We ordered delivery and the food arrived hot, fresh, as we ordered and no missing items. The wonton tacos are amazing! Buffalo wings are always a favorite! Get the extra hot sauce on the side if you like it spicy. Three cheese chicken penne pasta was perfect. Really a good dish with the 2 for $22. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with a baked potato. First time having this and it's really good. The spices on the chicken are extremely good! Thanks for making our July 4th perfect! Food was horrible my son order the baby back ribs and fries it was burn and very dry wasn't edible before he got that he had something else and that was nasty as well so he change it to the baby back ribs. Overall I understand it was late at night they could of be better. Also I need to mention service was kinda rude and not really on there job

Been sitting here for over 15 min w a salad and our waitress is MIA.. ordered our food over 30 mins ago let’s see if by the time our food is brought to US we have our utensils!!! this is like our 3rd time here and each and every time it gets worse..

The service was good, the food was on time, well made and delicious. The atmosphere is one both family-friendly but a hang out location to watch sports. Would recommend if in the area and looking for a good meal.

Empty place at dinnertime. Our server Kayla was too busy talking to coworkers instead of being attentive to her one and only table. We had to wait for our silverware a good 10 minutes after our appetizers were served. Then our food arrived shortly after. We had to ask twice for our extras that we ordered and then when I asked for another beer I did not get it. She finally asked and brought us each another one. This used to be our go to place every Friday night. We will be going elsewhere now.

Food wasn't hot even though it came on a sizzling platter. Chicken must be cooked ahead and they microwave it with potatoes and put it on the platter. Not so good when you pay $16.00 for the entree no salad or vegetable. Our bill was $82.00 for 4 very mediocre meals! Very disappointing. Not very good taste either. It was much better last time I ordered it. Our server was very nice but the food was not good

My mom ordered a steak and the server didn’t ask her at any point how she wanted it cooked and then served a well done steak to a person who likes rare. She never got her soup. We asked for refills never happened. Horrible service mediocre food at best. Nobody smiles

Went here as a family on October 1, 2023, and the waiter was super nice serving us food, all of us ordered mozzarella sticks, burgers, and fries and they all came out just the way they were. Super awesome! Will be visiting again

This place is such a vibe man, me and my friends always come here after events and it’s great every time. Staff are some of the chillest i’ve seen, it really feels like a second home. Food always hits too.

we ordered to-go because we are down the road at the hospital, but apparently to-go orders don't matter. when we say no pink that doesn't mean we want our burgers red.... and what's the point of having a "hamburger" option if you're going to slap a piece of cheese on it anyway. People need to learn the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger, you work at a restaurant you should know the difference.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated and nobody showed up or seated us even though there was three servers by the bar just standing there and looking at us. Never coming back to that place.

We had a great server named James who was extremely helpful and personable. The food was fine and the atmosphere was fine but nothing over the top. I enjoyed it. The only issue was they were out of the wonton tacos.

We had a reunion lunch that lingered for almost 3 hours. Th food was excellent. Our server, Michaelle, was fantastic. She made us feel right at home!

We were greeted by a nice gentleman. We were seated right away. The server was great, too. The food came so fast. But yet still delicious. When we exited the guy in the front opened our door and wished us a great day. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Keep up that phenomenal job to the staff that was there yesterday at 5pm because both and the cooks are doing wonderful!

We had a large party and we called the head but when we got there we were told that when we called there was no one waiting to be seated however the time it took us to get to the restaurant it filled up so we were not on the list to be seated even though they had a call ahead seating sign posted unfortunate and very disappointed because we ended up waiting about an hour to be seated. Otherwise the service was good the food was good the atmosphere was good especially our server

Good was cold. They took it back to re-cook and everything came back out warm. It is 2p on a Saturday and the place is empty but the food is cold. The waitress, Katherine W., was nice. She finally put her finger in the luke warm potatoes and understood. I will not return as I feel there was some additions bias happening.

This place was by far the best Applebee's I've had the chance to visit! Great Hosts at the front door greeted us with a smile and seated us fast and promptly! The atmosphere was amazing good music playing love the 90's mix they play it's a great feel while you're waiting for your food. The server Darrel K went above and beyond expectations seriously was very accommodating and helpful all made sure we had an appetizer while we waited!! Food was really really good I recommend the bowls they have they are amazing! All in all this guy knew what he was doing I highly recommend him and his crew top notch service thank you Darrel K!!

Went with my boyfriend to eat something small after shopping. Just ended up getting an appetizer and it was soooo good. Played a cute couple's trivia game they had at the table too.

I've never had a bad experience at Apple Bee's before but tonight was the time. The food was good but when I asked our server a genuine question about the Whiskey Bacon Burger, he laughed at me and told his other coworkers. Due to this, I felt very uncomfortable and ashamed. Instead of laughing and running off to tell his friends, he could have educated me on something that I did not know about.

I giving Applebee's a five star because of our server. She was great, friendly and attended to our needs promptly I had the breaded fish dinner and my friend had a salad bowl and tacos. The salad was huge My breaded fish was average.

The experience was average, at best. My food was ok. But my dates food was cold. The waitress for to bring out our drinks and other requested items, and such. Applebee's these days could really use a refresher in service, in general. Overall, I wouldn't give it more then a 3 star.

Food was pretty good but the waitress had the worst attitude ever. She took our order but never came back to our table. For some reason the manager was serving food to all of the tables including ours. The only time the waitress came back was to give us our receipt which she tossed at my mother and walked away. Upon leaving, I noticed the same girl getting an attitude and rolling her eyes at another table who asked for more salad dressing. She needs to be fired!! Do Not be in the service industry if you can’t be nice to others! I will never go back and I will make sure to tell others as well.

Food was great but the best part of the night was our waiter Connor. He not only had an amazing personality and was charismatic and funny but at the end of the night he saved my group of three by coming out and starting our car that had a locked steering wheel. We were stranded for 45 minutes before a friend had to use the restroom and Connor offered his aid. We cannot thank him enough!!! He was so amazing !!! We cannot thank you enough!!!

Applebees is so underrated. And I will definitely be paying them a visit with a couple of my friends after a stellar delivery with them. Amazing food!

Decided to stop by randomly, we had remembered a decent meal a year or so ago, and thought about coming back. Sat at the bar, and ordered the Bourbon Steak, prepared medium rare. Bartender was friendly, and when we asked her about the steak, she said it was really good. The picture on the menu showed a large steak, piled on top of onions and mushrooms with a creamy garlic sauce and a huge fluffy pile of mashed potatoes. It looked great....Our attention was caught when two loud, sizzling plates came out, but it was met with immediate disappointment when we saw the hockey puck sized steaks which were obviously burnt, overly greasy flimsy onions and barely any mushrooms, and two dinky scoops of mashed potatoes. Steak was most definitely not medium rare as we asked, but overly well done, and completely burnt. The creamy garlic sauce was nowhere to be seen on top. I noticed some small bits of garlic and clear melted butter or oil, but it had no flavor. The steak was nearly inedible for me, as the texture was pretty tough due to it being cooked incorrectly, and it tasted awful..steak sauce helped mask it some.... The mashed potatoes had ZERO flavor, and were luke-warm at best. No salt or pepper near by. I was disappointed and annoyed..and left hungry... It simply tasted like food costs were an issue, and care or attention was not put into making the food. I saw someone eating mozzarella sticks when I came in, they looked better than the steak dinner I had. Strawberry lemonade was really good, and the service was good, but for 50 dollars, I probably wont come back.

The service was excellent, and Kayla's attentiveness enhanced my overall enjoyment. The atmosphere at Applebee's, combined with Kayla's friendly and efficient service, made for a memorable visit. This is one of the many reasons why I come back EVERY Thursday.
