Mardis Family Dental continues to be the most competent and thorough practice I've ever experienced in my 71 yrs! They are welcoming at the front desk, the hygienist, is gentle yet thorough in technique and observant in noticing anything unusual. Dr. Mardis is complete in his exam and stays up to date on techniques..being able to have a crown or root canal procedure done in the office and completed in one visit is excellent! Just an update. Dr Chip continues to be the first and only dentist I recommend. He has all the qualities of a well educated modern compassionate and patient dentist that anyone could hope to have as part of their complete health team.

Dr. Mardis is absolutely amazing. He is attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He knows what he’s talking about and stays up to date on the latest research and technology. The entire team does such a fantastic job. My family has been going to this practice for three generations now. Thanks for all that you do!

Dr. Mardis and his staff are professional and friendly. I am greeted as soon as I walk into the office. They explain every step of every procedure and make sure I'm comfortable … well, as comfortable as one can be sitting in a dentist chair. I'm a real Nervous Nellie :-) ! Dr. Mardis does not hurry through anything he is doing, and he keeps working until the results are perfect! I'm very grateful that a payment plan was worked out for me as I'm on Medicare with no dental insurance. I'm very happy to be a patient at Mardis Family Dental, and I would recommend Mardis Family Dental to anyone!

First off I would like to say my experience was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time attending and from the time I walked in I was greeted by the welcoming staff. The dentist did a thorough exam and the hygienist took her time with cleaning my teeth. My previous dentist office never cleaned my teeth to this extent I am so happy I switched dentists and am so satisfied with the service I received.

Such an amazing experience! So extremely helpful and proactive. I went in thinking I would have to get my tooth evaluated and then make a follow up appointment to get it extracted but I was surprised and somewhat shocked they were willing to do it the same day! Never having had any dental procedures done before besides cleanings I was extremely anxious but I was made aware of exactly everything that was going to happen and walked through the whole procedure. It’s now the next day and I’m so happy and relieved with the work that has been done and I now plan on returning for all of my dental needs!!!

The doc and staff are always courteous and friendly. Dr Mardis is very skilled. He is good at managing the pain and comfort. I have been going to this practice for years. I will continue to do so. I highly recommend making this your family dental office.

Lisa was very gentle and took good care of my cleaning. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule. I am loyal customer of 13 years because of their excellent care even though they are out of our dental network.
