are friendly and knowledgeable making this potentially daunting experience an absolute breeze.

I'm very pleased, I was happy to have had my appointment considering I didn't know how to get on the video appointment for my appointment and I was 10 minutes late because I was waiting for a call instead of clicking on a link sent to me when I finally realized that no one was calling back I went to my text message and click the last link sent to me and it connected me to my appointment and I was lucky to have her not cancel on me because I was late.

Easy to schedule/easy to complete the online registration/sign-on and call/video quality was excellent. Plus, the Medwell nurse representative was right on time, very friendly, interview went smoothly. Done. All TeleMed-type calls should go so well. ;)

From beginning to end it was a fabulous experience.. first I spoke with Bridget.. she was so kind and caring.. and thoughtful.. she couldn't have been better.. she filled out all kinds of forms and information that I would have needed to do on my own.. she went above and beyond.. so I called her manager Ethan.. and I told him how absolutely great she is and would he please not only tell the corporate office but tell the president!! Then I had a Telehealth conversation with Kaley PA..she was incredible..so caring, helpful and knowledgeable !! It could not I have been a better experience!! I am most grateful!!
