Just spent a week here and honestly have nothing to complain about. First time ever doing an all inclusive holiday so didn’t know what to expect. We had breakfast here every day which was always nice and plenty to choose from, I recommend getting the fried eggs and the pancakes. Everyday we used the snack/beach/pool bar for food during the afternoon, food here was really nice and had a good variety. Plenty of fresh fruit every day which was constantly being stocked up. We only had dinner here once as we liked to walk into the centre of faliraki for food and drinks on an evening but what we had was really nice and again had a good variety. Crepes were really nice with different toppings options including sweet and savoury, crepes were always made perfectly. The drinks here were really nice, loads of different cocktails to choose from and they even made us custom cocktails when we fancied something different. During the day we always had an iced coffee which were really good. Every member of staff we encountered were all super friendly and helpful, the staff in the restaurants and snack bar were all very professional and cleaned cutlery away quickly so no dirty plates were left on tables. The animation team were all really nice, friendly and energetic, always doing their best to encourage people to take part in activities without being annoying. We watched one show one night which was the Miss competition, again the animation team were all professional and really got into their roles and tried their best at getting everyone involved, the show was really fun and enjoyable. Special mention to Fredrico who was really good at his job and just a really nice friendly person. The rooms, the facilities and the hotel in general is really well kept and clean, plenty of sun loungers around the pool and beach, if struggling to find one around the pool go to the beach in the morning as always plenty there then go to the pool in the afternoon as loungers tend to become available later in the day. The hotel is a good all rounder and is good for families, couples and young groups, only thing I would maybe change is making the top infinity pool adults only as it would be nice to go somewhere to relax without children. Would 100% recommend staying here, everything you need and more is here but I would also say to explore around the area as loads of things to do and see.

we just spent 10 days there and we have nothing to complain about. everything was perfect. the food was really good, they swiched the buffet to a different theme everyday and the buffet was really big. they also have an ,,a la card restaurant" if you don't want to eat at the buffet which we didn't tried, but we heard good things about it. the rooms were really clean and the cleaning staff was really friendly and neatly. the staff in general was good, esecially the bar and entertainment staff. they were really great and made our time there even better. a little shoutout here to lydia from entertainment, she was the best. she is such a sweetheart. she made her job so well and made sure everyone had fun. overall we had such a great time there and want to come back as soon as possible

The hotel is good, very nice employees but it's sad they used to work in masks during such hot days. Special greetings to barmen Dimitros, very nice guy and makes tasty drinks😊

Resort is "cat in a bag". You don't really know where they put you and this is exactly what happened to me. We've been put the most distant building, on the opposite side of a main hotel, across the road.. (forget about sea view) ...on the ground floor... 5m from reception... with thinnest walls ever made by a human kind.. again - near road. We heard noises from both, laud reception and cars, buses, quad bikes from a road. It didn't bother us during day, because we were on a beach, but during night, it was terrible. As a bonus, there's a gym directly under our apartment, with boxing moss connected to the ceiling with pipe and chain. When someone started boxing 🥊, it sounded like someone is hitting water pipes with a 🔨 epic fail room (no.97)

Very good hotel with good service and food. The downside is that the wifi is very bad in the hotel room and that its a 25 min drive with taxi to most of the activities in Rhodos town.

Cannot fault the food and the service however if you want a sunbed you have to go early morning and I mean early and put your towel on one as a lot of people are doing so and nobody is enforcing any rule regarding sunbed “reservation”. Spoken to reception and they said there is no reservation for the sunbeds and a lifeguard will watch and remove towels from the so called reserved ones which has proven to be a lie. Took some pics at 7 am as there was no spares already and also watching people coming putting towels and leave back inside the hotel. Ps: German and Finnish are the worse of doing so . First time here but won’t be coming back due to this reason unless something will be changing. Full review will be provided on trip advisor and trust pilot

Location: Really nice location. Close to the beach and also easy to use/access local bus if you planning on visiting other cities or tourist attractions. The beach is really nice with sand and smaller pebbles. Easy to walk to Faliraki by the beach (just bring bottles with water). I can recommed to visit the beach during the night to watch for the stars and all nice lights in the background. Food: The food was quite ok and so was the drinks. Staff: Was friendly and helpful. Alot of fun activities for all ages.

A very nice hotel. Very quick access from the airport, about 15 minutes. Standard room, clean and cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. The restaurant has plenty of seating. Inside and out overlooking the sea. A variety of food, meat, seafood. May seem monotonous at times, but plenty of choice. Two swimming pools with enough sunbeds, slightly pebble beach and plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Beach towels changed every two days. The water in the pools is a bit cold, while in the sea it is warm. Beach Bar with drinks and food practically all day long. Pool bar with drinks and pancakes. Unfortunately the drinks for us were typical for the all inclusive option. However, it is possible to compose your own drinks. Wines and beer good. Animation also ok. We consider our stay at the end of September very successful. The weather was also good around 32 ° C with a nice breeze. We highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the hotell, but the toilet/ bathroom at the our room was very old, no tiles on the walls, old and amateur painting jobb everywhere, room service was not accurate, specially the towel count was always wrong! Water struggled to drain from the bathtub. The room itself was large enough, but again old/ bad painting jobb and wallpaper.ighting was not good. But the rest of Hotell was much better, the lobby area, restaurants. Outdoor area was good, the poolarea, but not enough sunbeds 🤔. You need to have your own shampoo and soap. All inclusive was not bad normal buffe food, very little variety. The personal are helpfull and kind. The worst part was the price. With that price I expect a lot more better facilities.

Really gutted about this writing this review as I usually wouldn’t write a review, but I am absolutely disappointed in regards to my stay in this hotel. Firstly we arrived and was provided our room which was ground floor and backed onto a small communal walk way/garden area. Which straight away we made it clear to the hotel we was upset about as we paid quite a lot of money for this holiday. We stayed in this room for one night, which to be honest was very clean and a nice room but during the evening my daughters were sitting outside and older men was walking up and down which obviously upset my daughters. We made reception staff aware we would like to change rooms and was more then happy to pay for a room upgrade even though it cost us enough. we was then told To come back at a different time to view another room which we did and was made to come back again as no rooms were Ready and was not happy with the bunk bed room they tried to offer us. We was then told to come back again to look at another room the next day, baring in mind it’s took us all day having to stay in the hotel to have to keep coming back to view rooms. We then viewed another room the next day and was very happy with the room and was told it was €15 euros to move. Once we had moved all our luggage I asked to pay the amount and was advised it was €15 a night for the room change, I advised reception we wasn’t made aware of this and we have now moved our luggage. Reception staff really wasn’t professional and kept changing there minds on what they was telling us. I advised we would have to go draw more money out to pay for this and we would be back the lady at reception said it would be fine to pay on departure and to not worry. That evening we was booked in for the el a Carte restaurant and was then told we wasn’t as I went to reception to confirm this we was told we MUST make this payment before leaving reception and we need to make payment right now. It was quite abrupt and rude the way we was demanded for this money yet was told previous it didn’t matter as long as before departure. We asked to speak to a manager we’re we was told no manager was in. Then an older man walked towards reception and we was advised he was the manager, I asked politely if I could speak to him to discuss the matter and was completely dismissed and given a filthy look by this manager who just walked away from us and sat behind the reception in his office. I was completely shocked as working in such a hotel you would think as a manger he owes his paying customers at least acknowledgment even if he didn’t have time to speak. From this moment on I made payment on my card and advised I was really Not happy with how we have been treated. Apart from this incident the reception staff was generally not helpful in this slightest nor the reps who didn’t explain any activity’s or approach any of us to let us know any tours or anything that was going ahead. It seems as if once you’ve paid they don’t care what you get up to nor how your trip has been. The all inclusive food was the same thing lunch and dinner and was Luke warm and stale most of the time. The drinks was awful, being put in reusable plastic cups that clearly didn’t get washed as you honestly wouldn’t tell with your eyes closed if you was drinking orange or coke as they all tasted the same. One day I asked for a glass of water and once I received it , it had turned orange as clearly orange juice was in there before and it wasn’t washed out. Moving on from this the one night we found out there was a night out planned for the hotel staff in a Bar called George’s bar we agreed to go. Once arrived there we was completely singled out not checked on by any reps and my youngest 15 yr daughter was attacked by other members of the hotel which the reps brought along No1 even checked we was ok afterwards. We booked a flight home after this and we would NEVER return to this hotel and tbh I don’t think Greece either after! Do not recommend !

Just spent a week here and this is quite a nice hotel with both ups and downs. Good things about the hotel: - Nice rooms and facilities - Nice poolarea with plenty of sunbeds and grass - Beach is lovely and very close to the hotel - Beachbar, nice and tasty food - Nice staff at the beach Things to improve: - Main restaurant has a terrible noise level, try to get a table outside! - Food in the restaurant was very disappointing. - The a la carte (you get one free meal in that restaurant) was even more disappointing. Undercooked fish was served and even though we said we didn’t want some dishes they were served anyway - Elevator was broke most of the time during our stay Summary: Not a bad hotel, actually quite nice but go out for dinner.

One of my best holiday destinations by far! The main reason being the animations team who really made it memorable and enjoyable with good music, games and other activities. Everything else was brilliant too. Definitely worth a second visit.

We loved our stay, the comfort and the service! We have travelled here with family with two little kids and it was the perfect place for this occasion. We definately will return. Great personnel, outstanding service. Really foresighted and friendly.

Lovely place. We had some trouble in the beginning but the reception worked fast on making out stay as amazing as can be. Good food and all inclusive service. The beach was very nice too! I'd go there again. 😊
