I have been going to Honey dew everyday for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday there was a new employee, a young man named Jay. He was the kindest employee I have encountered this far. It is service like that that will keep me coming back. Please hire more employees as friendly as he is. The only complaint I have is they rarely have food that is on their menu.

Came here in hopes for a quick bagel...left my truck and trailer parked running could not fit inside parking lot. Girl behind counter was gossiping with a customer thru the drivethru window. Did not even look at me just told me she'd be with me in a second over her shoulder...continued to talk thru the drive thru...I then went picked out a drink waited in line and paid and then walked back over to get a bagel and she was complaining to thru the drive thru to her friend about money and tips..............I still waited another minute...she came over...I asked for a bagel with cream cheese on it toasted I got a semi heated bagel with cream cheese in the bag and nothing to spread it with. If I could give negative stars I would.

They were a good place to get my coffee but either they're out of French vanilla or they're overcharging me saying I bought ice instead of hot smh. When I asked to speak to the manager they never called me back. They don't have enough of stuff because when you order its always house coffee on your receipt when I ordered French vanilla.

Great they're open the longest...4am to 10pm. Not so great that 'the sandwich station is closed tonight.' It's getting harder and harder to give your money to businesses. They don't want it. Its getting harder to stay loyal and make return visits to places. WHY would it be impossible to make a chicken salad sandwich on a toasted bagel? Someone forgot to order stuff? Frankly, no excuses.

U ask for light ice and they give u extra!!!! What in gods name..a large IS 3 sips

This particular location always makes my coffee exactly the way I like it. I actually dropped my iced coffee this morning as I was getting out of my car so I went right back to order another and she saw that I had gotten the coffee all over me, so when she made it she gave it to me free of charge. Great employees!

I AM SO Glad that I could start my day off w/a GREAT CUP OF COFFEE AND A WARM WELCOME FROM THE NEWEST /MNGR AND THE OTHERS THAT WORK FOR H.DEW AND I CAN GET THE SAME AT THE END OF THE DAY AS WELL (fyi the ladies luv all kids 2!! Enjoy!!!!

Every since there is a new manger , they dont do nothing good only have few of the old people that knows how too make them , the milk shake not good there is like no ice and i got chager extra for ordering "extra ice" , everytime i go in there are always people talking about where are the girls that i know makeing my coffee...... 😠🤔
