We had a fantastic stay in September 2021. Side sea view room was really nice, the food was great and the staff was first class. The concierge - Stergos - helped me with arranging my wife's little birthday celebration, which I'm really grateful for. But I must say all staff members were doing their best to make the stay unforgettable. Only thing we didn't like - not enough sun beds in pool area. We're coming back in July 2022.

We are very pleased with the stay at Mitsis Faliraki, we are already the 8th day and each subsequent one surprises us very positively. Service at a high level, very positive and helpful staff, they try to make everyone feel good and taken care of. Food very good, various, several al'a cart restaurants, all tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Interesting animations every day, you can leave the children under the care of very smiling and creative ladies from the mini club. Original alcohols, a wide list of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, the possibility of playing tennis, sports activities every day. Days go by very fast, it's hard to get bored. Most requests are made immediately, or after some time. We feel very cared for, we are with friends and children, and each of us has a similar perception. Close to the beach with very nice sand and gentle descent, especially important for parents with children, possibility of taking advantage of water attractions and excursions (for a fee) right next to the hotel. Delicious coffee :) I definitely recommend the hotel, it is a place where we could come back, which we usually do not practice. We feel very comfortable and exceptionally cared for here. I really recommend the Mitsis Faliraki Hotel & Spa, we had an amazing time here with my family. Daily opportunity to participate in great trainings with trainers (I fell in love with sup classes). For children, a mini-club with great animators - our daughter was delighted, a big plus for the mini-pool with slides. Thank you for delicious dishes and healthy breakfasts, bravo for the chefs! Delicious coffee and drinks in various configurations. The full moon party by the beach will remain in my memory for a long time. I would like to thank all hotel employees for the quality of service and a smile every day. Great job, we will definitely come back with the family!

Positives: + amazing outdoor area with great pools, comfortable chairs, and very clean beach + most of the personnel is very nice and attentive + very good drinks + great location in the center of Faliraki and close to Rhodes city Negatives: - the food is mediocre. Some of it was good, some of it was terrible (eg. Wasabi cheesecake). - cleanliness: we found shards of glass in our room and a coffee cup we had used the day before was put back on the table to be used again but was not cleaned. Some of the towels we were provided with had big stains. - the rooms are outdated, the furniture is old, the wood comes off, and we had big cracks in our bath tub. - the doors and walls are incredibly thin and we got woken up several times every night by people returning to their rooms (even if they weren't particularly loud, you could still hear every conversation, every step, etc). Overall, for a 5* Hotel and the price you pay, we expected a lot more and would not come back again.

Excellent stay in Beautiful Hotel We have just returned from this fabulous hotel. It’s a truly beautiful hotel with the most friendly and attentive staff we have ever come across. The all inclusive restaurants are superb. We would like to thank Eleanor for looking after us, a beautiful friendly girl. Most of all though we would like to thank the Concierge Manager Stergos. He is the most helpful, friendly and attentive man and made our holiday as special as it was. He is truly an asset to this hotel. We will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend to all.

We've been at Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa in a room with private pool for 8 days/7nights and it was amazing from the very beginning. The staff is helpful and always friendly, but what we liked best was that they were not pushy. All of them speak English, most of them also German. The food in the Main Restaurant was very tasty, even as a vegetarian there was always enough choice. There were also themed restaurants, but we did not use them. The whole hotel, the rooms, the spa was clean. Only in a few places you could see that the last renovation was in 2011. Daily refill of the Mini Bar, daily towels for the beach/pool if wanted. Ice Cream, Crêpes and fruits available at the Pool Bar. For people with very light sleep, the noise level at night until about 2 o'clock may be disturbing - this comes not from the hotel itself, but from the nearby bars. We were not bothered by it and only noticed it on the third night slightly. The beach was awesome worh direct access from the hotel. Restrooms and Bar at the beach. There was staff to take orders for the bar as well as to keep the beach clean. There is a car rent corner directly at the reception. We didn't use it but took the public bus nearby to go to Rhodos Old Town. I can highly recommend the Spa - I enjoyed each single minute of the treatments. So yes, we created our own story (= claimer of the Hotel) and enjoyed our stay until the last minute.

Our vacation in the Faliraki Beach Hotel was a great experience. Clean and cozy rooms, a nice pool area and an amazing sandy beach. We enjoyed every second in the different a la carte restaurants. The food was so delicious. Our favourites were the Asian and the ellinadiko. The staff was very courteous and fulfilled every wish we had. Thank you for the great vacation.

The most amazing experience we have had to date while abroad! Whilst we came end of season, the quality of service was outstanding. Lovely staff from all departments who always remembered the details of your party, as well as great food/drinks and entertainment. We will definitely be returning, and would love to try the other Mitsis Hotels on the other islands. ☺️

I am honestly surprised by the quality of food and service in this hotel. Smiling and helpful employees, seven different restaurants, several pools, fine sand on the beach that you access directly from the pools area, music and dancing shows every night. You could probably find some downsides but the atmosphere is so good that you just don’t look for them and enjoy the moment. Special thanks to Erion who took a very good care of us. Well done Mitsis.

Great place to stay, especially when travelling with kids. All-inclusive lives up to its name here, while the quality of food and drinks is *outstanding*. But the real highlight is the staff at Mitsis. Always attentive, thoroughly helpful and so very friendly, no matter what time of day! Big applause! All in all highly recommended!!

My experience has been first class since me and my family entered the hotel. With such friendly and helpful staff always willing to assist. Being the first trip since Covid, we was excited to go abroad again and this hotel was sensational in every way. Personally, I want to highlight Anna from fitness for making each of my days that little better with her energy she brought and friendly chats, making my experience - that more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a fun, chilled and truly relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel for families. The children really liked the slide in the pool. The beach is clean and organized. The hotel staff is lovely. At the bar in the pool you can always order drinks, ice cream, fruits, crepes and more. The breakfast was rich and the restaurants were delicious. The disadvantage is that you have to make a reservation before arriving at the hotel, otherwise there is no room in the restaurant.

The Rooms are small, but more or less clean. but you will find this out on you holiday booking site. What's great is the beach, beautiful water an a stone free way in to the ocean. the water is crystal clear and nice. The hotel-staff is really friendly and will help no matter what. some of the personal speak quite good German. The Food is awesome, not much more to say

Went on holiday to this hotel with my family - it was the perfect place to go! We’ve been Mitsis holidayers for 8-10 years now and this hotel is one of my favourites. Excellent hotel, excellent service and excellent location if you want somewhere close to Faliraki. Stergos at the concierge desk is fabulous! The entertainment has been better in past years as there was a full entertainment team but we were a group so that didn’t really matter so much in the end. Highly recommend this holiday for anyone looking for a relaxing break with a lively evening within walking distance

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Me and me husband and 18 of our family and friends stayed here for 2 weeks while we had our wedding at Kallithea springs. The hotel staff were incredible, they were so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, even when we had our meal in the Greek restaurant in the hotel the night before our wedding one of our guests who flew out for the night even though they didn’t stay in the hotel they allowed them to have dinner with us free of charge! They also bought up room service the day of my wedding free of charge again and complementary Prosecco. They really did go above and beyond. They have so many activities aqua aerobics, yoga, children's activities through out the day. The hotel it’s self is absolutely beautifully decorated, the entertainment is fantastic and very classy. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or family’s wanting to holiday in Rhodes.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location right on the beach, in the heart of Falaraki and close to Rhodes town and other beautiful landmarks. The hotel staff (especially Stergos) have been amazing, there to help at all times in the day, great at giving you advice and help to plan day trips and give you the best experience you can get. We weren’t happy with our room and we were moved the next day to a beautiful balcony view with no hesitation. The cocktail bartenders are exceptional at making unique and high quality tasty drinks all day!

Our third time here, this time there were 15 in our party all arriving on different days but Stergos the concierge was very helpful with our restaurant bookings and accommodated our every needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that we all enjoyed our stay and is a credit to the hotel and the Mitsis group. The food and drink offering in all the restaurants has further improved since our last visit and I have no hesitations in recommending this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! We had the best time on holiday here - the service was amazing and the staff worked tirelessly. The hotel is lovely, very clean and spacious. The pool areas are wonderful with plenty of seating, we always found sunloungers or tables even at busy times. The food was great and i would highly recommend booking the restaurants. Drinks were amazing, the cocktails were all lovely and we enjoyed the poolside/beach/bar service and if we went to the bar the queues were never too long. A massive thank you to the staff who were working long hours and still went above and beyond to make our holiday amazing. Ther ice cream and crepes all day was great. The pools although cold were very clean! The rooms were great too, kept very clean and the minibar was refilled regularly which we really appreciated! This hotel has something for everyone!

It was a very beautiful hotel in a very good location on the beach! The breakfast buffet at the main main restaurant had a foul variety of food and desserts! All the a la carte restaurants are very good and the quality of the food was really tasty. You should enjoy your day at the pool with the delicious cocktails and then don't forget to swim at the beach in the front. All the staff was attentive to all of our needs and very helpful. All of them are very nice and smiling, make us feel like home and show us how Greek hospitality is! We will be back soon!!
