👍👍 East coast custard never disappoints. After a 3 day crack binge my baby mama was craving a secret menu item ---> THE MALT DOG <--- it's so innovative and convenient. It allows you to take a bite of the hotdog and sip the malt while leaving your non dominant hand free to do more crack! 🥴😤 11/10 People often mention custard, cream, good, sundae, hair,

The whole experience was awful from the long long wait at the drive thru to the very unfriendly guy who took the order and the whole sundae tasted horrible right down to the very hard pieces of something not related to ice cream left at the bottom of the dish. I think they used the cup as an ash tray before using it to make a turtle sundae in. And if you are not going to put cherries in the turtle sundae then don't advertise that you do because I paid for those cherries that I never got!

Do yourself a huuuge favor and stick with the regular chocolate and vanilla. Me and my daughter made the mistake of going on a day they were serving Cookie Monster frozen custard. We were instantly addicted. We ended up going back that evening for seconds. Now we have to wait a month for the flavor to come back. It's marked on the calendar as "Cookie Monster Custard Day".

I ordered a large hot fudge sundae and when she handed it to me I thought she was giving me a sample of the custard so I said no thank you and she said no sir that is your large sundae for $5.00 and the sad thing is there are 2 more sizes smaller than that one. I like to support a local business owner but Dairy Queen offers double the portion for 30% cheaper. Totally disappointed

Its just not very good compared to other places in the area. Mitchell’s is better quality, Malley’s has a better atmosphere and selection of flavors, Dairyview is a better value, and Dairy Queen has a rewards program. Very overrated compared to other local options.

We have tried ice cream all of the country and East Coast Custard is among the best out there. Unfortunately I do NOT recommend this location. The two scoop at this shop is much smaller than the two scoop at the location on Pearl Street, plus the price is 13% more expensive. Compared to Pearl Street this custard was less creamy and had more of a water flavor. The butter pecan was vanilla custard with only 2 pecans in the entire scoop. Very disappointing compared to the fantastic flavor and servings at the other east coast Custard locations.

Best custard ever. I put the vanilla on my wife’s cans and made for an even better night. Will definitely go back.

My review is base on one time experience. Average ice cream and that particular day I asked for a banana split and the pineapple used was beyond bad.

East Coast, I love your custard, but I have to deduct a star for a simple reason: your drink carriers do not fit your cups. I just dumped a very expensive milkshake on my front steps, as one of the 3 I bought for my family would not stay in as I opened my door. That’s after fighting them to stay upright the whole drive home. Please, don’t just by the cheapest carrier, get the one that fits. We pay enough for it, and it’s certainly worth it, but while Chick Fil A and Five Guys may have inferior milkshakes, but at least the carriers they provide mean I can get it home without spilling everywhere.

I take my grand dog for her pup cup. Of course I always have to get something, don't want her to eat alone. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased here. The employees are very nice.

Yummy! Tried the Smores and Buckeye flavors. A great treat on a hot and sunny day.

There was at least one vegan friendly ice cream on the menu, I believe that is always the case. The one I had was a red raspberry and was very good. Texture and flavor both on par with standard ice cream. Service was fast and they don't accept bills above a $20 from what I heard. Outdoor seating only, had a mini carousel for kids (very short).

Always a line but usually goes pretty fast. Service was very friendly and fast. Our treats were delicious but you always need to ask for napkins. If a business serves treats such as ice cream or frozen yogurt cones, sundaes, concretes, Malts etc, they should automatically be passing out napkins. Especially when they hand you a container that's sticky

The custard is delicious, and even though there are only a few standard flavors, mix-ins are available to enhance the treat. There is no seating inside, but there is a patio outside if you want to park and eat there, and there is also a drive through. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and quickly serves your order.

This is not the kind of custard I would like to try again. Overly sweet and not the dense smooth ice cream custard I'm used to.

Always a great place to take the family. Quality custard at a fair price and I love that they have dairy free options for my little one

My favorite part about this place is that they're usually open later than other ice cream joints...so if it's 9:30 and you get that sweet craving then you can hit this place up. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because they've screwed up my order a few times, but they still seem to do a good job handling the rush.

I want it to try this place since it had good reviews. Did the drive thru and the girl was so rude!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was so happy to enjoy my ice until I started my order. I like to support locals but with this kind of service is a NO, NO for this place. I get it that we don't always have a good at work (if that's what was going with her), but at least smile or say hello or welcome! Never again going back to this place!

(This is for the food truck.) The custard is good, but the hair in my custard wasn’t. I noticed a hair sticking to the styrofoam cup and started to pull it away, only to find that it was coiled deep inside my custard. I had only walked three feet from the window so I immediately went back and asked for a new custard since “this one has a hair in it.” The woman at the counter stared at me and asked “what’s wrong with it?” And I said again, “there is a literal hair in it.” (Which matched perfectly with the woman scooping the custard who had long hair not in a net.) They gave me a new cup without even an apology for the gross experience of almost eating another human’s hair. Won’t be back.

A favorite spot of ours- the drive thru makes it an easy stop on those chilly days but we love the front area for summer days. The staff is always friendly and well I mean...it's delicious custard so you can't go wrong there.

The Buckeye Concrete is my favorite ice cream around! A concrete is similar to a blizzard and this one has their homemade custard with peanut butter and chocolate sauce, Reese's and whipped cream on top.

👍👍 Amazing *Cash only* Would highly highly recommend. Has that local establishment that has been around for decades vibe. If your not doing anything wrong then why try to fix it.
