Absolutely Fantastic!! Fresh warm tortilla chips with very fresh dipping sauce and the Enchiladas, Rice & Beans were really really really good!!!

This is my second time at this location, I loved the food. We ordered the macho burrito to share. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they seem stingy with the chips. They make you pay for an additional basket of chips and for more salsa separately. I would prefer to go to any other mexican restaurant that offers free chips and salsa. Other than that the food was great and the staff was so friendly.

My husband and I loved it!! We sat outside on a beautiful summer evening and enjoyed chicken chimichangas and fajitas. The portions are large and an exceptional deal for the price. We had their Fiesta fries for an appetizer and they were incredible! 😋😋 Our waitress, Leidy, was personable and attentive. We found our new go to Mexican restaurant 👍👍

I have romanticized memories of Nuevo Acapulco from my childhood and their old location. But in 2021, I don’t think their food is that great and the atmosphere in the new restaurant isn’t the same. The burrito I got tonight, as well as the rice and beans, had very little flavor. There is much better Mexican food in Cleveland.

I went with my mom and sister and we really enjoyed everything from this place. The food is awesome, and the price is affordable.

My favorite. The white cheese dip is the BEST! Customer service is always excellent. Love the fajitas.

We had the best time at Nuevo Acapulco. Our server was the best. It was a busy Friday night but he was right over to get our drink order. Our margheritas arrived quickly and were delicious. He checked on us often. Chips and salsa were plentiful and the salsa was so good. Our dinners came out in a reasonable amount of time. My fajita was delicious and my husband raved about his huge burrito. We will definitely be back again.

We started going to this place to try something new from our usual Mexican restaurant. After a couple of try's of this location, we decided to stop coming here and go back to our usual Mexican restaurant. 1st, compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area, at this location their prices are higher and expensive. 2nd, when you enter the location from the back door location from the parking lot. The outside of the door, where they receive their deliveries is always really dirty and gross. If the outside of the back door is filthy, hate to imagine how their kitchen looks. 3rd, We had a waitress that was really bad at service. It wasn't that busy when we stopped by recently, we all completed our meals and waited about 20-25 mins, for the waitress to come around for our check. Lastly, what put the cherry on top. Is during your meal, they have children that are family members going around selling candy out of boxes. The peddling of pushing candy sales, while having a family sit down meal is really tacky.

I hadn't eaten at this place since they relocated. The service is still good, the food is awesome, and the portions are RIDICULOUS!! Will I be back? 100% !

One of my favorite overall restaurants. The staff is really nice. Large portions and tastes amazing. I love the chimichangas.

First time eating at the new location and I love the decor. This has a modern Aztec/Mayan feel, as the old place had a 70's cantina feel to it. But I still loved the mural around the entire restaurant. Always a fan of the food here. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

This place absolutely always delights me. From friendly staff, delicious margaritas, huge portions and you've gotta love the chips and salsa. One of my favorite places in this area.

LARGE portions. Tuesday is the enchiladas special. Delicious! I ordered four, and took two home for tomorrow's lunch. Service was considerate, and friendly, but slow. As it is at many places due to staffing issues/ covid. I shared the spacious bar seating area with a group of eight and a couple at the bar. There are multiple TVs, with several easily viewed simultaneously.

Came here twice with my bestie and the whole experience was great both times. Staff are super friendly and the food is so yummy! When I order a small queso, it is so big compared to other restaurants! I love it! I definitely will be coming back and bringing more people to introduce to this place!

Some of the items that we ask for were never received but this place by far had the best shrimp fajitas that I have ever experienced. We were a party of four and everyone had something different and not one single complaint on the food or drink side!

Very comfortable atmosphere, family oriented. The owner was very nice our waitress was very professional. The food was excellent the chicken was so tender and seasoned to perfection you get homemade fresh guacamole made right at your table side with unlimited chips and salsa. My first time there and will definitely go back.

Excellent food. Excellent service. The Nachos Acapulco are so incredibly delicious, and even the small order is enough for 2 people as a meal (the Nachos Acapulco are listed under the appetizers). The food comes from the kitchen very quickly and is piping hot when placed in front of the customer. No liquid cheese in these nachos either. These nachos with an icy cold Coca Cola (or the adult beverage of your choice) will fill you up and not break the bank!

I have been to the Fairview Park location a few times and have always been overly satisfied until my last experience which was very disheartening. First, let me start out by saying the food was excellent on ALL of my visits. It is always hot, fresh, and the portions are extremely generous! No complaints about the food. My issue with our last visit is with the general level of unacceptable customer service, especially from the owner/manager. Someone in our party graciously offered to buy a round of shots for our group of 5 people. We quickly settled on Avion tequila by mine and my boyfriend's recommendation. We chose this tequila because my boyfriend and I were there a couple weeks prior and we had done shots of this exact tequila (or so we thought) and LOVED it. We specifically remembered saying it was a very smooth tequila and not super expensive, only $9-$10 a shot! So here is where it goes south: our server brought the shots, we cheered and drank them and it wasn't until we were all completely done with the shot that our server says to us "you guys know how much those shots were, don't you?" Immediately, my boyfriend and I spoke up and said yes and explained how we had that exact tequila a couple weeks ago at this location. She proceeds to tell us that the shots we just consumed were $25 a shot! We were all taken aback for a number of reasons: 1.) An experienced server would have confirmed with us that these shots were what we intended to order since they are on the expensive side, && especially knowing that ONE person offered to pay for them. 2.) She waited until AFTER we did them to tell us the price. 3.) This is the worst part of all: She also informed us that she didn't have time to make the shots herself and that the owner/manager helped her out and prepared them for her. Apparently, unbeknownst to us, there were different quality levels of this tequila (a silver, a gold, etc.) and instead of asking us which level we wanted (we didn't specify when we ordered simply because we didn't know there were different options!) the owner went ahead and just assumed we wanted the top shelf one! Who does that!? If he wasn't going to take the time to ask which one we wanted, he should have, at the very least, assumed we wanted the lowest quality/cheapest so as to avoid the situation that ensued. I think the lesser issue here lies with the server being uneducated on the tequila/menu - had she known there were different levels, she could have prompted us right at the time of ordering and we would have chosen accordingly. (I would like to note that she was very kind and very accommodating throughout this entire debacle.) The biggest issue, in my opinion, lies with the manager/owner. He should NOT have assumed the most expensive one and lastly, we asked to speak with him at the conclusion of our meal and he refused to come out and speak to us. He did begrudgingly adjust the price of the shots to the lowest priced one, as he should have. We will still be back because we really like this place but I was embarrassed that we brought people who had never been before and this is the type of service we received.

Great food and spacious dining area. I had heard they don't usually have a large crowd inside and I'm not sure why. Delicious enchiladas, quesadillas, and, of course, margaritas. Would definitely recommend stopping by to try it. Parking is a bit of an issue, but otherwise it's a place to try for sure.

The waitress was nice and good about recommendations. I tried the drink she makes herself and it was delicious. The food was pretty good too. Order the tacos for taco night and you won’t be disappointed because they are huge for the money.

I've never been here before. At first glance, it looks like a small, tucked away place. But when you walk through the front door, you see how big the place truly is. We had a group between 35-50 show up for a special event on 2/22/22 to commemorate such a once in a lifetime date. Now I've been to many Mexican restaurants in my lifetime. Some great and some not so much. But for me to sit down and actually write a review means they went above and beyond. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and the atmosphere was great. I saw the electronic signs asking us to be patient as they were understaffed. I already prepared myself for much slower than normal wait times. Yet, that was in vain because not only did they get water, chips, my meal, and check all out in a timely manner, they did it faster than some fully staffed places I've been to. The waitress, who was a delight, apologized for the delays and I told her not to because that was some of the best service I have had in a while, and yes, she was tipped well. They managed to handle all of us with ease while taking care of the rest of the restaurant. I think it's safe to say I've found a new favorite spot to go when I'm feeling down for some delicious Mexican cuisine.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was practically a baby. Me and my family love it here so much!! The workers are generally extremely nice, and their salsa is the best!! I think their decor was a bit more lively at their old location in North Olmsted but even with the location change a couple years ago this establishment has continued their amazing food and just overall vibe. I absolutely love it here and I definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys flavourful, authentic Mexican food.

For Cleveland this place has decent Mexican food......for Cleveland. The service is sub-par and they actually charge you for extra salsa, I have never seen that before; talk about cheap ownership! The patio atmosphere is great and the drinks are fantastic. We loved the jalapeno infused tequila. Too bad the service sucked. I recommend the margarita flights, very tasty.

You must come to Nuevo Acapulco! The best Mexican restaurant in Cleveland area no doubt! Food is always amazing and ultra fresh! The service is extremely fast! The service professionals are all collaborative and so friendly and accommodating to you! Shout out to Alma, who makes you feel special and like you are at home. Do yourself a favor and order the tableside guacamole! They make it in front of you and to your liking and it smells and tastes delectable 😋😋 Can’t wait to come back soon, I always leave so full and happy! I love the chips and salsa and always extra to enjoy later at home 😀

Short review. I've eaten here(and previous location) many times. Still one of my absolute favorite Mexican restaurants in Northeast Ohio.

We all love their margaritas! I tried the new birria soup and it did not disappoint, but my FAVORITE is their American pizza with chorizo and avocado! My friend LOVES their pozole soup!

Tasty food. Lots of options! Ditto for drinks, which skew a bit pricey, but they are made right. Big patio that allows for covered and uncovered dining, which is smart for CLE weather. Family/kid friendly. A local favorite that's been around for quite some time, and for good reason. Just wish they hadn't gotten rid of the inside bar.

We've been patrons since '94 and are still in love! Charlie and his entire staff are THE BEST! Of course, the food, the portions and the prices are great! I've never had a bad meal yet. Thank you for never disappointing! Best authentic Mexican Cuisine in Ohio, period.

Great place for dinner, unfortunately I only took a picture of two of the three shrimp tacos, the first one was delicious!
