I think the highlight of this spot is the staff! They are so welcoming and so friendly. Any questions you have you can always get an answer with a smile. I enjoyed my meal and my drinks were amazing thanks to the best bartender in the south Raj! They have a cute little pool and swim up bar which I believe is currently the only one here in Southern St Elizabeth. Nice spot to cool off in the summer heat. The parking is a little bit tricky and it's a little bit hidden within a community. But if you use your GPS you should be fine.

Joseph's is an amazing place to have dinner and spend a great time having drinks in the pool! The kids we brought loved it, and so did the moms. Joseph, Paula, and their entire family are amazing hosts. The ride from our hotel was very convenient, the food is amazing and the ambiance is top notch. It was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place! The food was excellent and the property is beautiful! Joseph was so nice and went above and beyond. We stayed at Jake's in Treasure Beach for our Honeymoon. Joseph's son happened to be our captain on our trip to the Pelican Bar (highly recommend), so we had the pleasure of meeting Joseph. He told us about his restaurant and that he offers free transportation. We took his card and called the next day, Joseph picked us up about 5 minutes later. It took us ten minutes to get to Joseph's. He had numerous signs along the road, marking the way. We weren't sure what to expect, as it was our first time in Jamaica and hadn't really ventured away from our resort. When we pulled in to Joseph's Hideaway, we were blown away by how nice it was! The outside bar is beautiful and looks to be brand new. Same goes for the restaurant, absolutely beautiful! We ordered a couple frozen drinks, and then Joseph gave us the full tour. He has everything here. There are even ADA accessible bathrooms that are brand new. Of course, I have to mention the awesome pool. The pool even has a swimup bar. We ordered some food and jumped in the pool. Joseph served us our crab appetizer at the swimup bar in the pool. It was like a crab dip with crackers, and it was so good! Once the rest of our food was ready, we dried off and went up to the restaurant to eat. My wife got Garlic Lobster and I got some Curried Conch (which I had been trying to get the whole time I was there, Joseph was clutch!). Both meals were fantastic! When we finished up, we talked to Joseph for a bit, and then go a cheesecake to go. It was actually great, too! I can't say enough about Joseph's Hideaway, it made our trip to Treasure Beach. It was actually the nicest place we went the entire time we were there. This place is brand new, and I highly recommend it! It is rare for me to even write reviews, but this place made our trip that much better! The level of service Joseph provided was unmatched. Go here, you definitely won't regret it! My only regret is that I didn't take more pictures of the property, only our food and drinks!!! Joseph, we can't wait to come back and visit to see where you have taken this place. Keep up the good work and no doubt this spot will blow up!

What a great experience all around! The owner and staff are all friendly and helpful. The owner provided transportation to and from our rental in treasure beach. The immaculate complex includes a bar, a pool with swim up bar, outdoor dining area and very clean restrooms with handicap accessibility. We ordered our dinner then headed over to the bar for a drink and hung out by the pool. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed the lovely well kept grounds with several large shade trees. The food was delicious and the service absolutely excellent! Joseph really understands customer service, he and his family and staff were among the friendliest people we met on our trip to Jamaica. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.

Fantastic food and atmosphere! The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Joseph’s Hideaway has a full service bar with an expansive drink selection as well as a pool with a swim-up bar. The dinner menu features both Jamaican and American dishes with multiple seafood options (the lobster was a favorite of our party). Joseph also offers transportation services to and from the restaurant. I would highly recommend Joseph’s Hideaway to anyone looking to enjoy an evening out, or for any larger party looking for a location to host a gathering such as a wedding. I cannot wait to visit again!

We were alone for a birthday dinner. The food was very good especially the fish. The service was personalized and a special slice of birthday cheesecake offered on the house. Extremely thoughtful. Good restaurant with swim up poolbar . Nice place to relax away from the crowd

Joseph and his family are truly wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. They have a lovely hideaway restaurant with amazing food and delicious cocktails. Joseph’s son Shamar is also excellent at finding crocodiles on the black river too and taking you on trips to the Pelican Bar!

We met Joseph as captain on our Black River tour. He told us passionately about his hideaway. The place is quite new (1 year) with modern and clean facilities. The atmosphere is friendly and homely and the food is good. The restaurant is a little bit out of town but if you dont feel like walking, Joseph will pick you up. We imagine when you can also stay overnight (and you dont have to be right on the beach) it really will become a perfect getaway for those who want to relax.
