I've heard a lot of good things about this place so I decided to give it a try with some friends. The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered on a first visit to any establishment!!! The wait to be seated is longer than it should be...then the server Jordan came off as snobby when she first walked up to our table.. this was later exemplified with her lack of compassion for me, and my people (one black, one white), as her customer service skills were below subpar. But she showed these skills with the way she spoke to a gentleman that was sitting in the corner that told us that the steakhouse burger was good (it was), and two older women that were sitting behind us.. all of whom were white. She addressed them with words of "thanks," and "have a good day." Nothing close came our way. She did however, give drink refills after offering them to my two guests, but no such offer came to me, the one that's footing the bill!! Hence the 10% tip.. I should not have given one at all. The only tip this young lady deserved was me telling her to do a better job next time!!! I shall not return!

I have always wanted to visit Red Robin, since I am a fan of craft burgers. Today, I visited the Rocky River Red Robin location. Shown are the garlic fries (unfortunately, I was too hungry and ate my tasty Scorpion Burger before photographically capturing it!) I found the staff both friendly and responsive to my needs, making sure my dining experience was a good one. I enjoyed the decor, bottomless appetizers (fries, side salad), and proximity to my way-back machine (RTA). I initially was going to another place, but ultimately glad I chose Red Robin. 5/5

We came in for a late lunch and were seated promptly. We had the place to ourselves. I had the whiskey BBQ chicken and the boss had the scorpion burger. Food came out hot and quick. Endless salad and frys filled us up. Sam was a great server. She was very friendly and didn't bother the hell out of us. Overall great meal. Thanks!

Great lineup of Burgers that never disappoint. Sweet potato fries are always on point. Quality Salads with fresh ample ingredients. Can always count on a good meal at a fair price! Been coming here and the North Olmsted location for over 17+ years now.

Don’t know why I keep giving them opportunities to redeem themselves. Ate one of the saddest “gourmet burgers” ever. The Golden Arches could give them a run for their money. Went for lunch and only 4 tables were on the restaurant but I guess that’s what is considered a “rush” for this type of restaurant?

Always get the fish and chips. They as close to the real thing you can find at any chain or many independent restaurants. Beautifully golden crisp batter, flakey fish that tasted VERY fresh and the steak fries are as close to chips as you can get most places. I am NOT a fan of Natural cut fries. They go limp fast. These stay crispy.

We keep giving this location a chance, and we really need to stop. Takeout orders have been variable in quality, but this time I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt. Shake cups only 2/3 full, only a handful of fries, I definitely feel ripped off for the prices. Skip this one.

A most delicious repast: Red Robin craft burgers and unlimited apps (garlic fries shown, the Scorpion Burger did not get a chance to be photographed due to being a fiend for it, sorry! 😅) provided a wonderful experience for my palate. The staff at the Rocky River location was very attentive and friendly. I look forward to returning on my anniversary of revolving our sun. 5/5

We love Red Robin. I chose to come here for my birthday. The restaurant wasn't busy. Our server was very attentive. I love the Whisky River BBQ Chicken Wrap. The sweet potato fries are great. Yummy food!

I love red Robin. Veggie burger plus endless fries. Say no more. My kids love it too. Mac and cheese and milk shakes with the endless fries

Sign up for a royalty account! They give you a free burger to use once the entire month. Most places give you a week or two to use a birthday reward. Ever heard of a McGangBang? From McDonald's!?! Well thats what I created at red robin. Just add a crispy chicken patty to your burger. World changing! And only cost 1.99 to add. Just make sure to ask for a fry fill if your getting a Togo order. They definitely stepped down on their fry portion sizes since I've worked there.

First time there and the burger was great had a lot of options to choose from. The service wasn't up to my expectations but overall it's still a burger place I was craving and didn't disappoint in that requirement

Onion rings were great. The burgers were ehhh with nothing to especially recommend them as the patties were tasteless and dry. Salads were pretty basic. I ordered a bunless burger ( a particular item on the menu) , but it came with a bun anyway. Overall OK, but definitely not "gourmet burgers."

I stopped in about 230pm for a burger. After waiting at the front desk for several minutes someone seated me. Then nothing else happened. Another 5 minutes passed and no one stopped to at least take a drink order. Seemed there were several employees and only 3 or so tables occupied. I decided to leave. Not anyone even noticed I was leaving. No one up front. Just nothing. I drove to the nearby Applebees and had my meal. At Applebees 2 employees were very efficiently handling 8 or more tables. Red Robin has Lame customer service. Totally mismanaged restaurant!

Went on a Sunday around 4 with a group of 4. Was seated within 5 minutes, kids were interested in the chalkboard activities they have in the waiting area. PROS: -Waitress was attentive and came to the table to check up on us several times. -enjoyed the oldies but goodies music -kids were happy to see the tablets at the table. Kept them entertained while we waited for the meal. The chalkboard activities were fun as well -ordered 2 kids meals, 1 was a cheeseburger, 1 was chicken strips, both were tasty for the kids, came with bottomless sides, so we got fries and salad and the kids shared -ordered a chicken avocado salad that was really good, will definitely order that again -bottomless iced tea with peach, also very refreshing. -restaurant was clean and well lit, not crowded or loud, very family friendly environment CONS -would suggest that if you're going to offer tablets that are going to be CHARGED to my bill ($1.99) there should be a more difficult process to access it. My kids grabbed the tablets and were already playing while I was ordering, I had no idea I'd be charged. There should be a password or something before kids are able to play. The $1.99 was well worth it as it kept them entertained, but I'd rather know in advance that I'm paying a fee for something. This is the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review. Overall would definitely come here again, nice atmosphere for a late lunch, kid friendly, great food, reasonable prices.

So disappointed in the food service we received yesterday. It was extremely packed so waiting for food was expected but when food arrived it was horrible. My mom ordered the ribs and coleslaw and fries and the ribs were undercooked and the Coleslaw was horrible. Me and my daughter ordered the Santa Fe salad and was barely anything on the plate and2 slices of avocado. My son's burger was the only thing good. Don't ever go to a restaurant when it's that pack, they rush and don't put their love into the customers order and just give us whatever. Won't be going back there

Took my family of 5 here for lunch, left full and happy. It wasn't very busy, so we had the full attention of our server Debbie who was absolutely wonderful. She is very polite and friendly, and seems to enjoy her job very much. I highly recommend going!
