I am so thankful I found this wonderful studio! The setting is intimate and calming and you feel at home and welcomed. I usually have bad anxiety and from the moment I walked in the owners, Maya and David made me feel at ease and like I was allowed to take up space there, no matter what my fitness level is! Maya, who is also the instructor is an amazing teacher! She is warm and caring and makes you feel comfortable while learning the basics(beginner friendly!) She will inspire you and cheer you on! I was looking to build my inner confidence and that is exactly what you'll find in these classes, and a really great workout as well!! Such a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to seeing how I learn and grow with each class!

This studio is a beautiful Gem in the community. Experienced my first class tonight at this studio and from the moment I stepped into the room I felt so welcomed and confident in myself. Maya, the instructor and owner of the studio was very encouraging and gracious with everyone. I truly look forward to going back. Anyone who can experience this studio will not be disappointed in the experience.

Such a wonderful experience! The studio is so cute and cozy! You could tell they really put in a lot of thought into all the little details. It's a wonderful, intimate setting, I'm a beginner at pole and the beginner's class was perfect! Maryana makes you feel so comfortable and brings out the confidence in class. I'm looking forward to trying the other classes!

Maya is one of the best instructors I have ever had. She is patient and extremely encouraging. It’s hard not to leave her class feeling empowered and stronger than ever. I took the power pole class at studio Soul. Definitely will be coming back again.

Studio Soul is an open place to share your story through dance. The owner takes you on a journey to learn about yourself and how to move to your best self through movement. She has helped me grow in pole and push myself towards goals I never thought I could achieve. This is a place where pole fitness is elevated and fun.
