No free breakfast. Nothing close. Was charged more for my meal at the joint restaurant than was advised on the menu plus an extra fee for being a guest apparently. Room was gross. Bathroom was gross. I think I would rather sleep outside.

I had a reservation for 2 days, got there and the young guy at the front desk needed a card for incidentals but I didn’t have my card and I asked if I could show him on my phone in my Apple wallet and he said it wouldn’t go through, so I gave my boyfriends card and he said it had to have my name on it. If it’s just to cover incidental the name shouldn’t matter. It’s not the reservation itself. The guy said “that doesn’t make sense” when I said I didn’t have the card on hand and then said my bf had to be present if I wanted to use his card. I’m traveling out of state. We finally figured it out, he gave me a room in the back. I go in and it smelled bad, but whatever. I run to the store and come back and started to put groceries in the fridge and there was a cockroach crawling around on the fridge and cabinet so I went to ask for a new room. I get a new room and it’s just very dingy and run down but it sufficed for a couple days. They need better staff customer service, and they need to make sure their rooms are sufficiently cleaned. Probably won’t be back.

The carpet was filthy & needs to be steam cleaned badly.. or replaced. Furniture was dated. There is NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST or substitute here. There is a separately owned bar at the end of the bldg w very nice employees..and good inexpensive food. I recommend CLE,OHs bar for food.( pix of good food & badly stained carpeting.) I only stayed here bcuz of coupon online. Should have paid $30 more nite for nicer hotel w pool heated inside. It's on easy fix here..I just hope owners/ managers pay attn to customer's comments. Oh forgot to say ..only 1/4 roll of TP when arrived. Told front desk ( showed empty roll) HE asked what room I was in & handed me 1 new roll. Cant they put full roll on if that low from previous customer??? Is budget that tight that need to know what room not to but a new roll in after I go ?

The front desk guy was awesome the employees are great. Was told I could leave my wife in the room until 1230/100 pm to make sure I could pay for another night. The owner showed up and forced my wife out of the room threatened with the police and was all in all a monster of a person. My wife has a broken ankle and is using a knee scooter to get around. All of our belongings were still in the room. The owner wanted her to carry all of our things to the lobby and sit until I got back. Absolutely refused to allow us to pay for another night even though I had the money to do so. Absolutely terrible experience all in all. The hot water didn't get hot either to top off the whole event. We are homeless at the moment and didn't need the mess. My advice is to stay away from here. The employees seem to fear their boss, never a good sign. Room was clean and the rest of the employees were amazing. The owner has aa god complex. Stay at your own risk.

I had to sleep in my car!! After driving for 8 hours, I was exhausted and booked a room here to get a few hours of sleep. It was a great price and convenient location. when I went to check in, I was informed of a $60 deposit which I didn’t have . I explained to the owner that I had $40 but he would not accept. I asked him to cancel my reservation and refund my money so that I could get a room somewhere else. He refused stating that he held the room for me so he is getting his money. That would be understandable if he was turning away business for my room but there was 3 cars in the entire parking lot. I called Priceline and they called the hotel to see if he would work with them to refund my money or take $40 instead of $60 deposit…he wouldn’t. Realizing my only option was to pay the deposit, I borrowed $20 from family. When I went to pay the deposit, the owner told me that 1. He canceled my reservation. 2. Was still getting paid for it. and 3. If I wanted a room, I had to book online and pay again. So he refused to allow me to stay in a room I had paid for and had the money for the deposit but he also wanted me to pay him again to stay there. I ended up just sleeping in my car and being out of $70. I wouldn’t recommend giving this owner your business. The only thing he cares about is his money and is willing to be a theft and charge you twice to stay one night.

They have mice. Don't believe me? Look at the trash cans!! They all have holes in them from mice getting in. Staff very rude, police will stop you if you Black over there is well. Staff shortage. You may end up taking your own trash out cleaning your own room. Please take pics when you get there. Time stamp and report if you have any issues

Hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room was not completely renovated, paint was only first coat and sloppy, but that is not why I gave them a poor rating. Our room was NOT cleaned before our stay. Used towels, unchanged bed sheets (found stains & hairs within sheets of both beds), and dirty sink (looks like someone had a rough night and threw up red punch and food. There was red stained splatter marks all over the sink and walls.) No attempt by hotel to clean. Floor had chunks of mud and just a blanket of dirt. I didn’t feel comfortable getting out of the shower without shoes. We arrived late at night and asked front desk for extra sheets to sleep on. He initially wanted for us to wait until the morning for cleaning service to deliver them. Obviously we were not going to sleep in those beds without clean sheets. We slept on top of the flat sheet we had to insist on from front desk. Location is close to airport & car rental, has hot water, decent pressure, and water drains appropriately. These are the only positives to this hotel. Front desk had a hard time with understanding English, although I will not fault him for that but it made it difficult to complain and get anything corrected. We were charged more on our credit card bill than what was previously agreed upon. We came on a weekend where most hotels were sold out. I thought this hotel looked better than some of the others around for same price point ($150/night). I was wrong. I usually don’t leave bad reviews and my tolerance for 2-star hotels is pretty high, but this one just stepped over the line a little too far than what they should have. I just want a clean room…is that really too much to ask for?

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. dirtiest, nastiest “hotel” I’ve ever seen. Shady clientele, Terrible staff, and the filthiest room ever. Checked the bed several times for bed bugs. Shower was UNUSABLE. Mold and dirt in the tub. Crackheads having a party upstairs late into the night. Never felt more unsafe. I cannot stress this enough - this “hotel” should be condemned. Wish I had photos. You wouldn’t believe it.

Horrible! When I walked in took ages to check in... Finally walking up. concrete was on the stairs on the stairs the vending machine was in the middle of the room not working! You have to you have to go outside to get to the rooms!? Only one bed we had payed for two! When we were going to get food they told us McDonald's and Burger King was only 5 minutes away more like 5 miles!? Not to mention heard a man screaming when we were leaving! when we were going to checkout... No one was there for 20 minutes!

Update review (Lower the Service to 1 star) : BE CAREFUL!!! Make sure you will check your credit card statement after you stay there. I want to call out the Chaos I experienced after I left the hotel. After I recieved my credit card statement, I noticed that they double charged me for the shuttle. Even I booked my hotel used my united airline points, they still charged me second time. I called them multiple times, and nobody answered the call. I have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charges. Old review: The room is definitely like other reviews mentioned, not too clean. However, if you just want a night staying close to the airport catching very early flights, it might not be too bad. The shuttle cost an extra $10, but the driver was very friendly. My flight took off at 6 am and the driver was ready at 4 am.

My first room had no heat to which when I went to the lobby to tell them I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to come to the desk. 2nd room I was moved to had a loud bed that sounded like metal whenever I moved in the bed. Along with what looked like blood but I'm hoping was just rust on the bathroom baseboard and the vent/fan in the bathroom was literally hanging out if the wall. Was a pretty disappointing experience.

Parkinglot is a pothole factory. First room I checked into was still dirty and remodeling was shoddy at best. I went to the front desk to switch rooms. The response was they are still under construction and they can't shut the property down but they have another room I can see and take or they can cancel my reservation. Next room was also still not the cleanest but it was much better. Hot water didn't really work and the faucet for the sink was loose. I have stayed with this chain before and haven't had this bad of an experience. When I went to check out noone is available the desk or by phone and the voice-mail isn't set up at the number I was forwarded to.

Rooms were dirty and smelled moldy. No towels or wash cloths in room--had to ask for them. Service desk people were rude. Horrible customer service. Airport Van driver not helpful and speeding way beyond speed limit. Do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!.

I called and spoke to multiple employees before my stay and explained what i needed. I needed to check in 90 mins early and I was only staying for a flight layover not over night. I was charged close to a 50% fee for checking in at 1:30 instead of 3. A surprise fee upon arrival. Once checked in there was no soap to wash your hands, no outlet that worked in or around the bathroom. The Internet was so slow it constantly stopped. The towels and bathmat had dirty and freshly used stains on them. The room was frigid and took hours to heat up. The worst though is the bed frame. It’s a metal box and every time you moved the metal would expand and contact, making very loud popping noises. Impossible to sleep. I lasted less than 3 hours

Do not stay here, even if it's the only place that has a room available at 2am. This was the dirtiest and most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Bad: There are holes in the wall, no fire alarm, the floors are so dirty that I didn't want to even touch my socks to the ground, there was no hot water after running the water for almost 5 minutes, underneath the sheet was a filthy mattress cover with some unknown body fluid on it, no bar soap (only a travel-sized body wash liquid to cover hand, body, and hair), the bedside table had grease on it, there was a half inch gap underneath the door large, and the staff checking in and out were unhelpful. Good: The lock on the front door worked.

This place is a mess. They told me to pay cash and they would refund my stay on Expedia due to an error in dates. After I paid, Expedia said they called, and the person at the front desk said that they will no refund. The place is a dump, and is under construction. Rooms are nasty, service is awful, and clearly are con artists.

$10 per shuttle ride to and from the airport? Even though we stayed there as a guest AND paid $10 to park there for one night? So basically $30 extra for the stay. I even CALLED before I booked the stay to get the parking and shuttle particulars. Person on the phone told me about the $10 parking fee per day but he certainly never mentioned a $20 shuttle fee because I most definitely would not have stayed there. It’s utter BS. Especially when the place is gross. Floors sticky. Something leaking from the corner. White residue near the fridge. Bates motel vibes. Slept there fully clothed on top of the sheets. Nope. Just book elsewhere.

Try to check in at 10.20p on September 9 with my 3 months old in the evening driving from New York. Manager driving shuttle service in the side. I was waiting for 20 min. Got in the room 155 key didn’t work. I walk inside the room and it’s like that inside. I ask manager to change room cuz it wasn’t ready he told me that he overbooked. Told me to ask for refund from Priceline. I called them they contacted manager he refused refund it money. So… think be 4 dealing with hotels like that!!!!!

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. What a dump. Remodeling in progress. My room was not finished. It was clear substandard remodeling was being done. Took forever to get help at the front desk. He had a attitude. Never again.

HORRIBLE! Room smelled like marijuana. Floor was sticky gross! Torn linens, curtains and lamp shades. Electrical outlets on the lights on the night stands did not work. No place to plug our phones. Went to the front desk to talk about the issues, while front desk clerk was apologetic, there was nothing they could do for the situation. All hotels were booked in the area due to a sporting event. I would not recommend this place. As a Wyndham property I would think they would make some standards. Down right disgusting!

If I could put ZERO stars …. I would. From the desk clerk to the smoke smelling rooms, just awful. Not to mention, they charge an “undisclosed” fee to take you to the airport. They let you know this when you get to the desk. Do not stay here. Find another hotel….

Older than dirt. Hot water took forever to come through the pipes. Towels were more dingy yellow than white (although washed and cleaned). That said, it was cleaner than I expected. It was quiet and for the quick transportation to the airport and price it was 👍👍👍 Had Fridge and Microwave in the room. Heater worked just fine too. 👍👍👍 Staff was quick and efficient. 👍👍👍

This hotel looks good on the internet. In person the rooms are disgustingly DIRTY. RUN don't walk away. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. We would have left but it was late at night and the only good thing was clean sheets. I kept my socks on so as not to touch the floor. The faucet was broken. The wall had cracks in it and needed to be repainted. There was dirt and dust on all the furniture and on the floor. The shady characters hanging about and the garbage all around the property were another issue. Apparently, this is a hotel for transients and the staff don't care about cleaning it. The staff also lied. There is no hotel shuttle and the taxi they called was NOT free. Even though they said it was when booking and when checking in. this place is truly horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained sheets, food on the walls, dirt all over the floors. I checked in at 1am with a nice guy. When I called the front desk at 12:30pm to let them know that the A/C was no longer working, the guy at the front desk flipped out and told me there was no one in that room (but I was. I had a key). He told me that if I didn’t get all of my belongings and never return to that hotel that he was going to have the police waiting for me. I’m pregnant and had a 3 and 1 year old. He then came to my door and told me I had 10 minutes to get everything out and leave. The place is a dump though. I’d spend a little more just to avoid this place.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Windham Cleveland Airport West for one night before catching a flight to NY. The room was as I expected for the price. The management and staff were beyond my expectations. My flight to NY was at 6:00am so I was up at 4:00am and out the door. When I got home, I realized I left my wedding rings on the bedside table...YIKES!!! I could not reach the hotel directly as their phones were down. I called Ramada Customer Service and they connected me directly with the hotel manager who shared my concerns and immediately had one of her staff check the room. They found my rings and held onto them until my sister could pick them up the next day. This establishment has an amazing manager and staff!

There was no stopper for the bathtub and when I called the front desk to ask for a stopper, I was told shower only and hung up on. Then upon inspecting the coffee pot I discovered there was no coffee, no tea, no sugar, no creamer, no nothing. Also, 1 of the double beds only had one pillow. Not a very pleasant experience for someone who has been on the road driving for 4 days. I see why it's rated as a 2 star hotel, because it is! Do better!

I would give negative if I could. We were in a bind, late flight and couldn’t get a car to our destination and all hotels we called were booked. I thought at 1am that I’d be happy with anything and how wrong I was. The room smelled so bad even my kids commented on it. It wasn’t just smoke but maybe also pee? I wanted to burn everything that touched that place. The most disgusting experience I have ever had.

I don't do reviews BUT this place was horrible. Laundry room no bueno. You see the pictures I posted, understand they say Queen beds. Oh no they were two full size beds as you see my son's blanket on bed. It stuck it's old as dirt and it shows once on property. They need to removed from web sites.

I booked the room through priceline. When I arrived I was told I didn't have a reservation and that they only had a king sized bed room (I'm a mom traveling with my two adolescent children). I said it's fine, since it was late and I only needed one night. As I was opening the room, the clerk came up and said he found my reservation, and that he would refund my room. I asked for the two queen bed that I reserved and magically that became available. The room smelled like cigars, there was a hole in the wall. In the wee hours of the morning a fight broke out and I heard screaming and slamming doors that lasted at least an hour. But again. It was just fir a quick night after a late flight until the car rental opened. We checked out on Friday. I was then charged $89 on Sunday. For I can't get a reason why. I called at 8am, and was told the manager would call me at 9. I tried calling at 11, 12, 1, and called with a blocked number at 230 they finally answered and said I was charged twice and I would get it refunded in 2-4 business days. The customer service number was of no help. I do not recommend giving them your information

If I could give no star I would.. first room the lights flicked like in a club, second room no heat, from SC it was cold, Next day asked for the heat to be fixed came back to the room no house keeping staff came in, no clean sheets or washcloths went to check on the heat, was not fixed, talked to staff, they replied the maintenance is gone. Wouldn’t give us another room no refunds nothing. Just had to be cold another night. Breakfast was over at 10am, got there at 9 nothing left but a few muffins and two slices of bread, no coffee.. when asked staff if they had anything in the back to bring out, he brings out a few more mini muffins… Staff just didn’t care… just very rude and unfriendly… Would never stay in this place again… Worst hotel ever…

My daughter rented a room here so she could be close to the airport. When we went to drop her off there was still police tape on the door. The toilet seat had some kind of black stuff all over it. The shuttle service that they assured her of was not going to be there.

Had to call the police! A man was trying to get in my room and when I called down they said I was lying. Rhey being the manager Mr.. Patel. Not only that but the room and public areas were in utter disrepair. My room had gnats and food in the sink. There was paint on the floors and no where to sit in the lobby area. When I tried to get a refund and leave, the manager raised his voice called me aiar and yelled at the friend I had called to pick me up. Another woman experienced something similar and was also traveling alone. She and I both wanted refunds and both got only half.

  • 1/5 Timo 10 months ago on Google
If I could do a 0/5 I would. My friend tried to stay there for a layover in a room on the second floor. She was by herself and she started to hear someone bang on her door. She called the front lobby and they refused to come and check it out. Eventually, after continuous time having the man bang on her door and try to push it open, she called the police and was escorted downstairs. Even with all that when she told the front desk what happened, the front desk manager was rude and did not believe her. After much fuss and other women deciding to leave as a result of my friend feeling unsafe, he begrudgingly gave her half off. He never showed any compassion or concern about her even though she was obviously shaken up and had a horrible experience. 0 out of 5.

  • 1/5 Jenniffer G. 2 years ago on Google
First room they put us in had no hot water. At all. The second room they put us in had warm enough water to shower. I am prone to tendon/muscle cramps if I walk too much or sit in one position too long. Only thing that helps? A hot bath. I am typing this as I sit in a bathtub of luke warm water. At 2:30 am. Water didn't even get hot. Not to mention the bar music was playing LOUDLY at 8 am. Do yourself favor and don't stay here.

In good conscience I can not recommend this motel. I had to change to three different rooms due to the first room having been used and not cleaned, the second room having electrical short circuits that management was aware of, was told they were unable to fix it but rented out anyway and the sink in the third room was absolutely filthy and not cleaned even after the front desk was aware of it. Additionally there was a gash in the metal bathroom door that would be a safety hazard to a child. Minor in comparison, there was no soap in the bathroom or water glass or cup in the room. I have other complaints but those were the biggest ones. The bed was comfortable. I looked at my VISA bill today and it looks like I was charged for the three rooms! I attempted to enclose photos but for some reason I am unable to do so

This place is not worth the money. It took 40 minutes to get checked in to my room. The room its self was not clean. They added $60 for a deposit fee for the room, even though I went through Wyndham and was given a price. Room did not have a microwave and was advertised that it did. I had to go back to the front desk to attempt to get a remote for the tv in the room. I get that it’s under construction but whoever the contractor is does horribly work. The bathroom door was hinge bound. The tub was built on a wooden platform. When you stand in it you feel like you’re going to push through it. I will not be staying there again
