Great hotel with amazing staff, we had free upgrade from superior to Deluxe sea view room which is much appreciated. Fresh pizza served all day - delicious, the rest of the food is also good. Beach is sandy and clean, overall great experience. During our stay mid June 2021 there was little people and it felt amazing to be in a less crowded place.

We've spent a wonderful Holiday in Pegasos with our family. Clean Rooms, every day different food, from hotel pool 50m to beach with sunbeds. But especially great Thanks to animating Team, every day they prepared different games and shows. We were really impressed! Special Thanks to Alex( Vin Diesel) , Andre, Gustavo <3, Mr Spaghetti, Ewelina, Paulina and Dominka. You Guys made our holiday twice better! Almost forget... the best pizza I've ever eaten in Holidays. The Guy who made it Rocks! Every person of our group had 1 day duration food poisoning.

The pool area and beach were very nice. Also, the food included on all inclusive that was served in the pool area was amazing: gyros, crepes and pizza. A good selection of alcohol was also included. The hotel room was dated, especially the bathroom. Every time you took a shower, the whole bathroom floor became flooded. The beds were too firm with no padding. My friends who paid the same amount for the hotel but booked separately, got such nice rooms with a modern and clean bathroom and softer bed. We complained about our rooms condition but were just told that different floors have different themes. I understand different themes, but there was a significant difference in quality in our identically priced rooms. The food at the hotel restaurant was very basic and bland. Most of the food tasted unpleasant except for pizza and salads. My friend got numerous bites in her legs and ankles so we suspect her room might have had bed bugs. Do not recommend traveling in May since pool and beach are too cold to enjoy, with lots of wind.

It is a nice hotel with cozy rooms (a bit small), friendly staff, nice beach (sand and pebbles) with beach chairs from the hotel, at 25 minutes relaxed walk till center of Faliraky. Bus station in front of the hotel. All inclusive is poor, food is tasty but not much to choose from and mostly same food every day, would expect at least more fish and sea food <- I have to updste on this as we had this last evening a 5 star sea food dinner with fish and all kind of sea food, congrats on this Pegasos chefs👍. Pizza is delicious but you can get only 2 slices per person at a time but you can always come back for more. There is also a nice a la carte restsurant but avoid it because food is not as good as in the main restaurant. Drinks from all inclusive are extremely sweet (is the only taste they have), no sugar free drinks, wine tastes like vinegar and coffee is horrible. Snacks between meals are good but you have to be dressed up if you wish to get some. Wifi is bad (like all over Greece hotels). Had also some trouble with the room but was resolved by the reception manager without issues. Overall till now was a very good stay although always can be better! Thank you Pegasos staff for a good vacation!

Everything was excellent - food, house-keeping and the incredible sea view definitely worths to visit this hotel. I fully recommend it. What I was dissapointed about was behaviour of some tourists who left their waste at the beach and the wind blew it into the beautiful sea. But it is same everywhere not only in Rhodes Island.

Just arrived here, May/June 2023, getting used to know where things are, and what is included in the all inclusive👍😎 Although I written some positive comments about this Hotel below, we have found that the outside bar terrace area is extremely noisy!😡 Since day one of being here, it has been the same! The Hotel doesn't seem to have control of what goes on during and after the entertainment finishes! Even the animation people have their speakers so loud!! So many nights of lost sleep and upset now, due to people carrying on their own parties, with shouting, screaming and loud music playing!😡 We have complained, but the Hotels thoughts seem to be with this small group of guests! By allowing them to continue being extremely loud and playing their own music! They must be upsetting hundreds of people that have rooms facing out to this area. This is not a relaxing holiday, when you cannot get a good night's sleep. I think the Hotel should voice their rules and protect the majority of other guests who are upset by this carrying on till 3 or 4am in the morning!!😡😡 Really not happy, and its starting to ruin our holiday! We then sleep in, then are late for breakfast because we are that tired. Then the breakfast area is jam packed with guests, and now, really not enjoyable. Each night we are now becoming anxious, as to what time we will be able to sleep???? Not happy about this aspect of the Hotel! The restaurant areas are very well presented. The food selection on offer is amazing! Lots of choice in all sections, breakfast, lunch time and evening meal. They even make their own fresh pizzas here by two great friendly guys😀👍 We are well impressed with this😀 Plenty of drink stations, varieties tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, beer and wines on draught👍😀 Friendly and helpful staff make a lovely atmosphere here, this must be the Greek hospitality😀 The main Pool is looking good. We tried the pool today, I like to swim lengths for my cardio. It is quite a long pool, which is great for testing your stamina👍really enjoyed it and water quality was extremely good. There is a small children's pool next to the main pool. There is also another pool on the grassed area, which has a water slide into it. Children and adults were having lots of fun there. We found it better to have a sun bed here, as it was overwhelming from the animation staff with loud music and pestering to do their activities. We came on holiday to relax. We could here the music from over the other side by the other pool, which was fine. The surrounding areas of the complex are very well presented😀 Outside bar and multiple terraces. Pathways to the beach and free sunbeds there, as its still the hotel complex👍 we really liked this aspect. An outside pizza oven, where the two great friendly guys called Kosta, makes fresh pizzas for everyone, you just help yourself to two slices😋😋 They both work very hard, and have to stand by the oven heat all the time🥵 Best pizzas I have ever tasted! Well done to him👏👏 There is a Pancake section and light snacks, icecreams at another section provided during the day. All free on All exclusive, we are so pleased that we had this service from Pegasus Deluxe Beach Hotel, but not all the very latest night noise and disruption.

Pros: - nice views from higher floors - great fresh pizza - good location next to the beach - not too far from faliraki and other amenities - fairly ok food - nice outside gym Cons: - not very quiet as there are parties until midnight - not the best layout of the hotel…. Feels like apartment block - pool rather small - not very exciting outside area…. It is much better in the hotel next door Overall this was our first and last visit to Rhodes. I think the whole island is overrated. There isn’t much too see here. Apart from Rhodes city and Lindos the towns are very dirty and poor. Not sure where the tourism taxes go but it doesn’t look like they are used to improve the island.

We're here every year, like once or twice last 7-8 years.. but unfortunately last and this year(22/23) its going down.. dirty and STINKY reusible cups for drinks, evening cocktails at the evening bar are not good, which is weird because over day in pool bar are amazing(I guess it depens on barman who mix them).. rooms are quite good, but most of them have weird smell and they sprey some scent over it so its even worst. Ants in bathroom. This year they reorganised umbrellas on the beach so there is not enought space, umbrellas, sunbeds for everybody and everybody are squashed on small place. They stoped clean and organize beach so its quite mess when you come in the morning, sunbeds are full of sand and dirt from people who enjoyed it over night. We love it in here but servises are not what it use to be :( Im glad we enjoyd it in last years <3 :)

Yes we absolutely loved it here, the staff and animation team were amazing the food was great, alchol was great, we had a fantastic time just wished we had of booked for 2 weeks instead of 1

Accommodation on the seventh floor in room 753 with a partial view of the sea - Deluxe room, also great. The food was also great until the last dinner BUT !!!!! I already had problems on the plane trip to Vienna. But the worst came after returning home - Wednesday evening. I spent practically the whole night on the toilet. Diarrhea pills didn't help at all.... I've probably never experienced something like this before and I hope I never will again! First impression - the hotel is amazing, the Deluxe room is amazing, the drinks at the bar are also great. First impression - I will take my whole family here on vacation next year - 6 people. The impression after returning home and crazy health problems - never again !!! It's a terrible shame .... But we only have one health .... You should really be ashamed !! CRAZY HEALTH PROBLEMS UPON RETURN RUINED EVERYTHING. I REALLY ONLY ATE FOOD AT THE HOTEL AND DRINK ONLY AT YOUR HOUSE!

Very friendly, hard working and eager to please staff. There are a variety of rooms to choose from. Food is plentiful and varied but self service as are the drinks. Better quality wine is available for a price. All inclusive guests are entitled to 1 meal at the a la carte restaurant but it's not open every day and you need to book at the front desk at least 24 hours before. It's easy enough to walk to Faliraki but there's a regular and frequent bus service between Faliraki and Rhodes with bus stops right in front of the hotel. If you're going to Rhodes for the day look into the boat taxi €15 adult return (the taxi stand is down on the beach between the Pegasos and Calypso hotels. Booking is most advisable). The hotel offers all inclusive, half board and B&B. The entertainments team are very friendly and enthusiastic. Saturday is their day off. Car hire is available on site. There's a small jewellers and tourist shop on site. Spa treatment is available (book in the morning by the dining room). The pool bar opens 10.00 until 18.00 and the main bar from 17.00 to 23.30 (all inclusive). There's a tourist 'train' that has a number of destinations (dependant on day) that you can catch from up the road by the Epsilon hotel (10 min, if that, walk). I thoroughly enjoyed my fortnight stay at the Pegasos. It was very comfortable and relaxing and I would certainly return should the opportunity arise.

Amazing hotel! I would recommend to anyone. The hotel itself is lovely, the food was very good and you could get freshly cooked Asian food, pizza, gyros and crepes. I just want to say a massive thank you to the animation team who made our holiday.

This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever visited first of all cleanliness is 100% 10/10 absolutely immaculate which is hard to find . The food is extremely good they have freshly made pzzas on a pizza oven amazing gyros Greek kebabs really nice and much more I am a fussy eater but not on this holiday for a change I have not worried about eating out all the time. The receptionist andreas is superb polite and will bend over backwards to make you feel at home even upgraded our room in less than 1 hour at a cost of course just because we wanted a bigger one no other reason. And the entertainment staff gustavo, Alex, evelina are absolutely fantastic they make you really enjoy your holiday and make sure 100% you are not bored there is a lot more good things I could say about this hotel but I'll leave it at that and see for yourselves.

First few days were lovely, staff are really nice, especially the reps, getting everyone involved with the games and entertainment which is a nice way for people to get to know each other and start talking. Drinks were nice, Andreas at the main bar was looking after us at night making me some special long island iced teas. Rooms were OK, nothing special but spacious enough for 2 maybe 3 people. We were over looking the beach so that was lovely to wake up to, it was such a view ! Then the 4th day come and the dreaded stomach bug / food poisoning came.... I woke up my body was aching, I was vomiting and had the runs, stayed in bed for 2 days and then my poor daughter also fell ill aswell... When I managed to go to reception on day 6 they said it was a bug travelling around the island?? I wasn't sure about that story because so many people were talking about getting the same thing in this hotel so I went and spoke to the rep who admitted it was just this Hotel and the hotel next doors that was having problem. So all in all, could be a lovely hotel, but based on what I think is a major health and safety concern going on here would not be coming back!

A good hotel. At the limit for 4*. Maybe it's like a 3*+. A good choice for ALL INCLUSIVE. We didn't have AllInclusive but we had manage. The pool is closing on 18:00. The food is average. Nothing fancy. Mostly international. The rooms are clean. The services are good. The wifi is very slow. The beach is regular. And the bottom of the sea was full of garbage. Very crowdy. All the people from hotel are occupied the sunbeds with their towels in the morning. You couldn-t find a place to stay at the beach or pool around 9:00 am. Water sports activities near the beach. Conclusion: just once to be here.

From the very first day we’ve arrived here, we’ve been welcome by very friendly reception staff, especially Spiro( I hope I spelled it right) which helped us to settled down in our room at the 7th floor. During our stay at the hotel from the housekeeping staff to restaurant staff we’ve discovered very kindly people, hard working staff which they’ve tried to help all the guests at the hotel to feel like in paradise. Well done to the management team for all the efforts and measures they have put in place to ensure that all guests ( around 422 shows connected to wifi network) feel safe and comfortable. At the restaurant we’ve found a variety of food, every day different types of food. There is more words to add here as positive feedback, but the best way to the new customers is: a family or couple holiday at this hotel worth every penny. I will try to add more feedback later on. There is no negative feedback from me to impact reputation of this hotel.

My last night here, the best hotel in greece. The staff was very nice! The rooms where spot on clean and the cleaners where vary nice and sweet vary nice, the hotel had it “all inclusive” offer which I 110% recommend it’s worth it you can get breakfast lunch and dinner and you get unlimited creep Asian street food and gyros given to you at the pool until 18:00 the rooms where again spot on clean and had vary cool lights where we’re on 1 floor and had a amazing family room with good View still in first floor which is vary good, it had 1 bathroom with a big tub and shower it had anything you needed, we asked for exacta shampoo and 2 minutes the was a knock on our door with 2 big soaps, when we got the room there was a nice especially demetri, the hotel is located right at the beach and the pool was big and nice, the ac at the room was nice and cold, the room had a nice tv too! The dessert Selection and the fruit selection was amazing! They had different kind of food every day, I recommend this hotel! It’s nice and friendly!

Hotel is pretty nice. Rooms are spacious, beach nice and the sea view from the rooms are great. The pool's, kids club stuff and adults animators are fantastic. Pizza, gyros, pancake's are fantastic. Best food in hotel. They works really hard for all day. And it's delicious. Unfortunately this same could not be said about breakfast, where every day is always this same food. Forget about kid's menu. Soda water? Forget about it in restaurant. Juices in restaurant are so sweet that you could not give it to anyone to drink. It's only some sugar with extras. If you like eggs, beans and bacon. Ok.. it's for you. Ham is even not a ham.. this is the cheapest "ham" what you can deserve. Lunch and dinner.. it's fine... And that's all. Nothing special. Still this same problems like at breakfast. From the meal.. you can only choose chicken or pork. But it is good taste. Pool bar stuff- I've never seen them smiled, not even said Kalimera, or answered on thank you. They moves like a snail, so for so many people in hotel it takes thousands years to get some drink. Still that are made from this sweet things like on breakfast. The main bar stuff is much better and they works much harder.

Nice hotel. Family oriented (a lot of kids activities during the day and evening). Great variety of food during the day (pizza, chinese food, gyros, creps, ice cream etc.). Great location, near the beach. The main restaurant could need a renovation. I would recommend it for a family vacation not for couples.

Great hotel to stay with your family. Staff is very helpful and honestly kind. Cleaning ladies, always with a smile greeting our child, receptionists, waiters in the restaurant and bartenders at the pool (Dimitris and Mathias, if I remember the spelling correctly) who after 8 hours work still seem happy and welcome you with the smile and apologise you if you wait 10 sec more - really, I admire them for that positive attitude. The food. Please, send my biggest thanks to the chief. The food was heavenly and desserts worth every single calorie. I appreciate the signs of allergens. Lots of vegetarian options and even vegans - they have almond milk, just ask! Hotel is clean, sea view amazing, beach is close, playground for children big, big pool and the smaller one with slide for children (...and not only children ;) ) I saw guys cleaning pools every day. Of course, there are some small minuses. - beds are single and on the wheels, so if you want double you still have a hole between them (no double mattress to connect them) - elevators are soooo slow, - the rooms with the sea view are over the restaurants and the animations in the evening are very loud. Dear Pegasus, thank you for amazing holidays, I hope I will come back.

stay 12 days, superior room, side room with terrace, sea on one side, rocks and street on the other.nice location, close to the beach, nice garden, swimming pool ugly and deep. Room dirty, clogged shower, stench of sewage. Was not cleaned, just fresh towel every day, paper. Linen not changed even once. boring food, zero fresh juices, cheap meat, mostly pig, little choice for veg and bread lay from morning to evening! only in the morning was it fresh! service not happy without a smile, only pool bar ok, nice people. sunbeds for free at pool and beach however after 8am nothing free. you have to go at 6am. most of them left their towels in the morning or they stayed all night and they came only at 3 p.m. or even 6 p.m., other guests could not use it. we were already swimming in the sea after 8am so we saw a lot. service should take towels. animations ok. the rooms and the appearance of the hotel DO NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURES , the hotel needs renovation and the staff should smile because place is very nice HOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE 4 stars

Rooms were okay, the food is okay. The staff is AMAZING, so so kind especially the lady at the crepe bar! You can take a walk to faliraki downtown or take the bus, which is nice. The beach is nice but crowded very early in the morning.

The rooms look NOTHING like the photos, they're so small and dated. There were ants and all sorts of bugs on the floor which we asked to be sorted out but they didn't fix It. Most of the staff were polite however there were a couple staff that were so rude and disrespectful. The food is disgusting, and will definitely upset your stomach. There was what looked like boiled gone off sea food, cheap tasteless pizzas. Also the gyros were awful and not fresh. We asked for late check out as we had a late flight and they said it wasn't possible. So we asked to book an extra night and they said we still have to check out and move into a new room. We did that only to come downstairs to be told they're fully booked even though there were rooms online. so l booked online and we get told a new room will be ready in an hour. Then they gave us the key to the same room we were in that wasn't even cleaned!!!! all sections of the hotel look completely different to the photos, I don't understand how they have any good reviews. Absolute scammers.

We arrived on 29th of August. They was so rude all the time. The food was DISGUSTING 🤮, everyday the same food, no taste. When thing come to the rooms- it’s not even 4 stars hotel. I don’t know who gave them 4 starts. It’s most likely 2 stars hotel. Rooms and the hotel AT ALL is so old. In booking.com they said check-out 12:00, from the hotel they start calling my room from 9:40 saying check-out is 11:00. Is this normal?????? I will never come back to this POOR hotel again.

Here is an Honest review. Comparison to images on google : I would honestly rate this hotel a 1/5. The Hotel is dark and has no lights on during the night. When driving through the city , this hotel is the only one that is not lit up. Very unwelcoming appearance, compared to that shown on google. Disrespect: This is the main reason for my low rating. I am a women in my 20s. I would wear a bikini like most women do at the pool. There had been Male workers who had spoken about my body as well as my friends to co workers as well as other male guests . A few of the male guests staying at the hotel, had respectfully came to me to tell me that one of the workers that work at the pool had spoken about my body and said inappropriate comments about me to others. In addition I had also over heard him speaking about me in the language. As a women, daughter and normal human being, this was highly unacceptable. Positive point: the hotel has a nice beach area , it’s a 15 min Walk , 3 min drive to the city where there are various restaurants and bars. Atmosphere: The hotel reception workers were very friendly! And so were the workers who cleaned up at the restaurant. However, the cleaning staff and workers who were at the spa were unbelievably unfriendly. They had no idea I understood their language and spoke baldy about guests and were very unfriendly towards many other guests. Food: I am far from a picky eater However, this has been by far the worst food I have eaten. I paid all inclusive to only go and eat outside the hotel most days due to the food. Always the same food and always cooked the same tasteless way. Very unfortunate as I am a foodie Room Cleanliness: this was one of the major points for low rating. They half cleaned our rooms. They didn’t change bedding to new sheets , they Folded old towels and placed them as they were new ( how do I know this you may ask ? Because there had been a stain on a towel that they did not notice and I saw it the next day hanging as if it was fresh). The bed smells, water came out the floor and sometimes the water from the bath /shower had no pressure. In addition, there were ants , floor was never cleaned and bird poo was on our window for days and lastly there had been bed bugs in our bed.

Very friendly staff, good room with a great view. The Hotel itself looks good too and is clean. Located directly at the beach. The only thing I didn‘t liked was the selection of food and the taste of it. 2,5 of 5 possible stars for the food. One bonusball for the pizza guy, give him a rise pls. Making some good pizza definetly. I would recommend it and come again, but not for the food-part of my stay.

Hotel was great, super close to the sandy beach which is cleaned and maintained by the hotel. Water in the sea is nice and clean. Food in the hotel has a great taste and of a large selection. Enough vegetarian, fruit and meat selection. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plus is that there is a possibility to have a 5 course dinner in the local authentic Greek restaurant - great experience.
