Ordered a simple chicken nugget meal, your mic girl could’ve cared less about what I had and sighed when I asked for two different sauces for nuggets. Then upon reaching the second window they asked me to pull up to a waiting spot. Your staff inside failed to put my order in apparently because they made this poor girl come ask me twice what I ordered. If it wasn’t for how kind she was I’d give you one star. Your staff fails to place an order, send a manager out not a poor doe eyed girl to fix your mistakes

As a former McDonald's employee, while I haven't worked at this particular McDonald's, as a frequent custoner I can say with confidence that there are various McDonalds protocols not followed here and corporate would most likely ding this store on their evaluation for these errors. Customer service is usually spot on, however when actually receiving my food, it seems like the people at the second window aren't always properly trained. I received a large iced caramel mocha without the whipped cream and drizzle it should receive in a large iced coffee cup, this (while not significant) if practiced continually can lose profit and I've been told twice now that they were out of coffee in the evening while they could have easily brewed another pot. I also door dash from this location and this morning, I received a burrito that was very poorly rolled and did not have much inside, and a sweet tea that was only half full when I paid for a full large. All I can say is, do better McDonalds, especially when you're in a standardized industry.

We visited this McDonald's between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. They were not that busy at all. The one nice thing that I have to say is that their employees all seemed very nice and friendly! Our food was good as well. But the area where you get your drinks was a very gross mess. It was not at all appealing!! I felt that at that time of day, a slower time, the drink area could have been cleaned up. I usually allow for a mess at the drink area when a fast food place is really busy during meal hours, but this was the worse that I had ever seen at any fast food place!

She was so nice. They didn't have chocolate ice cream so she literally offered to put chocolate syrup into soft serve. My whole heart. ❤️

I'm walk to store with my daughter no idea that lobby is close (due to shortage staff) and their staff about to send us out... He ask are we walk ? We said yes! He let us back in and order take out that so nice of him.

Nothing special. Young kid took my order, could have cared less where he was or what he was doing. Kind of spaced out. Food was served fast, but ended up not tasting the best. Mostly clean. Will still probably end up coming back.

This spot is normally pretty good but today they weren't on their game. They had me pull up to the to-go spots, which no problem and they brought my food out real fast. The lady said she'd be right back with my drink...30min later still no drink and she came out multiple times with other orders. Anyways they remade the food and got my drink after driving around so I can't complain too much 😉.

The star is not for the service, not for the establishment and it’s visual representation, but for the unfortunate belief system it distilled in million if not billions of people about how cheap and affordable their menu was for as long as I can remember of my whole life thus far (30 years) and now all I see is a constant 20$ for three things or one burger being 8$ as to the dollar I remember it to originally be. I understand economics, and business, as well entrepreneurial aspects all around… and I respect them and understand the evolving nature of prices and it’s necessary applications, but man… am I disappointed it the long term effects that McDonalds cheap yum route had on me and how long I kept believing they were cheap and still paid out when they were not because of the zombified manipulation my brain endured in the trauma sectors of my brain. Shame on all who are apart of that company. Mainly for the fact that one day, prices were low, the next, they were not at all by any means… but hey, you get to keep your undereducated employees at 15 an hour cause you raised the menu prices right? So that’s good? Or is it… because you are enticing someone to avoid the thought of educating themselves in my opinion because they think the life they are living is either fine or nice or good at best… and that it’s good enough for them. Shame. Shame.

This was the first time that I was pulled over to wait more than 20min for my order they did get our food checked my bag and was missing frys made good on that so 30 min later had full order finally and 2 gifted meals for another time

The food was good and the employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, and the Easter decorations made for a very special occasion.

This place is a mess. Four of the last five times I've visited the order was incorrect. Today's visit: I ordered two sausage McMuffins with NO cheese. What did I get? One sausage McMuffin with no egg and WITH cheese and another sausage McMuffin with no egg and no cheese. This place is ridiculous.

In my car so no atmosphere . Good is always consistently yummy. Not Healthy but too good to not treat myself now and then .

EDIT: The past 5 times I have gone here they have forgotten an item in the bag from my order and then would not refund me or give me said item.. I'll take my business else where After visiting this location frequently I think it's safe to give them a solid 4 stars. Food is always hot and fresh which is the big one. Speed varies just like any fast food. I have had a couple wrong orders but they are quick to make it right! As for customer service they are usually pretty nice and welcoming! There are a few you can tell don't want to be there but no one is ever really rude.

Definitely are go to McDonald's. Ashley is the absolute SWEETEST!!! She is always so super kind to my boys and takes such good care of us. I appreciate her & her crew very much.

Always something wrong with the order. Whether it be modifications not being followed (a huge health risk to those with allerhies) to giving the wrong soda. Prices arent worth the food. Upping prices but you and I both know none of it goes to the people actually running the business and making product. Line cook is incredibly privileged and somehow doesnt understand how a CAR costs more than a cheeseburger and why people dont just go through the drive through. That same severely overweight line cook is the one constantly neglecting modifications

I go through the drive through once a week (usually Saturday nights) after I'm done photographing a wedding and it's usually around 10:30 or 11 I go through the drive thu and every time the people have been so incredibly nice, usually it's the same girl taking my order and money at the first window but she's great, the food is always correct and I'm always impressed by how quick I get my food and if there's a line it goes very quick. I wanted to say the Saturday night shift does an excellent job. Thank you!

Ashly the manager sucks at her job I spent $30 today inside for 2 qtr pounders 2 apple pies lg fry and McChicken sandwich and a orange soda how on earth was that difficult to serve I got cold qtr pounders stale the fries was overdosed with salt no mcchicken complete fail i address it and was so disgusted with the attitude I asked for a refund then they messed that up to this place is ran by heavyset teens who pay more attention to their smartphones than customers that’s why the drive thru is backed up and the inside is almost impossible to have an order taken pathetic

Young man was really nice and polite! Seems like he really enjoyed his job. Could use more help at this location but everything was done correctly visit was smooth! Adyn made us feel welcome and made our visit fun!

I understand you can hate where you work for unfair wages. I used to work here in highschool. The job isn’t great, and the food you serve is gross and addicting: this job still taught me skills that helped me learn how horrible capitalism is and how it demeans you for minimum wage and you work hard for that every dollar. But when you pay forward that hard earned money for 4.39 a large fry and received less than what you paid for a 3 lb bag of potatoes in Ohio. It’s just sad. Thanks for ruining my day

Got 2 fish sandwiches after a game. Fish was fresh but not much taste as there was barely any sauce or cheese on it.

Regularly go to this McDonald's and the service and food is on par with McDonalds standards. Today, went up there for a 20 nugget meal with 2 large fries, a meal I standardly get for $8 dollars and some cents. Today, the employee working the window, not only did not ask what sauce we wanted, but also rang up our order to be over $14 dollars, at the first window he didn't reiterate our total and when asked blatantly ignored our request for our receipt. We asked again, he was looking right towards us and once again blatantly ignored our request, walking away. Terrible employee, doesn't deserve a job in customer service if he can't even give a receipt upon request. As he returned to his station we once again asked for receipt and once again he ignored us. As the line moved and we moved up to the secondary window the disrespectful incompetent employee stuck his head out the window and glared directly at us. Our food was cold, though the manager (very competent and friendly) handed us our food and we left. The first employee should not be working there, much less interacting with customers if they cannot meet the standards of a franchise with high expectations. I hope this review is seen by management and the employee responsible gets the discipline they deserve for soiling the reputation of an otherwise good business.

At the drive through at 10am before breakfast ends and the boy taking my order was rude and wouldn’t let me talk I barely got my order out before I had to go and pay. He only asked me one time if that was everything and just gave me my total there were things I wanted to purchase still but I will not come to the McDonalds in Fairview park if their staff treats customers like this.

I asked for 3 sides of Big Mac sauce & this is what I received! I was astonished to say the least. I had to go to the counter to ask for ketchup for THREE people with large fries & they gave me 4 packets. Not to mention how absolutely disgusting the drink area was 🤮

I arrived at 6:40 am and they lied and said that the store doesn't open until 7 am. despite the confirmed hours on Google being set to open at 6am while those service hours have been confirmed as the hours of 6am to 11 pm by the store only a month ago

The fries were hot but the chicken nuggets were cold as always. Not warm COLD. No wonder I rarely eat at McDonald's anymore.

I live in West Park but whenever we want McDonald's we come to this location on Lorain Road. The food is always good and the service is great. I have 2 McDonald's right by my house and they both have awful food and forget about customer service.

Stopped in for a quick bite with my mom . Our food was hot and fresh. The lovely cashier would took our order provided excellent customer service.

Sunday I was told by a manager no one was there to take my order I had to use the think in the lobby I don't like using them I didn't get what I wanted there was a nother lady came in and some one called to the back for the cashier she had a customer now why couldn't the manager do that for me. If I have to take my own order then I feel I should get a discount

No matter where you go when you walk in it's like walking into the same place. Everything's carefully measured out in a way that even the diet coke is served completely different than anybody else but in order to get the same exact experience every time. I'm not even sure how McDonald's manages that but however they did it... it works you will never have a different experience anywhere else when you step in the McDonald's it's like stepping into a time zone that warps everybody the same exact place so they get the same exact food. Absolutely magic act. Somebody figured it out it packaged heaven in between two buns.

It's been at least my past 3 orders for breakfast that my sandwich was crunchy because egg shells were in it. I recommend that you go somewhere else even if it's a different location McDonald's.

By far the best McDonald's in the area. A hands on Owner who greets you with a smile. A staff that is friendly and kind.

Don't go to this one normally but it was there while passing through. Ordered what I wanted no issues food was good no issues with order.

Ordered in the app and was directed to a parking spot. The person bringing our order out had our shakes under his arms. He gave our food to a different car, and then switched them. We took the food even though the other guest had dug around in the bag. Our order was wrong. Ketchup only burger had every thing on it.

McDonald's is the very first restaurant I ever been to some of their food is good some of it is not they have great coffee though I just ran in to get a pineapple mango smoothie they are delicious
