We had a party of 8 on a Saturday night and we were there for 3 hours. During the entire time only 4 or so other tables occupied. Our waiter was very friendly but never cleared off our dinner plates or glasses, even after we asked him too. Nothing like sitting around and looking at a bunch of chewed on chicken wings for hours. The wings were decent, burger over cooked and fries cold - not sure how that happens when only one other table in entire restaurant when we ordered. The empty restaurant on a Saturday night makes sense.

2 stars because it’s a hit or miss. I ordered my wings extra crispy and I get them served extra soggy. I order extra sauce and get them extra dry.

My food was already bagged up when I arrived, showed my phone to the lady behind counter she said let me go look didn’t even look at the bag that was sitting there then proceeded to prepare two more orders before me, so total wait time was probably 15 minutes before I got my bag of food that was already ready. I live 5-8 minutes away, so when I went to eat it, it was cold, not even like warm. Not to complain about proportions or anything but 16$ For 2 handfuls of tiny pieces of chicken, I would have been better off going to McDonalds for there nuggets at least I would have footed some pieces of meat. Not to mention the fries my girlfriend ordered were soaked because they were sitting in that humid box cause the girl couldn’t take a second to see if the only bag up there was mine after seeing DoorDash said it was completed. Now on the other hand the Bdubs in cleveland heights 100 time better, never once had an issue there, but since moving to the west side here all I have is issues with this Ndubs to point I’m writing a review.

This BWW is one of the best I've been too. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Clean and sleek environment. The food was good.

Clean. Tons of TVs. It was fairly dark on the inside and we were seated under a vent so it was fairly cold. Food came out quick. Was a really good experience especially at being in a chain restaurant

Incorrect/incomplete take-out orders have become the rule rather the exception for this Buffalo Wild Wings. In tonight's case, two of three items were incorrect. This is particularly concerning as the restaurant was far from busy. I understand staffing and food supply challenges across the industry, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. I will not visit this location again.

“It’s always good to be asked where to be seated.” My friend suggested this restaurant as a place to enjoy an afternoon football game and to have a hot meal. Upon our early arrival here,( 30 minutes before the game), We notice only 2 other tables occupied. Arriving early made us glad. However, the waitress seated us in a far corner in the restaurant and she never ask whether We would like a booth or to be out in the open/table seating. I’m just disappointed that my friend and I weren’t asked about where we wanted to sit with so many tables available. Lastly, we only received a fork with our food. No knives with our meal. Honestly, I received better waitress service a day ago at Cracker Barrel.

I usually have good experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings so I was really surprised by my recent Door Dash order. The boneless wings were super hard and dried out- I couldn’t even get a fork into them. A large portion of my order was totally inedible. I’m not sure this photo can do justice to just how bad these were.

We'll never go back to this location. I ordered a kid's cheeseburger through their app. Somehow it defaulted to no side. So my son is without his fries. After calling and talking to a manager I'm figuring out that you have to select Fris the select fries or you get no side. That is completely BS. I had also ordered him chicken tenders and those came with their fries. Manager offered to do nothing. We'll never go back

Service was terrible. Our waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by doing her job. Chicken on the chicken sandwich was undercooked fries were cold. Drinks were never refilled. Very few people in the restaurant, I can see why. I will not be back.

We ate at store #3714 last night. It was a terrible, horrible experience. Bad.bad, bad service. We were served the wrong orders. Waitress was absent, never removed plates, dirty napkins, nothing, before dessert. Table filthy. Waitresses avoid eye contact so they do not have to go to the table. Bathrooms filthy. It is a restaurant from hell.

Good Day GM or Manager: This is my second time within 2 weeks to Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairview Park. I had told my friend about enjoying your food and watching The Browns play. My experience was not good this time. My friend and I arrived about 12:15pm and there was nobody in the main dining area. We came to enjoy The Browns game and have a decent meal. This was my friends first time The waitress took us all the way to the back booth. I'm not sure if the waitress has any type of issues. One being(Racism)? We did not allow her to place us in the back of the restaurant. I asked why can't we sit at another open booth or table? (She passed several open tables, while taking us to that back table). She did place us in a more acceptable booth, after we asked her to. I will be coming back to eat and watch a few more Browns games. I don't believe that this is a true representation of The Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. Obviously training is needed on how to entreat paying customers as not to cause unnecessary offenses based on the color of our skin. She also insinuated that we couldn't afford to pay for refills, by stating that the drinks we ordered didn't have free refills. Some people would have walked out with the first offense, let alone a second one. When I come back( and I will come back). I will not allow her to serve me. Thank you.

Their wings are very good but only if you like a lot of sauce. They smother them every time, if you don’t like tons of sauce I would recommend asking for it on the side. The burger was also very good, they have smash burgers rather than thick patties which was actually really great. I don’t feel like they have a menu with a lot of different items. Basically everything is just fried food. Our waitress was also not very friendly.

The wings are always good and crispy. This location is number one on my list when we are in the mood for wings. Miss the Buy one get one free, darn inflation! We used to eat there twice a month, but now limit to once a month. But one constant is the kids love the Parmesan garlic sauce and I love the mango habanero.

This restaurant used to offer gluten free fries and wings, and according to the manager, they are on fryer oil restriction. They no longer offer gluten free wings and fries. Very disappointing, you would think with all the allergies out there, places would take a step forward, not a step back.

Came in the other night and had imani! she was so kind and funny and took great care of my friends and I while we were there. Will definitely come back just to see her!

Ordered delivery from the website. Asked for a decent amount of condiments. We got literally zero condiments. I was bummed out because I love blue cheese with my wings. Had to use ranch from my fridge instead. Yuck. Is it that difficult to get the order right? You have one job.

Please someone from this location go to the North Olmsted restaurant and teach them about customer service and maybe inform that that we are in the state of Ohio near Cleveland and therefore should make the local teams a priority. I live five minutes from the North Olmsted location which means about 20 minutes to this one. I will drive to the Rocky River restaurant every time. Been there about 20 times over the past four years and can't remember ever being disappointed. Great staff.
