My partner and I arrived on first night and were told that they did not have a room for us and put us to a 2 start poor hotel up the road, that wasn’t all inclusive like we had paid for. We stood waiting for 45 minutes for them to get us a taxi to take us to that hotel. Came back the following day to get our room after lunch. First night at Evita the floor is wet, no door on shower, our AC is stuck on 27 degrees, no one will help as maintenance aren’t here till tomorrow, we asked for a fan - they couldn’t help. We have asked to speak to the manager several times - told they are busy. Staff very reluctant to help, not interested.

The food is below average with very little choice and we are not fussy eaters.
Most of it is inedible and the same food is on every day lunch and dinner. Once the food runs out at 8 they do not refill. When you book your summer holiday you don’t want things like this to happen and ruin the start/ most of your trip away. The reviews when we booked months ago were not like they are now, if we had known we definitely wouldn’t have booked here.

Rhodes itself is very nice, the beaches, the whole area and activities, just hope people read the reviews and do not book to go here. Totally unacceptable for what is being advertised.

This hotel is advertised as a 4 ⭐, it is a 2/3 ⭐ at absolute best. The saving grace was we were in the furthest apartment block which was quiet. Pool was clean, food was ok but same old same old after a few days. What is advertised on the website is not what you will find. We were in 1 room of nearly 900 so others may be better. Wouldn't book again.

The location offers some satisfaction, particularly with the small chapel atop the large hill that visitors can explore. However, the dining experience is quite disappointing. The only redeeming aspect was the quality of the chips, as the rest of the food was consistently unappetizing. Unfortunately, the resort as a whole suffers from various inefficiencies. For instance, there were significant issues with the power generator, which not only shut down but also caught fire around 7PM. Regrettably, it took a staggering 10 hours to resolve the problem, leaving restaurant patrons hungry and inconvenienced. In a concerning turn of events, during the fire outbreak, the restaurant staff directed us towards an exit that was dangerously close to the flames. Despite these setbacks, it's worth acknowledging the positive aspects, such as the active and inclusive entertainers. However, when considering the overall experience, it's difficult to overlook the subpar food quality, inadequate electrical management, and structural shortcomings. Given these factors, I can only rate this resort 1 out of 5 stars.

Has 4 star rating but its a 2 or 3 at best. Food is mass produced with no variation between days. Rooms are OK, but money definitely needs spending to bring it up to even a 3 star. They over book (we were bumped on first night) so be sure you have a room allocated before you arrive. The hotel team work really hard and are as friendly as they can be working in a place like this.... Too many guests. Our all inclusive was reasonably priced but my advice is pay a bit more for a higher quality place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel - upon arrival we were told there were issues with the hotel room and we were being sent to a sister hotel which was apparently like for like. However, when we got there it was not all Inclusive they said they would make us food when we wanted free of charge however the menu was extremely limited and the staff were not accommodating to the extent of all inclusive there was hardly ever anyone on the bar and we often had to go out to buy food and drinks - which is not what we paid for. Also, there was no entertainment. The hotel did offer us free taxis back to the hotel to have the all inclusive there however this was a massive inconvenience and when we did get there all the sunbeds were taken. The hotel were nothing but rude when we expressed how disappointed we were and offered no help to us in trying to get a room in the hotel that we paid for. Just to add there was quite clearly no issues with the room as the taxi men that were taking us to the hotel and back were all aware of the arrangement and asked no questions as to why the hotel was paying - it was all arranged and known. We also spoke to other visitors and it came to our attention that it was something that happened very often - when we asked the hotel staff she said yes overbooked and when I began to ask more questions she started to change the story and said it was the air con and it was very upsetting to see other guests checking in with no issues and being sent to there hotels room in the hotel. Overall, an awful experience will never go back and would just want to warn everyone before booking on this holiday especially with children as the hotel you are sent to is extremely small with a tiny swimming pool and actually where all the hotel staff reside. There are no activities and I can imagine it would be a huge let down.

We had wonderful stay at Evita Resort Hotel. We arrived around 3 p.m. and were asked to wait a while for them to check if the room is ready. We had just very short wait. The room was nice and cleaned. We lived a little further from the main building, but if you also want to sleep well, it is a good alternative, because of the noisy animation program in the evening. It was a small problem that you won't just get new towels to your room, even if you leave them outside your room. Your towels will be taken by cleaning but not replaced. You will need to go to reception and ask for more. It was nice that the resort had two large pools, one of which had water slides. The personal at the reception and in the hotel area were nice and helpful in any case. The food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. We also liked the animation program during the day and evening, especially dancing together to the perfect hotel song. The hotel is located about 700 meters from the pebble beach, but if you prefer more sandy beaches, I recommend Faliraki Beach, which is about 20 minutes away from the hotel. The city center is the same distance. The total impression of our stay is positive.

Hotel quite nice. Rooms reasonably large and well equipped. Cleaned every day by friendly staff. The food is very good and the selection sufficient. Just unfortunately the service is too active and they literally take your plates out of your hands. The location of the hotel does not provide some interesting views or walking opportunities. You have to walk to the beach for about 10 min in the blazing sun. However, the pools are quite large . The water slides are weak and the kids get bored quickly after they are turned off. The animators struggle to keep the atmosphere . The availability of drinks and food at the pools is very good and the quality and choice is sufficient. If the hotel would improve the connection to the beach with at least minimal service I would definitely want to return

The Evita Resort Hotel. I shall start by saying the word disappointed. After the pictures online and the amazing reviews. Just simply disappointed. We arrived around 10pm. Reception seemed very disorganised, and the reception was very tatty. After looking around whilst waiting for our key, you start to notice how scruffy and dirty the walls are. The floors were not better either. So, not a great start visually. First off, the key didn’t work for our room. After trying 3 different keys, one of the maintenance men had to change the locks. Not really what you want to be experiencing straight away. Entering the room, it smelt clean, but as you looked around, it was dirty, again, walls scuffed and dirty, cobwebs, dust, bathroom was no better with mould, toilet seat that was on its last legs and the limescale build up on the metal frame of the shower, the shower also leaked, I think due to the sealant that had broken off. Nor the shower or hand basin tap were clean, with dirty water marks all over them. Just seemed like a half effort with cleaning. However, the beds were clean and were fairly comfy. Onto the air con, it worked yes, somewhat, but was extremely noisy and after a period of time of being on, started to not work correctly. The fan was awful and worked on hopes and dreams of pushing cold air over to the bed area. To say the least, we were extremely disappointed by the room, first impression were not great. Pool areas, now these were quite clean, pools were great, very cold and the water slides were fun. Sun beds do need upgrading however as funny as it was watching people collapse on them, it was of course not when it happened to yourself. Ups and downs of the restaurant. The restaurant it’s self, isn’t bad at all, just very warm and was sometimes hard to get a seat, cutlery and plates. But the staff were quick enough to sort this and bring more out. Or if you asked, you’d get them pretty quick also. The food was REALLY good, absolutely no complaints there, seasoned well, very tasty, not a lot of selection, but I personally would rather less of a selection and have more flavour. The staff, these were also very lovely people and couldn’t do more to help. The drinks they served, as any hotel abroad, were good and the alcohol measurements are done on how polite you are to them I think 😂. Overall, the hotel is ok. I wouldn’t come here expecting the best hotel in world, nor the best rooms, but it suited a getaway. Certainly not worth the £2k that it was priced as before the huge price discount. We certainly won’t be returning however as it’s just not for us. Please see the pictures of our room.

Definitely does not deserve to be ranked as 4* hotel. After arriving to the hotel unepleasant surprise: no room available, althoguh reservation was made months ago and paid of course. Rooms in very bad condition, cheap materials. All-inclusive option - I’d rather leave this without a comment. There is a huge discrepancy between the quality you get for the price paid. To conclude: hotel deserves barely 2 stars for the recension, but would never recommend due to extremely low reliability.

Hotel rooms were clean and tidy , towels and bedding changed daily. Food was good always something that suits your taste. Service excellent staff couldn't do enough for us. I would go back to this resort.

We arrived at gone midnight, check in was quick and we were offered fruit and rolls on arrival and told water was in our fridge in our room. Room was modern and clean, cleaners came daily and replaced towels and shower mat, made beds and cleaned. Food was fine, hot and plenty of it, 3-5 different pasta dishes everyday, looking at some reviews you wont get 100% british food so if this is what you want book elsewhere. Salads were fab and lots of meat dishes. Yes there were some ‘different’ dishes like octopus stew, chicken and calves liver I didnt have those but lots of people did, chips at lunch nit not evening. This is the first holiday where I have enjoyed the desserts. Breakfast was a big selection of foods. Drinks were great, beer was nice and so were the cocktails. Reception staff were so helpful ordering taxis, providing extra pillows and directing me to a chemist. Entertainment had a lot going on in the day like aqua exercise and water polo for adults. Music was loud until 11.30 so if you want an early night take earplugs Great stay

We spent our vacation in this hotel in 2018. For us, it was one of the best hotels we've been to in this time. Many Poles worked there in that season. From the terrace of the room we had a descent to the pool and on the other side a bar. In the evenings, a Greek played for us, a very nice man. We don't know how it is now, but we remember this time perfectly! Maybe one day we will back. :) One minus: it was food! After few days there it wasnt that's good as the beggining.

Stayed for a week, the room was very spacious and had good air conditioning with a good sized balcony. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was a let down and definitely not 4 star quality. I had soup for every meal as that was the only thing I enjoyed, same pasta every day which was cold and dry. The hotel doesn't cater for British or kids unless of course you like calf, bean soup, or other strange options. The pool is a good size however there are not enough sun loungers given the size of the resort and they are all taken by 8am. Room wasn't cleaned properly ie bin not emptied. Asked for late check out as out flight was at 10pm, told to come back later on that day to find out if it was available, went back to be told it wasn't possible as they are fully booked and we had to be out of our room by 11am. So had a day where we couldn't do much as there was no facility to shower before our flight. I dont think late check out should be advertised when there is no way to facilitate this. Animation team were amazing. Would stay again however would bring more money for taxis as the rest is out of the way and also to eat out.

We were worried about the reviews before we came but we had no need to be because the staff are lovely and the hotel caters for everyone. The food is excellent and the snack bar is great. Bar staff and animation team are great with kids and the reception could not have been more welcoming. Yes there are points of the hotel that could be better but I would be being picky if I listed them. The main one is the grassed area around the main pool which makes it awkward when going in the pool as your feet can be dirty. I used my sliders and left them by the pool so no real problem. I think people just like to moan.

Nice helpful staff, our main light didn't work, there was no switch anywhere, entertainment was very good. Food was ok. 10 minute walk to the beach , good air con. Sunbeds were very often claimed very early in the morning with nobody laid on them for large parts of the day.

Lovely resort entertainment is top notch fifi was lovely and made my whole family welcome and made us laugh. Probably needs an extra bar as too many guests to bartenders ratio at night time. Only issue is water, you get one bottle at the start and they told us we couldn’t fill it up at the water taps in the restaurant
