It's a very pretty lake. How ever, it is right on the base of a major landfill. It is relaxing and peaceful to sit on the banks. I would not eat any of the fish out of there. There are some huge bass in there if you're just trying to catch a good trophy. No matter what the reports say, nobody can tell me there is no pollution leeching into the lake from the landfill

Not right you have to pay 900 dollars just to be allowed to fish the lake, why does everyone hate fishermen so badly I just wanted to take my family somewhere nice :/

It is a very nice lake with lots to do. Fishing, hiking, picnics, or just sitting back and enjoying the water. There's plenty of wildlife to view also. Convenient location easy to get to. I would come back

Lots of wildlife, even bald eagles. It is next to Grows landfill, so it does get stinky when the wind shifts, but not bad all the time.
