So auch meine 90 jährige Tante, die nach einem mehrfachen Beckenbruch und Rippenbruch 3 Wochen Ihre Patientin gewesen ist. Leider wurde sie nicht optimal versorgt. Wir Angehörige mussten überwiegend die Ärzte und den sozialmedizinischen Dienst um Auskunft und Rückmeldung bitten. Nachmittags war kaum einer von Ihnen zu erreichen. Besonders der Dekubitus meiner Tante macht weiterhin erhebliche Probleme. Eine 90 jährige Patientin aufzufordern, sich selbständig wechselseitig im Bett zu drehen, sie wegen des Rippenbruchs jedoch nicht dazu in der Lage ist , mangelt zu sehr an Empathie. Die besondere Matratze brachte ihr nur wenig Linderung. Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist das Essen. Inwieweit eine ausreichende Versorgung mit Vitaminen gewährleistet wird, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Zumindest einige Pfleger/ innen haben Ihre Fürsorge und Empathie nicht eingebüßt.

Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Krankenhaus ein schlechter Ort. Letztes Jahr ist meine Oma nach ¼ Jahr Koma (aufgrund einer Vergiftung) dort hin verlegt worden um fitter zu werden und laufen zu lernen, als sie entlassen wurde konnte sie kaum laufen und musste nicht einmal eine Woche später wieder auf die Intensivstation, weil ihre Toxinwerte dort nicht überwacht oder einfach ignoriert orden sind und diese wieder zu hoch waren. Dieses Jahr war meine Oma wieder dort, nach 2½ Monaten im Krankenhaus musste sie wieder laufen lernen. Im Malteser Krankenhaus war sie deshalb die letzten drei Wochen, wir haben so gut wie keine Fortschritte gesehen und die Blutzuckerwerte waren fur das Personal bei 400 in Ordnung (meine Oma ist Diabetikerin), doch alle haben uns suggeriert dass sie wieder laufen kann und es ihr besser geht. Als sie am Montag entlassen worden ist wurde uns nicht gesagt dass ihre Toxin Werte wieder so erhöht sind und sie so verwirrt ist, dass sie sich eigentlich nicht dafür eignet zu Hause zu sein, ich denke die im Krankenhaus hatten einfach keine Lust mehr sich um meine Oma zu kümmern. Sogar ich als Laie habe gesehen dass diese Frau dort hätte bleiben müssen. Ich habe am Mittwoch bei dem Malteser Krankenhaus angerufen und habe gefragt ob die Toxin Werte von meiner Oma gemessen worden sind und und wenn ja ob sie erhöht waren, mir wurde jegliche Antwort verweigert. Gestern musste mein Opa meine Oma wieder in ein Krankenhaus bringen lassen und heute, nicht einmal fünf Tage nach ihrer Entlassung aus dem Malteser Krankenhaus sind ihre Werte und ihr Zustand so schlecht (aufgrund einer Vergiftung) das die Ärzte meinem Opa gesagt haben dass es nur eine 50-50 Chance für sie gibt. Wenn die Mitarbeiter des Malteser Krankenhauses kooperiert hätten würde meine Oma wahrscheinlich nicht in Lebesbedrohung schweben. Außerdem haben die Mitarbeiter meinem Opa gesagt dass es sie nicht interessiert wie es meiner Oma geht weil sie entlassen worden ist. Ich war sehr beeindruckt über die Geduld der Anleiterin (blond und groß)Fragen zu beantworten und zu erklären. Respekt das eine scheinbar sehr junge Frau so viel Geduld aufbringen kann, was ich in meinem Leben sooo noch nicht erlebt habe. Im Gegenteil, sonst eher forsch,patzig und nie ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Danke das ich so was noch erleben darf 😀

Am Anfang kam meine Mama auf Station 3. Dort ging es eine Weile alles gut. Nach einem Oberschenkel Hals Bruch und Operation, war Physiotherapie wichtig. Ich durfte ganzen Tag bei Mama bleiben. Ein Mal am Tag war ein Therapeut für ca.15 Minuten da. Man hat jeden Tag Verbesserung gesehen! Jeden Tag gab es Verbesserung. Nach eine Woche wurde eine Nachbarin zu meine Mama gebracht, die eindeutige Erkältung Symptome hatte. Am nächsten Tag kam die Nachricht, dass die Frau Corona hat und meine Mama isoliert wurde. Ich verbrachte bei Mama noch fünf Tage bis ihre Test positiv ausfiel. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ging alles schief Mama wurde auf Station 2 verlegt, eine Corona Station. Dort konnte ich nicht mehr dabei sein und musste auf die Pflegekräfte und Ärzte dort vertrauen… am Telefon klangen alle freundlich… das wichtigste haben die gemacht, Mama ist am Leben, aber das war es auch… noch auf Station 3 wurde ein Blutdruck senkender Medikament verändert, Mama ist fast ohnmächtig geworden… eine andere Ärztin hat sich entschuldigt das viel zu starkes Medikament ausversehen verschrieben wurde! Auf Station 2 bei einem Telefonat fragte ich dem Arzt ob die Physiotherapie weiter stattfindet. Der Arzt sagte: Ja. Am Freitag ist Mama nachhause gekommen. In ihrem Bericht steht, dass sie kurze Strecken mit einem Rollator laufen kann! DAS IST GLATT GELOGEN!!! Nicht mal zwei Schritte sind möglich!!! Dort steht auch, dass eine psychologische Beratung und Therapie statt fand! AUF WELCHE SPRACHE?! MAMA VERSTEHT KEIN DEUTSCH!!! Fazit: IN DIESE KLINIK NUR STATION 3 ENTSPRICHT EINIGERMASSEN DEN BESCHREIBUNG GERIATRIE! Der Rest der Klinik reicht nur zum überleben, mehr leider nicht!
