It's okay. I have some criticisms, though. 1. Management is pushy about buying the subscription thing. I was checking out, and this extra BAM person was leaning there, not helping the line get shorter or any other work, but she sure did like pestering me to get the subscription while someone else was checking me out. It's one thing to make the initial offer, but when a customer says, "No thank you, just the books today," re-asking or pestering the customer to get the subscription is annoying, at least from the customer perspective. Have you not had someone try to push a membership on you?? 2. Why do yall need so many bibles? Like, 10% or more of the floor space of this place is bibles and "Christian fantasy" and I'm going to gloss over the sheer irony of that section title, but I'm not glossing over how this store has too many bibles. There doesn't need to be an entire grocery isle dedicated to this one specific work of fiction.

So many great deals and options. The employees are all super nice. I wish there were more of these stores.

They have a pretty nice Funko collection, but they keep all the chases on hold for themselves (employees that I'm assuming collects) behind the sales counter. I do not recommend Funko collectors to browse at this location unless you're looking for commons

My first time here and I enjoyed it. Everything was well-stocked and organized. Huge selection of Manga and magazines. Only con I would say is that one of the employees was a little off putting for me. I feel like the employee was annoyed by my questions to look up a book for me and they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Other than that, a fantastic bookstore. Reminds me of Barnes and Nobles.

Love the neatness and the organization of books. They also have cute accessories and a nice Disney merch section. I have a membership there and I don’t regret it. Nice staff that will tell you exactly what books your looking for. 😙 ( they have a good YA section there too ) Pictures show books bought from this store (online and in-store)

I really love the way this store arranges and display books, showcasing various genres and covers. It makes me want to go and open each book since so many pop out at you, that I end up leaving with more then I planned lol.

This place gives me a headache. This place is a reason shopping online is so much better. I saw the same book in four different sections here. What's so hard about putting all biographies together or all true crime together? Why are they spread out in different places all over the store? For in-store shopping I'm going to B&N from now on

One of the few book stores left. Large selection of books. But it doesn't stop there. They have puzzles, games and book assortment of character and book related items. A fun place to go for all types of readers 📖

Nice store. I love a good book store. Clean with friendly people and a nice variety of books. My only complaint (and it is kind of minor) is that I felt like they had the room to have higher shelves and more books.

They didnt have the book series I was looking for, for my child, but they had some other good options. I was able to leave with a satisfactory gift

Found good books here at decent prices. Don't expect them to give you a lot for your books turning in...just a few bucks but it's something I guess

First time going in and I was sad they closed at 6 today and got kicked out. lol It's bigger then it looks from the outside and I lost so much time from just "widow shopping". Ran out of time for my original visit but I got myself a good book for the new year. I'm excited.

Best place ever! I was able to take my kids there and we were able to find Christmas presents for everyone.

The one in Westlake center ridge totally sucked they couldn't help my roommate to save their lives went out to the one in Strongsville and were treated like royalty they took care of the problem right away....

Employees need training on basic library skills; the setup of the store in the arrangement of books, the various genres, current bestsellers. Furthermore, some training in customer service would be good.

A very unique and eclectic mix of books, magazines, games, cards, collectibles and gift ideas. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Convenient Westside location just minutes from i90 west in Rocky River.

Be prepared to stay for at least an hour. I went into the store with one purpose, knew exactly what I was buying: a Bible. They had 2 rows of them, devotionals and inspirational books. It was incredible. The selection in any subject was vast. Two employees helped me before and after my selection. Prices are great, I was amazed. First time here, I will return.

The selection is eclectic. Books, of course, but also a large selection of pop culture, sci fi, and fantasy toys, collectibles and ephemera.

I'll give 5 ⭐s to any book store these days just for existing. This is a chain so not as fun to explore as a private book store, but it's a solid place to stop at for a last minute gift for a kid's birthday party. Can never go wrong getting a child a book.
