If I could only say one word it would be, delicious. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and she had the sirloin with shrimp, fries and seasoned rice. My mom had the ribeye, mac&cheese, and baked potato. I had the sirloin with a baked potato and a sweet potato. My steak wasn't thick but it sliced like butter. Very tender, and the sweet potato, the smell alone was delicious. I even had my sister try it and she thought it was as delicious as I did. My mom said her mac&cheese was very good too. Both of their steaks were good too. Even though we were full we had dessert. My sister had the triple chocolate cheesecake. She said it was very rich. My mom and I had the strawberry shortcake. It was fantastic. The smell was probably one of my favorite things I have ever smelled. I'm not sure which was my favorite, the cake or the sweet potato, even over the steak. We each were able to take leftovers home. I told my family we will have to come back.

Our food was great. Only complaint was my food wasn't cooked quite right. (Ordered Medium Well, but was pink throughout.) Still a yummy New York Strip & asparagus. (I ate as was). Tasha was great & checked on us enough without being on top of us. Left very full with leftovers.

Trash. Don't eat much steak because of price and health issues, so when I do eat it I really look forward to it. I had a sirloin and it was tasteless. No marination, no salt, nothing on it. My salad was over drenched in dressing which made it unappealing. The Wait was ridiculous. Call ahead seating said about 45 minutes but that turned into 1.5 hours. Food was good but the steak was chewy on both the flatiron and the sirloin. I may try again but not when there is a wait!! Texas Roadhouse was actually better. Maybe it was a bad night but I won’t recommend it as highly as I would have,w I left totally disappointed.

Steak cooked to perfection as always. Outlaw ribeye is the best. They were quite busy prior to the Christmas Holiday with a greater than 1 hour wait; however, it was well worth the wait.

located in the front of a large parking lot... All the parking spaces seem to be for call in /pickup ...even the handicap spaces were next to the pickup area which was the entire side of the building? The experience seems to be lost in the building if everyone's using it as a drive-up restaurant..? The wait was extraneous After we were seated we waited another 12 minutes to even get water a menu or the complementary bread. In the past 10 years we have never had service that slow or disorganized. We were also placed on the side of the bar which didn't seem to have a server attending to any of the booths.. We even stood up and walked to the bar and ask them if we were supposed to order from them since we didn't have a server???? Unbelievable ...manager and staff that can pretend to not see the terrible service taking place . In a party of three one of our orders was mistaken. Extremely missing a lobster tail another of our parties salad was brought with ranch dressing instead of what was ordered the raspberry vinaigrette... And the stakes were served with drips of grease on the side of the plate next to a potato that felt like it had been warm for easily more than an hour.. hard on the outside and semi cold in the middle.. Not the quality we were expecting from LongHorn steakhouse

Masks not required. We came on Memorial Day, Monday, around 2 pm and it wasn’t too busy. Our server was great and food was good. Got seated right away and didn’t have to wait long on our food. Definitely recommend if in the area.

This filet was tender and well seasoned and cooked to my liking the lobster tail was also delicious, salad was good all in all for the price this place is definitely a good choice. Service was also great.

Great service and friendly atmosphere. Bone in ribeye was good but not great, too chewy even as medium rare, good flavor otherwise.

Parmesan crusted chicken grilled to perfection! Tender and juicy! As an appetizer, try the shrimp. More than enough for 3 or 4 people! Friendly staff and great food always. 🤩

Service was very slow. No refills. Had to ask for everything and sometimes get items ourselves. Steak salad had three chunks of meat. Not sliced. Wasn't happy at all.

Went the other night had the sweetest 💓 waitress. Kim might have been her name. Excellent service. We frequent many steak houses around this area. Longhorn is still at the top of my list. Always consistent with the food and service.

When I say I was so disappointed in Longhorn. This is usually my go to Steak place, but Saturday, Dec 23rd was the worse. We had a party of 12, 10 adults and 2 kids. We were told that the wait would be 1 1/2 hours, but it was only about 30 min, it was 6:39 when we got seated. The manager was nice and said she found us a table together. We just knew the night was going to great, but it went downhill from there. Our waiter took our drink order and disappeared. It took so long that we went and asked the manager if he could get some help. He was serving our table and other tables. She said, she would put another server on the table, that never happened. When he returned 2 drinks were missing. He took our order, and came back later saying that they were out of Ribs, and then a little later they were out of Wings. Now, while all this is happening tables are coming, eating, and leaving. The table behind us came after us and they got Ribs. The last straw was the person that ordered wings, changed to chicken fingers. Her order came out before the rest of the table. We didn't get food until 8:30, maybe a little later. The 2 kids we had, hadn't even received their food. We asked for the manager again, and expressed how disappointed we were. She said she would discount the tickets and left the table. The food is now coming out. We had food missing, my steak was burnt, and my husband shrimp was cold. The manager never came back to check on us. We asked for to go plates and I sent my steak back. Then we had to wait for the waiter to bring the tickets back 3 times, because the manager was discounting them. This was a mess!!! We didn't leave until almost 10 pm. They need new management at this location. The people I asked to come with me, said they will never come again. I left a review on Longhorn website and I didn't even get a call I got a $25 gift card. I guess I should split this with the other 9 adults that were with me. The one good thing was when I git my second steak, it was good. And, my friend steak was good. The chicken tenders were great also. I'm attaching the first 2 steaks they brought to the table. The cook had to have known this was burnt!!!!!

The food was good. The waitress took her time getting the A-1 sauce after my steak had arrived however. So it was less than hot when I ate it. The booths need to be replaced, both sides were ripped and mine has clumps of old padding apparently. I sat a good 3 inches lower than my companion across from me.

When we first got there we were greeted immediately also sat quickly. My family and I had Tessa as our server she was wonderful!! She was so sweet and quick. I had my 3 children with me and she kept them busy while we waited on our food. She checked on us frequently and took care of any needs. She told us she’s going for management and I hope she gets it. It has been awhile since I've been to Longhorn & it's definitely my last! Just left from eating here. Starters it's freezing in there, I don't just mean cold it's freezing! Ask the hostess if they couldn't possibly close the front door because all the cold air is rushing in on us. She said no sorry we can't the door closes to quickly & it might hit someone and then they would have a lawsuit on there hands. We were sat at first table by bar. Salad was good, I got the Chicken & Shrimp skewers, husband had a huge steak & fries, let's start with mine first. Chicken was awful it tasted like something you would get from McDonald's, shrimp was so over cooked they serve melted butter with it. My husband's steak was good but everything was was cold. Ask our server/ bartender for ketchup 5 minutes later he runs past and drops off steak sauce & kept on running. I had to go to bar wait for him to finish making is order of mixed drinks for a large party. Finally get ketchup for husband's cold fries it took 12 mins to get ketchup, so you could imagine if food was cold before I left to go get the ketchup we ask for. Oh yeah the hostess was at thermostat when I got back to table & I say I sure hope your turning that up it's freezing in here, she stated she is only allowed to turn it up to 70 per Mgr. Went to restroom before leaving & by the looks of it a lot of other customers were freezing as well.

Great ribeye, cooked perfectly. I wish other places that offered steak could learn how to cook them as well. Love my steak and sweet potatoes.

Food was amazing and so was service, especially for the day after Thanksgiving. We fid have a 20 minute wait but we also came at lunchtime. My niece tried her very first steak and loved it.

Longhorn is my go- to when I want a juicy, flavor packed Ribeye. Service was good and my food was delicious so I didn't mind the wait.

The food and servers were wonderful. The manager on duty Spencer was excellent. The hostess on duty that day had a real bad attitude towards our party and was not trying to keep our party together, and she kept staring at us each time she walked by with an ugly face. The manager helped us and was able to put our party together she was great, but that hostess needs another job if she can't work with the public. This happened November 5, 2023, between 12:30-1:30 pm.

It was my first time eating here and I was totally unimpressed. My food was ok but my boyfriend’s baked potato had a hair in it so the manager was called over to our table and she seemed like she had an attitude over it with a fake smile on her face and tried to argue that the black hair was a piece of corn husk lol like we don’t know the difference. So they offered to remake his meal which was a steak with baked potato and by the time it was done me and my daughter was already finished eating so he asked the manager for a couple of to go plates and she seemed irritated with us for even asking. My daughter didn’t like her kid steak that much so she ate off of my plate instead. Our waiter was very slow to bring us drinks and even silverware and not very attentive and we was just unimpressed all the way around. We paid our bill and left and no we won’t be back.

We've been coming to this particular restaurant ever since it opened. We have never had a bad meal, or experience here. The food is always cooked the way you want and served hot and really good.

Great lunch today. We were seated right away. Our server, Annalise, was very attentive about checking on us, refills etc. Food was tasty, loaded baked potato really hit the spot.

Our extended family of nine went to the Longhorn Steakhouse last night to celebrate Father's Day and after a 30 minute wait with anxious and hungry children we were told that the table that seats eight is in a section that is closed for the evening because the staff went home and that we would have to wait until two other booths were available close together. Meanwhile, every person that came through the doors was seated at those booths. When we addressed the manager, she was extremely rude and informed us that their normal wait time is over an hour, even though half of the restaurant was empty. If you want horrible customer service and a very long wait time, I strongly recommend this restaurant. I can not speak for the food because we were never served. We went to Chilis a few blocks down and was seated immediately, had the best customer service and delicious food.

Food was good but the waiter had his phone ringing as he was in the middle of taking our order. And as a bonus, he walked away to answer it. He was absent most of the time during our dinner. He didn't take our salad and bread plates away until the end. Didn't check on us to see if we needed anything or to ask if the food was good. We had the flag somebody else down to get to go containers because he was MIA. SMH😑

Cooks are heavy-handed with salt. Baked potato was rolled in sea salt, and the skin was super salt laden. The customer across from me had the same issue. A child at that same table told his mom that his fries were too salty. Don't the cooks realize that you just can't dump salt on food like that. Had a chat with a manager who explains that is how the season food there I succinctly told him I had been there before, so I wasn't buying that as the excuse. I'm not going to discuss that the cooks didn't cook my steak as I had asked. The server did offer to take it and redo the order. However, I told him not to worry about it

Don was fantastic. He was professional yet personable, gave wonderful recommendations and had us laughing the whole time. Very enjoyable experience and the steak was fantastic too. They never overcook a steak here! All smiles the whole time. Would recommend and definitely will be back, and we will now always ask for Don specifically. THANK YOU !

Longhorn generally does a really good job no matter where you go. I consider their steaks elite tier. Almost always perfectly seasoned plenty of flavor and juicy. All the personnel here at this location were friendly. Got my drinks when I needed them and food when I expected them. The steak was a little under seasoned compared to how most of them normally do it. Wasn't quite seared on the outside either. The edges were good but the center was not so much. So not quite as good as normal at this location but still good. All the sides are top-notch, bread is good, and they still have one of the best desserts out there in the chocolate stampede. Always recommended.

Great! For the most part... Waitress was friendly and helpful. The steak was cooked to perfection, and bread was soft and really good. Pleasant experience. However, we did have to wait, but it was only long enough for a bathroom break, so it wasn't long at all. Some of the food was not hot(shrimp skewers)when it was served to us. Also, I asked for iceberg lettuce(bcuz greens mess with my medicine)and she said they didn't have iceberg only Romaine, so I asked for Romaine, and she brought me mixed greens, (that I was obviously trying to avoid, but didn't say anything about it and just ate it anyway because they were busy and I didn't want to make a fuss)so, hopefully that doesn't become a problem with my medicine tomorrow as well. We asked for no onions on anything and the Baked Potato Soup & Mac n Cheese both tasted like onions, and since we have allergies, it was a problem and got sick from it. Just glad my allergy is more annoying and just making me sick instead of severe giving me a threat of death. But overall it was a good experience with good food. They probably just need to make sure they keep their staff educated on allergies, etc.

The hostess and the waitress were amazing. We are ending a 5000 mile road trip and we have 4 small children, when passing through a town that you don't know, it can be a little hectic. The staff made us feel so welcome, they interacted with our children, and mad us feel like family. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Food was good, service was slow. Right now it's that way at any restaurant during lunch. Food made up for the wait. During this time please be patient, servers are doing their best.

It has been a long time since I went out to eat and received great service. Ever since covid it seems like every restaurant, if they are open for inside dining, has employees who just don't care. Is my daughter and I just ate at the Fairview Heights longhorn and it was amazing. The food was great. My steak was cooked perfect. The staff was really hustling to provide great service to the customer's. Highly recommend this place!

Went for lunch, got a loaded baked potato and the Wild West shrimps which was delicious. My loaded baked potato had a string of long hair in it. I informed the Server and told him the new one, I will take it to go. When I opened the baked potato once I got home, it was overly baked. Potato skin very dark and hard. I would not recommend the loaded bake potato during lunch time. 😢😢😢

Last night 2/17/24, my mother and I went in to have a meal to celebrate some positives in our life. We sat at the bar with Walkie(y), and service couldn’t have been more exceptional. What an awesome guy. 5 stars across the board. I had to make this review because he deserves all the recognition for maintaining professionalism while still being kind, funny and a great service provider to customers. Thank you Walkie(y)!!!
