There are 2 ladies that I see frequently in the drive through. Both have brown curly hair and look to be in their 30’s-40’s. They have quite literally the worst attitude and customer service ever. It makes me want to take the extra 10 min to drive to the Detroit Rd. location. I’ve heard the one saying nasty things about customers while waiting on my order. I get that the job market is awful right now and people don’t want to work, but having a good attitude is well within their control. Be better.

Fast service. Like, really fast. I make my order, grab my cup and sit down. But the time I am seated they are handing me my order. All of it correct! Surprisingly friendly management too. The workers don't seem over worked or tense. The franchise owner memorized my name in only two visits. Not only that, the owner is actually HELPING HIS EMPLOYEES. You know? How every boss should be? Putting his people before his profit? Where can you find that these days?!

1st time stopping here and let’s just say highly unlikely I will ever again. The order taker in the drive thru was super rude. The gentleman who took my payment was awesome, friendly and polite. The young lady that gave me my food super rude. Just handed me my bag like I was inconveniencing her, I asked for extra butter and syrup she just walked away I didn’t even get an acknowledgment of my request. I sat and waited and she rudely asked me to pull up because they had to get more. I know it’s fast food but there is no need to be rude.

No one on the register, no one to assist, refuse to use Kias. Wendy's came through.

Drive thru was super quick. Ordered 2 Big Macs and 2 fries. Everything was hot and delicious! Very reasonably priced.

Used mobile app at one location and never ordered because the frappe machine was down. They still took my discount code. Went to second location and her solution to my discount code not reloading was to remove one of the 2 hashbrowns which increased the price. On top of already being higher priced for losing the app discount.

Everything remotely close to the self serve drink dispensers was sticky. The floor, the counter the napkin dispenser. Old spilled soda, straw wrappers and discarded cup lids were strewn everywhere. While i was filling our drinks an employee came over and checked if the napkins were full and completely disregarded the almost dry spills and trash everywhere. When we ordered we asked for everything to be made fresh. We waited close to 10 minutes for our order which wasn't an issue because we had asked for fresh. I picked up my order went out to my car, popped a french fry in my mouth and it was barley even warm. Definitely not fresh. Now I'm puzzled what the 10 minute wait was about. I now went to the drive through and explained what happened and asked to get actual fresh fries. The manager did okay. I pulled up to the window and not exaggerating there were 5 employees standing there staring out the little window at us like we were aliens. I'm not usually one to send food back but when you're paying so much money and waiting so long I expect to get decent food.

I got on the dollar menu and got a McDouble with another for just a buck. My girl got fries. I love these cheeseburgers. They are great. Ate 1 and took the ither home.

Never a clean seat, or table. Music is so loud i thought my ears might start bleeding.

This used to be my go to McDonald's, but now your employees cant even tell the difference of a burger and McChicken. Smh

Bun had green spots! Nuggets under cooked. Lady manager VERY rude! No customer service!!!

Drive-through. Columbus restaurants still have reasonable service but still my last resort.

Just a little frustrated with the new app update as it would not allow me to use my previous payment method once I chose I was going through the drive-thru and did not really have time to fix it so I was unable to use my points or the app

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes behind a man whose order kept getting messed up don't understand why you couldn't have pulled over into a numbered spot like I had to when it was my Big Mac that was made different

Was going to get breakfast here but only drive through open the lobby isn't isn't during all business hours so I will be going elsewhere in morning for breakfast. Lobby doesn't open till 8am.

Took 20min to get our food and the fries were cold, plus I got the crispy chicken bacon ranch and the chicken was the size of two nuggets...I moved the chicken all the way to one side and it only covered just over half the bread.

I'm used to receiving fresh food but today my big mac was old. It was very dry also the fries very disappointed.

But typically a McDonald's person, but had to grab a quick bite. Got a double filet o fish. Because they don't sell like hotcakes, I've noticed they are not always fresh. Must have been my lucky day because my sandwich was delicious. I was on my lunch break and they got me in and out quickly.

Chicken sandwich was the worst. Tiny dry piece of chicken on burnt bun.

Best McDonalds around!!! Fast fast fast, efficient and friendly. Food is hot and orders are always correct.

Terrible. Paid almost 25 dollars for a few meals and my Big Mac was trash looked like a double cheese burger. Fries cold and salted when I asked for no salt on the fries. Called to see if I could bring back for a refund and no one answered

Frye's we're not fresh.. cheeseburger had cheese put was not melted just put on... hardly any ketchup. Tearable 😡

Nothing against the McDonald's stores for people at work in them the food just sucks it's not like it used to be I can't stand McDonald's

This location decided that 2 sausage burritos is too much for an order, so they only give you 1 now.

Best mc Donald's in Cuyahoga County. Coffee is hot food always fresh and staff is pleasant.

I don’t normally do this but One of the staff who handed my order gave me bad attitude, very subpar of her to do that. Almost dropped my food too. Smh

Writing this review as I’m pulling off. It’s 8:13pm and I was addressed extremely rudely by the young girl who took my order. I saw a wrong order on the screen and when I tried to repeat the correct order she snapped on me and told me she heard me already. If i wasn’t afraid of my food being messed with/compromised I would have returned her rudeness. Instead I stayed polite but let my boyfriend pay at the window.Terrible customer service in such a nice place like Rocky River is unfortunate.
