    I went to Chipotle Restaurant on August 17, 2022 at 9:03 pm. I was really hungry after work. The entire store was close due grill clean. I see why they were close the entire staff was in back on a smoke break. The restaurant was Dirty and not clean. I will not ever ever ever eat there again. If I was the owner fired the hold team and recruit.

    This location was extremely unsanitary. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months with the amount of hair, rust, and dust everywhere. The staff were rude. One staff threw a piece of chicken at another staff while making my food and it fell in the salsa container and they didn’t even pick it out. Another staff was too busy paying attention to what other people were saying instead of listening to me about my order. They took no care in making my tacos and had toppings everywhere on my plate instead of in my tacos. On top of all that, they ran out of brown rice and the white rice was not even fresh. Tables were all dirty and floors were nasty. Don’t even bother with this place and just go to Qdoba instead.

    This location is always a letdown. The service is always bad…never friendly, they look at you like you’re a pest when you haven’t even said hello yet, and they don’t care about the quality of orders. Unfortunately it’s the only Chipotle within 45 minutes of me so I’ve given them multiple chances and every time it’s a disappointment. Your mobile order will ALWAYS be wrong, a mess, or both. Never on time with mobile orders either and they don’t even bother to walk a few feet to the pickup area; they put the mobile orders by the drink fountain, right outside the employee door to the kitchen. I’ve ordered tacos and gotten a bowl without the shells and missing some ingredients, broken shells, burnt chips, etc. I’ve sent messages and photos to customer service/corporate and all they do is say sorry and maybe give a free entree, but no changes to this location. Don’t go in with expectations.

    Never will be going back. This was one of my usual places to eat. It spent a lot of money here tonight just so happen to be a night they had me messed up. I had no chips not even my drink and my bowl was a disaster.

    Came in a little past nine with a friend for a quick dinner before going back on the road. As we walked in we saw 3 of the workers chatting with a couple guests near the register which was not an issue, but as I was looking at the menu my friend nudged me and pointed at the line and we saw a cockroach just walking nonchalantly next to the rice and proteins. We both just looked and each other and just immediately shook our heads, turned, and left. As in an industry worker, I can tell you that if it's bad enough that you have pests crawling through ready to eat food with no fear of people next to it, you can guarantee other health and sanitation guidelines are not being followed as well. I absolutely would not recommend eating here.

    Staff was rude. Slammed the containers around. One staff member dropped a to go burrito on ground, literally looked around to see who saw it, we made eye contact, she threw it away, did not remake the part she dropped and just packaged up the part that did not drop. Dinning room was a mess, no clean tables, all napkins were out, trash over flowing. While we were eating, 2 staff member just stood and talked behind counter while another decided to eat herself. Managers need to be aware.

    We had an online order which was supposed to be ready at 10:50. The store is said to open at 10:45. Along with 4 other people I had to wait outside for close to ten minutes. All While the people working inside all saw us out there waiting. When we finally got in we had to keep opening the door for other customers (doing their job) and then all of a sudden they are only taking online orders. We are sitting in our car waiting having to inform other customers AGAIN doing their job. DO BETTER

    Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. And it’s been the worst one the 3 times I’ve been. I will not be going back to this location again. The employees seem like they couldn’t care less if you were there or not and come off rude. The dining room always looks dirty. Went right after they opened one morning and the trash cans were full(obviously not taken out at closing the day before). Iced tea is never made, food is sub par compared to other locations I’ve been to. They need new management. If you are a Chipotle fan, skip this location, it sucks.

    With all that's gone on the last 2 years, cleanliness should be top priority for any establishment. This is especially true when it comes to dining establishments. I witnessed and employee handle raw food packaging and immediately go on to perform other tasks without washing hands. The food preparation area was a mess. There was food and other waste left on the area where burritos and bowls are being prepared. I'm sure Chipotle promotes higher standards than this. I think this is an issue of management and training at this particular location. Hopefully conditions have improved the next time I decide to give you all some business.

    We ordered food a couple weeks ago. They got every bit of it so wrong that we ended up with vouchers for a couple free meals. Went in person to get the meals. STILL made mistakes (adding meat without looking at us so ended up with double meat that we didnt ask for and did not want), then didn't give us the juice or chips that came with kids meal. When I politely asked for the juice, gave without a word. Asked for the chips (thought they would have realized), big sigh, then chips handed over. Quality and service have went downhill severely on our last 2 tries.

    Horrible only taking online orders for the last hour of business had to sit in my car for 30 min to order online when I could have paid inside. This always happens this location is horrible the always look to close early.

    Pricey and they have started skimping on everything. My bowl was a half bowl. I paid the extra for a dollop of guac. I go to Chili's right next door for a better value for my money👍

    Prep area covered in old food. Manager temping each container of prep table using same towel to wipe after each time. No change in drawer to give change, had to wait. Multiple people waiting to get their take-away food. Coke out in machine. No chips. Lobby dirty. I love Chipotle but this store needs help getting back in the game.

    The food is decent but the service here is so bad we definitely won’t be returning for awhile. The lack of urgency behind the counter was wild. Moving like sloths, not communicating, online orders are prioritized before customers who are there waiting. There was no teamwork behind the counter to help each other move through the orders faster. It was shocking enough all of us in like waiting to complete our orders we’re looking at each other wondering if we were all seeing the same thing and also if we would be getting our food anytime soon and still warm.

    There are a couple of ladies her are so rude. One has an earring in her nose with honey blonde/black hair and the other one has dreads/twists. Both have poor customer service I usually don't leave reviews but I have came in at different times during evening and have seen how they talk to customers. The place at night seems to never be stocked with forks or napkins and the floor and tables are dirty

    This will be my last trip to a Chipotle. Having items on the menu that are in store but refusing service unless you order those items through the app. The steak is even on the menus in store with no mention of online order requirements. Not a great business practice if you ask me.

    Ordered for a pick up at 9:10. Staff was rude and just walked off when I asked about my order. Waited. Ask about order again, stated they were out of all meat but chicken. I could visibility see all the meats, but the staff just continued to clean and close down. 1/10 for terrible staff and management that is not properly trained to properly manage a fast food chain. The staff continued to turn down customers 45 minutes from closing.

    I know during this time wearing mask is annoying and I can completely understand being a worker in the food industry wearing one, how hot it could be and uncomfortable. However, on 5/03/2020, I witnessed a customer asking the employee who was on the burrito warmer end, to please put her mask on. The worker that was operating her food had her mask on, however it was not covering her mouth or nose area, she had it down to her chin. When the customer was ordering the employee gave her an attitude. The employee didn't say anything to her but gave the woman a disgusted look, lifted the mask up but brought it back down to her chin again and put another pair of gloves on. The women was upset about this, which is understandable and didn't want to buy food. She asks for the manager and he comes to the front to speak with this woman with his mask on his chin as well. He started arguing with the customer about all his employees wearing a mask when yes indeed they were, however there was one employee, him included that did NOT have the mask on fully. (So why wear one and place a sign on the door that says customers can't enter without a mask)??? It's just mind blowing and I feel we need to be sensitive to others especially when dealing with people's food. Being a manager myself that manager did not represent great managing skills. That poor woman had to ask the employee to put on her mask, (she got attitude), went to talk to the manager and got attitude there as well. It was just disappointing to see and I'll probably not go back until this whole epidemic is over.

    We ordered 2 burritos added sour cream cheese guacamole corn salsa.... what we got were 2 burritos that were nothing but meat and tortilla.... called saying that we get delivered what we ordered and paid for and they basically said that we can place another order, pay a second time and hope it gets made right.

    My online orders are always wrong I ordered lettuce on my burrito bowl and there is no lettuce. Not the first time they have gotten my order wrong I love chipotle food but do not recommend ordering online from the Fairview heights location.

    This location is very inconsistent and needs much improvement in cleanliness and food quality. It used to be one of the best locations in the area but not anymore. Chips are way too salty or stale, and other items don't taste as well as they should. Employees have a bad attitude and don't seem to want to be working at all. New management is needed ASAP!! I would love to see a lot of improvement.

    Extremely disappointed. Drove 35 mins away to get a chicken bowl and chicken tacos and let me tell you most definitely will NEVER come back again. I waited in line for 45 mins at the door they had no staff 1 person on the line at the beginning then a girl comes up and try to help and her braids is inside the food touching the food . No hair net at all. And kept moving her braids to the back even with the gloves on. I had to get someone else to make my order. Also My food was very very salty . Chicken over seasoned . A waste of $22 I could have used elsewhere . So disappointed waiting on my order to watch them do other orders 1st while a line is through the door. Absolutely disappointing.

    Always cookin on the grill. Fresh veggies and rice to make all the toppings/meat that much better. What a clean place for so much cooking. Organized and inviting atmosphere, restrooms are nice and clean. Employees are helpful and happy! Parking is busy and packed. Place is huge inside. Chips and drinks as well, get a side of fresh gauc of salsa to top off your meal. Only thing better would be cilantro garnishment.

    I’ve followed a vegan diet for 7 years and in that time I’ve gotten my Chipotle order down to an exact order. So today when my same order got delivered to me with cheese in it, I was livid. I checked the receipt, my name. I checked the order, entirely vegan. This happened because either the staff was blatantly negligent in preparing the order or the prepped food has been so severely cross contaminated that there are lumps of cheese in other products. I never thought I’d see the day when I have to avoid Chipotle because they can’t be trusted to follow simple food health & safety procedures.

    I just moved to the area and wanted a late night snack, so I ordered some Chipotle because it was very close to me, and my daughter likes it. I ordered online and went and picked up the order. I ordered a carne asada quesadilla with pinto beans, rice and sour cream. The quesadilla was great but the beans and rice was cold and the rice was dry. My daughter ordered a steak bowl. The steak wasn't even luke warm, and it wasn't even cut up, just laid on top. My daughter loves Chipotle, so I think from now on, I won't do any "late night" ordering!

    Someone please tell me how you mess up something as simple as a quesadilla. Chicken and cheese. First off, I ordered online and it wasn’t ready because they “missed” it. No one even apologized instead they slowly make our food and we get it 15 minutes past scheduled pick up time. Annoying but no problem mistakes happen. Get home to find that they stuffed my chicken quesadilla with rice that is supposed to go on the side, no cheese and four pieces of chicken. Now after driving 15 minutes home this is extremely annoying. Wouldn’t write a review if this was the first time. Sadly the other time they forgot my three sides. How do you place an entree that comes with three sides alone and say the order is ready-I guess my fault for not ripping the seal they annoyingly place on there and checking their work. Brandon, you almost lost your order tonight because instead of apologizing for missing our order, the employees insisted your order was ours and said they don’t have any other orders showing. Sadly, the first time I had this place was great and seems like no one can read instructions on an order since then. Also, employees should take out the earphones and maybe they can focus on reading comprehension because obviously they cannot multitask

    I hate to give a poor review since Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat BUT 1. Multiple tables were left dirty and there was cleaning equipment (broom/dust pan) left in the middle of the dining room. 2. None of the "speciality" drinks were made. 3. I ended up with the giant chunk of lettuce end. The girl wrapping my burrito saw it and continued to poorly wrap my burrito around it. 4. The bathrooms were pretty gross. Not the worst I've ever seen but still bad. It was absolutely dead when we got there but there was a line as we left. This is our second time eating here and the food/service was much better the first time. I'm sure that adds to the disappointment of seeing it in the shape it was in.

    Food wasn't bad, employees seemed nice enough. The facility however was gross. Leafs and debris all over the floor, 2/3 of the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned for hours. The mens restroom was "cleanish" for a bathroom I guess, but the faucet was junk and severely mistreated during it's lifespan. My wife said the bathroom smelled of female time of the month blood and nasty dirty folks lived in the bathroom. While observing a worker eating his lunch, I watched him repeatedly wipe his mouth with his shirt sleeves.

    This franchise actually charges extra for white cheese sauce and guacamole. Serving portions are ridiculously small. If I had not been to other chipotle locations that serve larger portions, I would not recommend chipotle. I just don't recommend this location.

    This place should be called cilantro. There is cilantro in the rice, cilantro in the pico, cilantro in the corn, cilantro in the guacamole not everyone eats cilantro. Personally it should become an option just like cheese, veggies etc BAD IDEA whomever thought it should be in every item on food counter. Where do you actually have a chipotle pepper on the line to even name this place that? You don’t, so please considering this is fav of mine recreate the recipes because all I taste is cilantro- or I can just go to the taqueria up the street.

    Every time I use the mobile app our order is a mess. Yesterday when I picked up order, I immediately noticed we were missing chips. I had to wait several minutes before anyone would help me. Got the missing chips and left. Child checked the order while driving away. Burrito was missing. Drove back. While waiting again for help, another customer walked in with our missing burrito. Spoke with manager this time. Agreed to re-do my entire order. Took 20+ minutes of waiting. Got home and 3 out of 4 items were not made as ordered. Wrong ingredients/missing ingredients. Last time using mobile app at this location. Manager couldn’t even make sure order was correct. :(

    after initially leaving Chipotle frustrated months ago after an employee freaked out over me not knowing when to come in when they had spots on the floor but I didn't see, I decided to give them a second chance. the employees this time were all extremely friendly, well-mannered, and I received my order promptly. they seem like they were having fun which is important for a job and they were just very pleasant to interact with I am glad that I decided to return to the store and I hope they keep up the good work and keep the same employees

    Put in an online order and stood there for 20mins while they made other people's orders who were simply waiting inline to order, i would've waited less time had i just walked in and ordered. After waiting 20 mins past when it should've been done they tell me they are out guac and give me queso instead when i already paid for queso anyway. Staff was rude and dismissive when i asked if i could a refund for the quac i paid for and why it was so late. If i could give them no stars i would.
