I love this shopping strip, there is a lot of variety of stores and shops. But just as Parmatown Mall was, I do miss the old Westgate Mall. Great Northern Mall seems to be one of the last ones around.

Nice area but busy traffic cause of all the shopping there.

It's a pretty nice place, good variety of restaurants, stores, shops, etc. Although I do miss the mall that I grew up going to in my teens.

I have lived around Westgate Shopping Center my whole life. I think they have some great food selections and shopping. Target being my favorite. Always feel very safe walking around from store to store!

I gave Westgate Mall 4 stars because it is not an indoor mall and sprawled all over. Rather hard to navigate when in a car. It has good restaurants and stores. Unless you are young it's hard to get around. Would be nice if they had some kind of tram to go from one end to the other for older people.

This place has a lot of cool stores and places to eat. Some weekends we will get Curb-side pick up at Applebee's. We can drive through Chick-fil-A for a busy weeknight meal in between jazz band and soccer practice. We can stroll through Target during the holidays when we tire of scrolling through Amazon. The people at Verizon are always friendly and helpful. My friends always enjoy BW3 for our fantasy football draft. Getting lost among the shelves at Books-a-Million is a treat. It is great to have so many shopping and dining options so close to home.

good products amazing workers most of the times and things are usually in stock lots of parking spaces too.

I got glasses at America's Best. I think there's a lot of good stuff over here, the parking was a little tricky though. When peak traffic surges the parking lots get close to maximum pretty quick. The spots seemed to open up pretty regularly though. I didn't really meander into the back of the area to see what all was there, but there's a ton. It'd keep you busy all day if you wanted to just hang out and walk around.

Good variety of stores. Absolutely love the Whole Foods that is located in the plaza. The exit is pretty poorly designed. It can be very difficult during peak times to get out of the parking lot.

Great food all you can eat. Interesting experience. If you waste any you have to pay for the waste. However it's all you can eat. So you're trying not to waste anything that you end up getting more than you need which forces you to challenge yourself to finish it LOL It was fun and great food.

Great shopping 🛍 Center. Has all the store you'll ever need, nice layout and plenty of good parking.

It's a huge strip mall full of mostly big box stores and mediocre (at best) chain restaurants. Traffic is a nightmare getting here, bike parking is almost non-existent.

Just wanted to comment on my experience with Office Max: Every employee I incountered, which were several, had no customer service skills. Worst shopping experience ever. They need to hire to replace with all new staff. Will not go there ever again.

Alot of nice stores especially Kohl's and Mikes Jersey subs. I did not have a vehicle and my knee prevented me from any of that. Smart thing to scatter around benches for resting up!

Love to go shopping. Different stores like Target, Ulta, Khols, Lowes, places to eat like Bibibop, applebess, 5guys, etc. Too many.

Love this bookstore! It has so much to offer at a time that bookstores are diminishing.

Mall is ok, has things people need, but the old indoor mall was much better

The store that I went to in Westgate was America's Best because they gave me great contacts and glasses at a great price Good bargain!

Westgate had a good selection of stores, everything is always clean, the traffic moves in an orderly fashion. The parking is free and you can be in and out in no time. I have never had a bad experience here.

A lot of stores have left and there are empty store fronts. Earth Fare was great but they left again too. Target is a nice store there.

Nice shopping center with grocery, dine in and out options, and one of the best Chick-fil-A’s around.

I don't go to this area much I go if I go to Target or Kohl's nice area clean nice stores so I would say it's a good place to shop

I went to Kohl's, and I got excellent advice on sales and product information from sales associates or Kohl's employees in the area. Outstanding service. Very helpful.

The plants around the parking lot are a crapshoot as to whether you can see around them or not. I have nearly gotten into a few accidents in this parking lot due to oversized bushes and people driving way too fast down the main lane in front of the stores.

A nice place to shop. Always clean and safe. Unfortunate that there isn’t more retails stores here. There are lot of retail vacancies.

The AT&T store at Westgate has the best staff in the area. My favorite thing about Westgate is there is always somewhere to park, but also easy bus access when I don't feel like driving.

Love Ulta! Staff are friendly and able find products to my specific needs. They even do hair. Bring your friends for a great ladies day out.

Went to Target to get school supplies. Supplies in 2 sections in very different areas. It was extremely confusing and unnecessary. Poor options of wide ruled notebooks; will have to get somewhere else. Disappointed I couldn't finish up kiddos' shopping lists, considering this was already the second store. :(

We went to Target which was a total mess. Things all over the floor and things just shoved anywhere. Couldn't find shoes they were on the floor or not on shelves were they should be. Very disappointed in that Target and not rhe first time it seems always to be a mess. Most likely not be going back

Wasn't too impressed to be honest - just look like a like a building with books. Nothing special - not like Barnes and Noble. And rather expensive on my opinion, go and check it out yourself.

I still enjoy going to this area. Westgate shopping center does have varieties. You can literally just drive around the center for shopping and Food. Still worth visiting especially if your in Rocky River or Fairview

Love this area but very saddened earthfare closed. We need another food store. Nothing else a food store . Wirh healthy food. Whole foods would be nice.

There's all kinds of neat things at Westgate. Things you can't find elsewhere around you. Dolce wrap is one. I love eating there. Books-A-Million because there are not bookstores like that anymore. But it's jam-packed in this large outdoor mall. Target has redone its interior and as much nicer.

Plenty of shops! They've always keep the shopping center clean. There is a park nearby. You can enjoy a meal and go shopping and or take your kids to the nearby playground.

Was at Applebee's for are anniversary was treated very well the food was excellent will recommend this Applebee's our server Marco went way out of his way to make sure our anniversary was special.

I prefer Lowe's over many of the other box stores for good reason always have what I need.

We only use Target in this shopping area which we would give a 5 itself but Carter's left and many other stores. It's a beautiful and nice area... Need to fill allllll the empty store buildings.

This place was great and had department stores small specialty shops restaurants both fast food and dining restaurants plenty of parking a movie theater you could literally spend the entire day at this place outside of the mall was even more shops and restaurants the whole area was full of things to do places to eat and shop

The layout is nice, but it is not friendly to bikes/people walking. There isn't really crosswalks or sidewalks to get to other areas

Stopped at Kohls found a lot of great clothes and shoes. Well stocked for the season. Great service and staff.

Has some good useful places like Kohl's Marshalls Target Five Guys Great Clips and if you just cashed in your 401k there's Books-A-Million( dollars ).
